It does. I tried it myself and it looks legit.IGN is listing a method for getting Zorua without an event celebi:

Does anybody know if this legitimately works or not?

So i'll ask again and at least this time I won't be accused of "Breaking the rules"
Why is Swift Swim and Drizzle Banned but not Drought and Chlorophyll?
Please don't reply with just a simple term, I'm actually looking for a detailed answer unlike the last response I got
B/c the abusers of of Drizzle (Swift Swimmers) benefit from it more than the abusers of Drought (Chlorophyll users)
Grass types have more weaknesses and can't take adv. of the fire boosted moves in the sun. Actually it can be used against them since they are grass. Swiftswimmers have their own stabs boosted. Chloro users don't. And overall the SS users are better pokes I'd say. Kabutops and Ludi have good coverage w/out using hidden powers, and Kingdra is just a good poke.

Can Excadrill learn Iron Head? Or any physical steel type move that's stronger than Metal Claw?
Where in Unova do you evolve Glaceon?
Hey. can you keep battling Cheren in Victory Road like you do with Bianca on Weekends, or is that a one time event?
Thick Clubs I can confirm
I expect Light Balls will be available in the Dream World when Pichu and/or Pikachu are. (I'll be really pissed if they're not, I wanna use a Light Ball Pikachu on random Wi-Fi, give people a real shock!)
So far as I know, it's randomly given away from the Treasure Hunter on route 13 (the beach route between Undella & Lucanosa). He also gives things like Sticks, Lucky Punches, the now useless Flutes, trade evo items and other such goodies. How did you attain said thick club?
Amen
I had a question about Final Gambit. I know its power is based on your remaining HP, but is that simply the damage it does or is it the base power.
That is, if an Accelgor with 150 HP uses the move will it deal 150 damage, or use a move that deals 150 base damage running off its special attack.
