The individual experience hardly matters, remember it wasn't me that said that, through discussion in the apropriate QC thread it was considered it doesn't have a niche or important role in the OU Metagame, or the same job is done better by other pokemons. Here is a thread that have all of those poke unfit for OU, so they have no analysis yet.
And you are right, there was a thread far back ago, but to save ourselfs time the QC Members decided to focus only in the viable OU Pokemons in the first momment, as soon as we have Usage % and UU; their respectives analysis will be reopen.

Mine is simply 252Def/252SpDef/4HP to maximize Defenses while restoring the most HP possible from Leech Seed.
I rarely breed for Hidden Powers, but it can sometimes be a nightmare for me. Suddenly you have HP Fighting, but its overall IVs suck...or you get the wrong ability, or wrong nature, for that matter.
I RNG abuse, so it's not an issue. Nice avatar btw.

Having a bit of trouble trying to get different items and pokemon to appear in Black City and White Forest. I talked to all NPCs in White Forest and transported them over to my game but there are no new items available. What am I doing wrong and how do I get the items to appear?

Does Technician stack on top of boosts from other moves? Like would Technician boost Pursuit to 60 power and then it would double if the pokemon was trying to switch out? Or would it just be 80 power if a switch out and no technician boost?
IIRC, technician kicks in after boosts; specifically, I know it will boost Wake-up Slap if they are awake, but it wont boost it if get's the built-in boost from them sleeping. So I assume Persuit would work the same way; it'll boost it if they aren't switching, but not if it gets the switch-boost.
It does stack, which is why Scizor does as well of a job at Pursuiting as TTar did in Gen 4 Ubers while teamed with Wobby.

im actually glad that jolly is a better nature for a scyther than scizor because scyther is cooler to me, so what would an ev spread and moveset look like for this?

the bulky set is like the fourth one down, should i use that one or does anyone know of a better set?
Also, personal question; what is better overall; 252 HP and 128 in each Def, or 252 for both Def and 4 HP? Assume all base-stats are equal or within 10 points, I'm just sorta looking for what's better generalized bulk.
Well, those EV's are tailored for LC, so they're not effective in standard. I'd use 252Spe/216Atk/40HP or something similar, with SD/Aerial Ace/Quick Attack/Bug Bite for moves.8

Sorry this is so soon after my last post, but I noticed I can't ask this in the Wifi forums currently.
I play pretty mundane pokemon compaired to the competative scene; my drizzletoed had 3 IVs max and the other three are around 12ish, and that's just fine. Most of the people I play with locally are the same way; we're more creative than competative. Well, my issue comes from the fact that we have Item Clause in place, and I for one really appreciate it, but there are still a lot of high-class items I can't get a hold of.
I know a lot of people in the trade forums have the power to 'clone', and thusly can offer BP items. I don't feel like grinding the Battle Subway to get two Life Orbs for two different teams, or remembering to switch back and forth, but most of the people with the power to clone are thusly stingy; sure, the pokemon don't matter to them because they can just copy it, but if the demand is high, why not milk it? I don't have anything that's really worth a damn to trade. I have a perfect all-31 Ditto that I keep and clone in Diamond that I'm willing to trade, but woo, there are plenty of cloned dittos. Are there people willing to trade crappy cloned pokes with BP items? PM or whatever if you can, but I swear, I can't offer much. I just need help here, and I'll offer a list to anyone who shows interest.

Sorry, but I plan to max HP because surviving hits is more important than healing more from Leech Seed. Any idea on how to distribute the remaining 258 evs for Sassy Ferrothorn?

Also, I have a question: How did someone use a DW Liepard in Random Matchup? It didn't let me use Iron Fist Conkeldurr in that format, but they had an unreleased DW Pokemon because their Liepard "outsped" my Scarfdreigon and used Swagger on it.
Oh, right I forgot. But wait, wasn't the Cottonee you got from Dye have Prankster? Iirc, you can breed DW abilities from a female right? Meh, I'm just gonna breed one for my own when the breeding tutorial for the PPRNG comes out.
Cottonee's/Whimsicott's DW ability is Chlorophyll.
I guess if you can't find it on Google/Youtube then it doesn't exist.
Also, a rebattled legendary would technically be a hack (albeit a legal one) which you said that you don't use.
