One for each seed, mon ami.
Hi. I've noticed a couple problems in the version 9.78. I'll try to be as specific as possible. First off here are my parameters:
*snip*
I'm aware of the bug. It's been fixed on my end, and 9.79 will go out soon.
I can't seem to get the right ivs on Victini. I'm using a frame one spread with the standard seeds with stationary listed.
Right click the seed you're trying to hit in time finder, hit "generate adjacent seeds (current frame)."
Bet you're hitting the wrong timer0.
You're right, I am. So how can I hit C7D? It has the spread I want. There's like three other same exact times :/
Ok for Dream World I found a seed with the frame 84. So for calibration, since the initial frame is 21, would I be able to just warp to the extralink, say no to the Pokemon 3 times, then yes the fourth time, or would all those steps to the Pokemon throw me off? If there's anything else that I'm not getting, please let me know.

While you apparently can't control it, I know that when RNGing my Victini, it helped when I switched from the seed I was trying to hit to another seed with a different Timer0. If it still gives you trouble, you might want to consider switching, as well...
Thanks for the update, Omega.
Just to make sure, the current version of RNG Reporter can still be used for 4th Gen, right? It's been a while since I updated RNG Reporter on my HP, so I just want to make sure, as I was still RNGing for HGSS last time I used it on there and I plan to do some more of that.
Sorry for the dumbass question. ^^;
Ok now I'm confused about something else in the Dream World: From what I read from OmegaDonut, am I right to understand that the Pokemon starts on frame 21, but talking to the Pokemon starts on frame 26? If that's true then, why do we have 21 as the initial frame. Sorry it doesn't make sense in my head. So if I talk to a Pokemon twice, would I be on frame 42??? Any help?
Yeah, 4th gen stuff still works fine.
