5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

The entrance to Dragonspiral Tower area doesn't have NPCs. I remember RNG abusing a Pokemon there. (On an emulator though, but there's no difference.)
hey guys can the starting PID actually be 60+ with some seeds? the one im using which is in my earlier post sometimes has a starting PID that is in the 60-70 range.
How are you getting the initial frame?
entering the game 1 min before my time,doing my keypresses,sweet scenting a pokemon,checking ability and nature, matching it up with method 5 PIDRNG and doing my advancements after that.
How is one able to Non C Gear RNG abuse eggs if there are NPCs moving?
DO they advance the frame in a non NPC moving place and then Pick it up? Or am i missing something?

you find a spread on frame 8 using the gift method and then you find what you just have to hit your target time. basically like catching a wild pokemon but hatching eggs
So that means i can just advance the frame in an NPC populated Zone? if i want to get the egg right after i advance it?
Also, Lets say i advance the frame Z amount of times and in the correct frame i want X pokemon to be in. However, if i just walk one more step, then proceed to recieve/ catch the pokemon, would that affect the frame?
Two questions:
1) I just found a good seed for Thundurus on Frame 6, but that means I'll have to walk 128 steps with 5 pokemon in my party. Are there any NPCs in that route that advance the RNG?
2) This one could be asked elsewhere but since I'm already here: I caught my target Zekrom from the battle at N's Castle, and since I put it in my party to check its IVs, it fought Reshiram and then Cofagrigus. I let it faint both times so that it didn't gain any experience from the fights, but did it still gain EVs from them?

yes but you have to spam x at the menu quickly so NPC's dont mess you up

1. you do your advancements in the house the NPC's dont move. just make sure your 128th step is before leaving the house

What do u mean Spam X, i mean, dont u advance the frame by walking 128 steps with Z many pokemon? and Withdrawing/ depositing poekmon into the box
Hi, I'm trying to go through the steps of calibrating RNGReporter, but as I go to type in the seconds field the application crashes (it just closes, no error message, nada). The rest of the application seems to work except for that single feature (which is preventing me from doing anything else).
I'm using the latest version of RNGReporter (9.79) on Jolicloud 1.2 (which is built off of Ubuntu Lucid/Maverick).
Can anyone assist me with this? Let me know what other information you may need and I'll get it to you.

well you do that for a frame above 8 but people mostly use 8 cause you can save in front of the daycare man and spam x to the menu to advance your PID. the NPC's still mess with you.

So your saying for stuff like hearing Chatot's Voice recorded Chatter? OK, but how Would pressing X adavance the Frame, not the PID?
X doesnt advance it you gotta press it so the NPC's dont mess you up and you can do your advancements...
im sorry but im kinda new to this, but what kind of advancements can you do while in the menu?
well unless your going for shininess just hit 1 minute before your time if you've found your parameters.
Has Timer0 been figured out yet?(Like how to ingore and avoid its fluctuation) Because I am really getting annoyed. I am trying to breed a Shiny Flawless Zorua. I have hit the spread before, but now I can't. I keep hitting some spread with HP,SPATK,SPDEF, and DEF being max but not Speed. Also, it is not shiny. Is something wrong? Is my Zoroark holding an Everstone doing anything? On the egg guide, it doesn't really say about Everstones being bad to hold so I figured I would use it to pass on the Timid nature. And if this problem is NOT about Timer0 and is a problem with my Everstone, please tell me!!

you cant control your timer0. best to keep trying and if you cant hit it still then just redo your parameters and try again or something
So Everstone ISN'T the problem? And I have no need to redo my parameters because I hit this spread earlier today for calibration. I guess I should keep trying to hit different frames of the second...
If you're get quad flawless I don't think you're missing your seed. You're probably just hitting the wrong PID frame. Check the frames near to your shiny frame for that inheritance/nature/ability.
My spread has quint-flawless IVs. So I keep missing my spread. If I got quint-flawless IVs, then I would obviously re-calculate my starting PID Frame.
Umm...you're breeding, right? If you're breeding then the parents IVs matter as well. You inherit 3 IVs from the parents. Obviously the bad speed stat is coming from one of the parents because you are hitting the wrong PID, not because you missed your seed. Unless your parents both have perfect speed and the seed has perfect speed as well, you won't always get perfect speed.
So, lets say im going for a flawless frame by breeding, no shinyness at say frame 10 at time 00:30:30. When Should i press A at the beginning screen, and how would i advance those 2 frames?
