5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

How would one go about abusing on Route 15? I cleared the fog, but the NPC's are kind of dicks... I've tried twice using this Full Seed: 3644795B2566CACA
Shiny frame of 202, synchable, encounter slot of 3. I had an Adamant nature synch in front.
When going through the process. I saved, reset the game at the time. Got into the game, opened the menu as fast as I could. Sweet Scented, checked for the frame rate that the NPC's advanced. Which was 15. So I reset, did all that good stuff. Did 185 advancements for my Shiny frame of 202. When I Sweet Scented, I got a Kanghaskan, non-shiny, Sassy nature, correct IV's. Yet I got a PID frame of 250-ish. My second try I did only 134 advancements and seems to have gotten me a Gligar of frame 200. Is there any way to correctly compensate for the advancements by the NPC's in the route, so that I can hit my PID frame of 202? As if you rebattle them to try and get them to stop moving. Once off screen, they start moving again.

Standard abuse is impossible with a DSi, yes. As far as I can tell C-Gear abuse should be possible, though.
In order for dream world pokemon to appear in the entralink you do need to connect to the internet, yes, as you need to find them on the dream world first, which is done via the website and not the games.
Fossils are on IV frame 1.
I was just wondering if maybe you guys could take this suggestion and put it in the EntraLink guide.
The guide while really great, neglects to mention that you have to remember to change the frame in the seed to times/adjacent finder(it starts on frame 1-6) to 21-to whatever your max is. Only reason I mention it is it took me a good 5 tries of not knowing what was wrong and going over each step to realize that I didn't do it. So maybe in the part where it tells people to max the delay to 999 and seconds to 9 it could be mentioned.

Can you go into detail on how I can find my parameter then? I do own the game but I want to get dream world pokemon so changing my date all the time stops all my chances of getting into dream world.
The IVs that you want.
I'm trying 9.81 beta. I watched the standard seed video, then tried to find my actual time. At may 15, 12:16:05, I started the game. I did not hold any buttons while the screen was white. I did not activate C-gear. My MAC address is 87a2a008a920. I used sweet scent, and got:
Woobat - #527 (Docile) : 30 / 0 - 2 / 14 - 16 / 30 / 7 - 8 / 1 - 3
and RNG Reporter didn't show any results. What did I do wrong?

I don't see anything done wrong. The only thing I can come up with is that the time 12:16:05 maybe was wrong. Maybe it was 12:16:04 instead but RNG Reporter won't look at the seconds before, only the ones after unless you manually change that.
Anyhow it's very easy to just try it once more with a different time and fill in the new IVs. Will help you quicker instead of trying to figure out what went wrong.

Guide says starting frame is 21. That's pretty clear to me. Except that I can't make it work...
Was already there in step 6:
"6. This will bring you to the Seed to Times/Adjacents Finder, which will give you a list of dates and times to choose from as well as show you your Target Delay. Even if this isn’t your first time C-Gearing, given the slight timing differences between normal C-Gear RNGing and Entralink RNGing it is recommended that you set your Delays to +999/-999, your Seconds to +9 / -9 and your Min Frame to 1 and Max to a number above the target Frame you noted in step 5."
If your target frame was 60 in Step 5, you'd set it from 1 - 60. I'd have written that you should start with a minimum of 21 in the Seed to Times/Adjacents Finder, but like I've also written, there are some people who've reported a min frame of 8 so the larger range allows for a more thorough search in case that ever happens.

Can you send me your target seed / target frame info, steps, and maybe a screenshot of your Seed to Time/Adjacents Finder?
Tried yesterday twice, same thing then. Starting the seach at zero still returns nothing. Does water dripping from the roof advance the frame? or maybe it has something to do with DST?
Your search parameters might not be wide enough. Try setting them like this if you haven't already.
im working on getting a shiny elemental monkey from the lady in the dreamyard, but man.. shes just all over the place.
whoever has done it before.. any tips? i saved next to her, so i can restart at the set time and press menu, etc.. but when i loaded the game up.. she was in a totally different spot.

You could hit your seed and see where she is at that time. Then save at that spot where you can talk to her when you hit your seed again.
Also I'm just curious, can gift pokemon spreads be used for capturing too? All I would have to do was adavance the frame by 7 right?

I was able to activate the time at the right time, and luckily enough the monkey chick was right where i stood, pressed menu instantly to get the chatot frame advancing ready, and started chattering away 104 times. backed out, talked to her instantly, and didn't get my results.

1. Did you make sure to record a custom cry?
2. Were the IVs correct? If not, you probably hit the wrong Timer0.
3. Are you sure your starting frame was 52?
ahh, so just record any sound on Chatter, and shit will be good? [assuming the images i posted are correct.]
on a similar note, it has frame 48 and nearby shiny as 156. what do those mean exactly. do i have to do something different since it's frame 48?
48 is the IV frame and 156 is the PID frame. Find a seed that has IVRNG frame 1.
