i think its pokemon that have a usage percentage of 4% or better, but im not entirely sure on that exact number.
usually teams that have this are either a rain team or sandstorm team. just work around that i guess. politoed, tornadus/dnite, toxicroak, scizor, ferrothorn, skarm. or ttar/hippo, excadrill, garchomp, donphan...
i have my own question:
is there a way to use the rotom formes on gen 5 wif? i mean like for battles on the actual DS wifi.
Modest Accelgor is outrun by +Speed Base 130s, but honestly it loses to 2 of the 3 so Modest is viable.

The ability defeatist (cuts atk/spatk by half if hp go down to 50%): does it lower the base stats or the real stats? what i mean is:
will archeops' base-atk just go down to 70, with no effects on the stat points gained by evs and ivs? or will these additional stat points be halved, too?

Mold Breaker nullifies Wonder Guard.
The "real" stats, for example.....
"Archeaops used Rock Slide. The attacks missed!"
"Metagross used Zen Headbutt! Archeops lost 79% of it's HP!"
Defeatist activates
Archeaops' attacks (let's just say 400) is cut in half (to 200).

And I've got another question: if the ability was activated once, can you cancel it by using a potion? or do you have to switch it first?
I think it's more like a "state" like "zen mode state" for darmanitan. Don't quote me on that though.
Screw that Attack IV, you won't need it. I'd definitely keep that.

I meant; is that Slowpoke better off as a Slowking or a Slowbro?
Slowbro can utilize the Bold nature a lot better and is generally better in this metagame (Slowking can't wall specially well enough).

It's perfectly legal. If you buy the Post-Elite Four guide book in Japan, you get a serial code that unlocks Torchic w/Speed Boost. However, it is male only, thus it cannot be bred. If it appeared in something other than a Dream Ball, it was hacked.
Assuming it ends up in Entree Forest, it could actually be in any non-HGSS ball and still be legal.
I can back this up. You don't have to catch DW pokemon in the Dream Ball provided. I've got a couple in Luxury Balls, to make 'em easier to evolve.
Other balls won't have the 100% catch rate, of course. And since you can't attack the mon you can't get their HP down or sleep them, so you could be at it for a while. But it's definitely possible.
