Charmander, jas61292, Engineer Pikachu, Dogfish, Lyris (no one is telling me either way so I'll just let you have the 3 MC), Venser, Dummy007, Terrador (Venusaur's speed should be 80, not 60, and Crobat's accuracy boost should round up to 23%), Temperantia, IceBug (you already have Thunder Wave, so you can stock 2 MC), Arcanite (you can add Thrash and Scary Face to Larvitar's level-up moves), Blazikenmaster-Zeo, Korski, AlphaJolt, jas again (fix Remoraid's STAB summary, it's outdated), Dogfish again, IAR, iss, SOS, C$FP, Darkamber, elDino, Flora, C$FP (since the change to speed divisors is guaranteed to pass, also +Speed natures round up so you should have 64 speed), and dan are APPROVED Stealth edit: Blast too

Nightmare jigglypuff: Your Totodile's STAB summary is outdated and it's missing its ability descriptions. Also, there shouldn't be stars beside its moves seeing as it's not one of your starting Pokemon. You also should have Ice Fang, Flail and Thrash added as level-up moves. Finally, you're missing a sprite. NOT APPROVED

Blazikenmaster-Zeo, you can add Ember to Tepig's starting movepool, and its DC should be 0/5, not just 0. Otherwise, APPROVED

Metal Bagon, your Dragonair should have 100 HP and 70 Speed, and you didn't update its MC and DC. Otherwise, APPROVED

These 29 put me at 31, giving me 3 AC with 1 left

I feel like buying another teammate.

Levtitate: This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading Ground moves like Bulldoze, Dig, Earthquake, and Magnitude. Other Ground moves can still hit. Levitate Pokemon will retain the Levitate trait when they use Skill Swap on an enemy, and will steal the opponent's ability (the user can specify if they want a foe or ally to gain Levitate from a Skill Swap.) If a Pokemon with Levitate uses Role Play, they will copy the opponent's abilities and retain Levitate.

Raticate (Coroner) M
Nature: Adamant (Adds One (1) Rank to Attack; Subtracts One (1) Rank From Special Attack)
Type: Normal
Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Abilities:
Run Away: (Innate) This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.
Guts: (Innate) This Pokemon is tenacious and will work ever harder when under a status condition, raising the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by two (2). Pokemon with Guts ignore the attack drop from burn.
Hustle (DW): (Can be Enabled) This Pokemon puts immense force and speed in its physical attacks, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by three (3), but the haste used lowers their accuracy to 80% of normal.
