I've been experimenting CB and CSpecs Sets on Pokemon
CB Cinccino hits pretty hard, all it lacks is priority but base 115 speed is pretty fast already.
[SET]
name: Choice
move 1: U-turn
move 2: Tail Slap
move 3: Bullet Seed
move 4: Rock Blast
item: Choice Band
ability: Technician
nature: Adamant / Jolly
evs: 4 HP / 252 Att / 252 Spe
Technician Boosted Tail slap, Bullet Seed and Rock blast hit pretty hard and U turn allows you to scout out moves if you don't think you can get the KO and grass/rock moves have good coverage and hits everything but steels.
Defenses are frail at 75/60/60 but Cinccino is fast enough to U-turn out of there so someone else can take a hit like Cressilia.
Eeletross is actually pretty good with choice specs, although you'd think it's outclassed by rotom-appliances due to it's low speed but it doesn't suffer crippling (or any) weaknesses like Stealth rock (rotom-f and rotom-s) or 5 addition weaknesses with grass typing (rotom-c). rotom-ghost could use Choice Specs I guess.
But having zero weaknesses is always a plus, Only something like Pinsir with mold breaker could hit you super effectively
[SET]
name: Choice
move 1: Volt Change
move 2: Thunderbolt / HP-Ice
move 3: Grass Knot
move 4: Acid Spray /Flamethrower
item: Choice Specs
ability: Levitate
nature: Timid
evs: 44 HP / 252 SpA / 212 Spe
The Evs and Nature can be changed especially for Speed, depends who you want to outspeed or if you prefer bulk. The EVs I've used are to outspeed 0 speed Cressilia, I've Always been in a situation where Cressilia has 1% HP and I have nothing that outspeeds her left on my team to KO her before she recovers with Moonlight/rest.
Grass Knot in the move slot may feel Redundant but it actually there to make prediction easier, if you happen to get lucky enough for Eeletross to switch into a water type and you remember that they also have a ground type from team preview. Grass knot is a safe bet as they'll expect you to use an electric move like (volt change or tbolt) then switch into a specs boosted super effective Grassknot. (Poor Rhyperior never had a chance :-( lol.)
Acid Spray is to hit grass types that resist your other 3 moves, I prefer Acid Spray as it lower's sp-def by 2 stages and it generally a 2hko on grass types staying in. Flamethrower can be used but acid spray has the utility of forcing switches.
CB and C-Scraf sets can use used on Eeletross also but relying on Wild Charge recoil for my stab isn't my kind of thing, and there are better scraf revengers in the tier already.
I've also tried out Choice Specs Slowking but I've already posted that somewhere else already. Choice Specs Slowking is more of a prediction game. Think they'll switch into a psychic resist/immunity? use surf, a water resist/immunity? use psychic. Your in a bit of a pickle if they have both a water and psychic immunity but slowking hits pretty hard once it's checks are gone, if only it got hydro pump.
