I've calibrated my egg with 600 frame. So there:

why I have such high values?

Actually, I don't think it's too late. I caught Entei and Raikou and then fainted my Latios, and then I RNGd it in Lance's room using the Radio to do it instead of the roamer method. So you can try that too, Abra Kapocus. You'll have to download Radio Seed, which is on the first page of the thread. I can teach you how to use it if you'd rather RNG it in Lance's room. :)
Im trying to rng a shiny raikou in SS but all of the available spreads require me to rng at a time where the radio stations dont help much. Any suggestions?
If you know what you are doing and the target frame is high, let say at least 30+
You can tap the upper left station once and it should advance the frame 14-20 and then do 9 or 10 elm calls to find what frame your on, but remember to stop one off your target frame
I thought Elm calls indicate delay and not frames. And isn't the top left station inaccurate?
Elm advances frames and it also indicates the seed and delay you hit.

That is what I am going for. How many advances do I have to do with the radio, and how long do I need to keep the radio station on to advance one frame? I ask this because during my first attempt, I touched the station and held down on the d-pad right after I clicked the station. I don't think I got any advances because I caught the Latios and it was on frame 4. I'm looking for any help I can get. Thanks.

You'll have to do 113 advances with the radio (You start on frame 1, and Latios is Method 1, so 114 - 113). Right when you get on the station, the frame should advance. Why did you press down on the d-pad? Also, which station are you using to advance the frame?
I'm guessing that he's holding down on the D-Pad to change the station to nothing after he taps it, then taps the station when the text/music disappears. I had told him to do so when I tried to teach him as it is the most efficient way of advancing the radio IMO as you won't accidentally hit another station.
Ohhh! I didn't know that holding down would change the station to nothing. I just slid the circle back to the middle lol.
Also, an edit to what I said about the frame advancements: If you have other roamers released, not just Latios, then Latios' starting frame will not be 1, it'll be different. I'm not sure what it would be, though. I think it was like Raikou: 1, Entei: 6, Latios: 11 but I'm really not sure.
Latios starting frame will most likely be 3 as 1 + 2(for roamers). The 1/6/11 is just if all three are being regenerated.
As for advancing with the radio, top right station does between 13-18 frames of advancement per tune in. Since you need 111 advances a safe bet is to tap it 6 times returning to the middle after each time and then use radio seed to track your frame.

I have a quick question about Emerald RNG Abuse!
I want to try breeding Pokemon on my Emerald cart once I play through the game, and I have a question about Wild Pokemon RNG abuse in Emerald (Only because I need parents of course :P). Are there encounter slots in Emerald? I know there aren't any mapped out (I think), but say I hit frame x and I get a Zubat. If I hit frame x again, will I get Zubat again?

Yes, you will get Zubat again. 3rd gen has its own Method H. Check out page 30 of the RNG Research thread for the details. It's a little complicated though.
Still going for shiny raikou in the burned tower in SS. Just realized I cant do the Elm call trick yet and the radio stations arent consistent at the time I have to RNG. Any suggestions?
Aww, that sucks. So basically, I'll need a synchronizer to get a pokemon with the wanted IVs that isn't Zubat? Because I read here that with a syncer, the RNG will cycle through frames until it finds one with the same nature. Is that right? I'm planning to catch a Staryu from Lilycove, and Wailmer appears 85% of the time, so I'm probably going to have trouble >.<
And, I'll try looking at that page of the research thread, but I don't think I'll understand any of it xD
You can use Juggler Irwin as a replacement for Elm.

I already told you another way! Lol. Juggler Irwin advances the frame just like Prof. Elm (Consistently by 1). He also confirms the seed, like I posted:

Except for frame advancements (Poketch or radio) there are any differences on egg PID Abuse between DP, Platinum and HGSS?
Well, no. At least, not really. I'm experienced with RSFrLg ESVs, but I'm pretty sure Emerald follows the same routine. Encounter slot values (ESVs) are tied to natures, which are kind of tied to IVs. So I'm thinking that if you use a syncher, you'll snap to the nature you want, but it's probably not going to be the spread you want. PID/IV spreads have only certain ESVs, and you're stuck with what you get. Some PID/IV spreads don't even appear in the wild. Sorry, that's just how it is. =\

I still can't get the frame to advance for some reason. I've hit Frame 3 the last two times I tried. Both times I had the radio cursor in the middle and hit the bottom right button. I waited a second or two and then dragged it back to the middle. I did this 111 times (If I counted right). It didn't advance anything. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I let a few lines of the radio program show up before going back to the middle. Do I need to wait for the whole thing to go off? This is getting very frustrating.
Any advice would be helpful at this point.
