If so, that's the probably because I just change my time and its playing at that time.

I have another question about Emerald abuse.
Is it possible to hit a seed other than 00000000 (Are there even seeds in Emerald abuse?)? I'm asking because if it was possible to hit something else, then there would be a whole lot of other possible frames, which means there might be some great IV spreads on lower frames.

THIS IS FOR DPPt, specifically Platinum
Here, is my problem. I'm at that last stage. I got the nature and ability all set from the RNG. I did 8 trail runs to see what frame I was on and it was 6. My target frame was 18, so I did the following calculation in doing flips in my journal: (18-6)/2=6 flips.
Now, I know you have to flip to a page where you have killed or caught a Pokemon. I have been just flipping back and forth to a page where I caught a Pokemon and a page where nothing happened--hitting that page with the caught Pokemon 6 times. And yes, the page starts with the caught Pokemon recorded and I counted it as one of my 6 flips.
So, I set the time 1 minute before it says on the chart and start a stopwatch as soon as I start the time on the DS. Also, set the date. Wait till the 59th second. Smash A to the journal. Do my flips. Press start and smash A as fast as possible.
I use an AR that calculates IV's by pressing start+select in the summary section and then the IV's appear in the stat section in the Pokemon's summary. I also use a quick egg hatch cheat, where my egg hatches in few steps. These cheats didn't harm the first part when getting the ability and nature.
I am not landing on the spread at all, I even widened it to a huge state.
What am I doing wrong here?
EDIT: I used a newer AR strategy. I used the cheat to fill my bags with all the TM's so I can calculate IV's by TM. This way, I am able to calculate IV's of an egg before it hatches. I did this and found myself on the spread and missed the correct delay.
So, the question is; do IV's change if you hatch the egg using a cheat that hatches the egg quickly and then check the IV's by looking at them in the Pokemon's summary?
EDIT 2:: I've been doing the calibration phase but cannot land on the same delay so far (have done it 5 times). My seconds are quite consistent, but the delay--which matters is never the same. Is this the hardest game to RNG? Should I beat HeartGold and RNG there--is it a lot easier?
The reason I am not doing BW is because I haven't beaten a second Pokemon GEN V game, because I use Game Sync. Also, I need to breed a Tyranitar with SuperPower and Stealth Rock--which is only teachable in GEN IV.
Ugh, I was looking at HGSS RNG videos, and they say you need Pokerus, which I don' have.
EDIT 3 (When will he stop editing?): So, I searched for seeds 7 times, and got the same delay as another seed previously. Is this what you guys do sometimes, try about 7+ times to get the right delay. Also, let's still note my initial post before the billions of edits, am I doing everything right?

For delay calibrations and doing the actual egg iv abuse, you can really use an AR because the AR loads different from the game.
You dont need pokerus for hgss just need to fight irwin on rt 30 something (31 33 or 35) the one close to the below the ghost town maybe route 34. Defeat him and get his number, it work just like elm just easier to access

In HGSS, you don't need Pokerus. Juggler Irwin calls do the same thing as elm.

I can just use the AR, when I do it for real--I just won't load any cheats (the question is will the Pokemon be considered legit). Also, a flip is counted if you land on a journal page that has a caught or dead Pokemon recorded, correct? Bearsfan says this, but the Smogon guide doesn't (at least, doesn't say it clearly).
Another HGSS:
I haven't even beat the game, do roamers count as Suicine--who just stand there. I know you have to kill all roamers so that's why I am asking. And, man how long does it take to do that. How many are there? Who are they?
Early game Roamers are Entei and Raikou(Suicune isn't a roamer), later once you reach Kanto one of the Lati twins will also start to roam after doing the Magnet Train quest.
Also you can RNG with Roamers, especially eggs(I've done it for a while and it never hindered me).
Every time you see a page with Captured/Defeated on the journal that counts a flip. So if your journal opens to the starting page that says one of those it counts as a flip.
EDIT: You can RNG with AR, it's just a matter of figuring out how much it changes your calibrated delay.

I can't speak on when a new update will come(have no idea if there will be) but I know that they know about the problem with the shiny egg tab. For right now just use an older version(I like 8.31 personally).

However, I didn't complete the Magnet Train quest so Latios/Latias won't be roaming, correct?
Also, concerning roamers in HGSS, bearsfan says you must kill them all. Is bearsfans videos not reliable in this case? Are there any other links to videos you can provide to me?

Does bearsfan's methods agree with you because I am hearing some contradictions--especially kill the roamers. When you were talking about killing the roamers, were you refereeing to DPPt? And if you were referring to DPPt, that makes bearsfan video prereq's correct (possibly), making it hard for me since I have no Pokerus.
Also, I'll level up a Sweet Scent Roselia to attract Pokemon faster instead of using Gallade and running around. Also, since Roselia doesn't have False Swipe, does it matter how long it take for you to catch the Pokemon when obtaining seeds? Also, does it matter where I run to when I get the seed by catching a Pokemon and then using Sweet Scent? This is for DPPt. If there is answer for HGSS, please don't hesitate to answer, haha.

Bearsfan prerequisites make egg rng'ing simpler but are not requirements. For instance the part about roamers, if you kill them your starting frame will always be one, if you don't then instead the starting frame increases by one for each roamer. You also don't need pokerus as juggler Irwin can be used instead of elm, his response and how they correspond to elm are on the last page of this thread.
So simply bearsfan prereqs just make rng'ing simpler
Hi, I am trying to find a flawless synchronizable seed on which to abuse my ID/SID combo on but I cannot find any flawless synchronizable seeds. I find many flawless (but non-syncable) seeds however. Is anyone else having the same problem or am I alone in this? If you have a flawless syncable seed (with a frame under 100 and delay not over 4000...)would you mind sharing it here? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply :) I think I tried this seed already. (yeah I have pokeRNG). the thing is, on frame 40 (for the first one for example), in the RNG reporter main window, when I change the sync nature, frame 40 remains as a modest nature (sync doesnt affect it). now when I look at frame 22 (which is what pokeRNG tells us for sync nature) it has the completely wrong IVs (not flawless) this is what gets me confused :(
That's because you didn't to make your sync nature Modest in RNG Reporter:
Make your sync nature Modest and click generate again and you should get more frames as Modest with the correct IVs! :)
Edit: Hold on, let me get a better screen shot.
Yeah it worked if I put sync nature as modest, but what I want is a flawless seed such that if I use a different nature syncrhonizer, such as timid, the result will be timid as well. This seed only lets me get flawless shiny modest natured. In gen 5, I was able to abuse my ID/SID such that I can RNG flawless shinies for whatever nature I wanted (because that seed was syncable for all natures) Is this not possible on gen 4?
