Is there any place where one can find IVs for hidden power on Trick Room pokemons?
So if i want a hidden power Grass on my Quiet Heatran what is the closest IV to 0 that it can have in speed in order to get the best HP Grass?

Well to be honest you could put HP Grass on your Heatran and then fiddle around with the Speed ivs in the teambuilder. It works really effectively.

Hw does the sub dd gyarados set go? It sounds fun actually :D

Also, would adding 56 spD evs on the whimsiscott set to make it 200 spD help it? And taking it out of hp or def, which would be better?

I was given this spread by someone else here (can't remember who), and it works wonders...

Gyarados @ Leftovers.
28 HP/252 Atk/52 Def/176 Speed
Moveset:
-Substitute
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Bounce/Stone Edge

176 Speed is enough to outrun positive base 115's after one Dragon Dance. You still won't outrun Excadrill without two Dragon Dances though.

I wasn't told what the defensive spread survives, but I still use it.

I like Bounce over Stone Edge for additional Leftovers recovery, plus it allows you to not be completely walled by Ferrothorn. Stone Edge is still plenty viable though.

Thats an amazing set, no joke.... Why isnt it on the gyrados page? Also what nature and ability is viable on it?

What are some Pokemons that can counter Rotom-W, Landorus and Scizor?

The 3 don't share any common full on counters, but Skarmory or Deffensive Bronzong can ckeck Landorus and Scizor. You'll have to deal with Rotom-W with something else like Ferrothorn, Virizion, Celebi, Blissey etc.

I'm running mine as Adamant + Intimidate.

No.
A SubSeed set is usually made with the moveset Substitute, Leech Seed and two attacking options, though with Whimiscott, you should go with more annoyer options, considering Prankster and it's large support movepool.

ah ok.... and what would be the best ev spread for that? ik theres a physically orientated one, but is there like a mixed one?

Uh, you just read what I said, right? You are not going to run Offensive options on a SubSeed set with Whimiscott. Just use the spread given on the analysis as it focuses on keeping Whimiscott alive, which is further bolstered by SubSeed, as the goal is to annoy the opponent by staying alive with Leech Seed draining their HP. But wait, what's this? There's already an option to make a SubSeed set on the analysis. By picking Substitute over U-turn. But when using Whimiscott, remember that is one of the most difficult pokemon to use, due to it relying on prediction so heavily. Just saying.
