Focus energy raises your stage by two. Everything else in the crit stage discussion should be correct more or less, though.

EDIT: Wait, does super luck really double the crit stage? The 4th gen Smogon page says it's just one stage, but the 5th gen page says "doubles the critical hit rate", which looks like it could be confused between doubling the stage amount or the percentage rate "Since one stage up is doubled critical rate for the first few stages". And there seems to be nothing on the front page of the research thread, so...

Thunderbolt if you're not using rain. Thunder if you are.

You might like Will-O-Wisp or HP Grass, they're pretty useful.

Thunderbolt usually is the recommended move, as it is reliable. Thunder can be used when you have Politoed, because running in random sand and sun teams ruins this move.
Never use Return on Rotom; even HP Ice is far more useful than Return - and stronger.

Short: It'll hit.

Thanks you two. Thunderbolt is certainly appealing, as I'm already running the ever-inaccurate Hydro Pump, but also I'm wondering what exactly the two HP's are for? I mean, Ice can hit...Gliscor on the switch? The Dragons? And HP Grass hits...what, Swampert and Gastrodon? I'm not saying I don't appreciate the suggestion, I just need more clarification on what each one can do (i battle but rarely, so my knowledge of the threats countered by HP isn't that good).

Also, for the HP Ice suggestion, I do have a Mienshao which currently has HP Ice, so is it worth having two users of the move, considering I don't have any other Ice attacks?

Having HP Ice twice won't hurt with all those DD-Nites running around. Modest Scarf-Rotom-W can outspeed and OHKO both the offensive and the bulky dragon dancer at +1 after SR damage.
As for HP Grass, you are already right with Swampert and Gastrodon, add Quagsire. Quagsire and Swampert don't stand a chance against rain boosted Hydro Pump anyway. If you are good in prediction Trick can cripple Gastrodon fair enough, otherwise HP Grass will do 70.2% - 83.7% to the balanced variant.

Can anybody think of a good moveset for the event Suicune with Extremespeed, Aqua Ring, Airslash, etc?

One after another: Physical Tank-Cune is an utterly bad choice, as its attack stat is its lowest. It doesn't have many moves anyway, besides of Extremespeed and obviously Waterfal only Avalance and Bulldoze comes in mind. If you want one badly, stick on those moves. Too bad Suicune haven't got Work Up.

Air Slash doesn't add anything useful to its type coverage. It hits fighting types with SE damage but is usually outclassed by Ice Beam and its STAB moves. Maybe Virizion, but you won't stay in Virizion anyway.
If you really want to make something flinch, use it in conjunction with Tailwind; still totally outclassed by Togekiss, who not only has Hax Grace, but both Thunder Wave and Tailwind for support.

Sheer Cold; just spam it and hope to hit. You can try to baton pass Hone Claws and speed boosts via Ninjask to it, but even after +2 accuracy it'll be at 50, as "accurate" as Inferno.
The heck, if Suicune really get's Hone Claw's boosts, spam Hydro Pump, Blizzard, use Extremespeed ... outclassed by Dragnite, who not only gets Hone Claw (not reliant on Baton Pass), but can spam Dragon Rush, Blizzard, Fire Blast, Thunder, Hurricane, Focus Blast, and the rest of its physical repertoire, including Extremespeed.

Aqua Ring is fairly usable compared to the other moves. Unfortunately, Suicune has that four-slot syndrome; you can try it on CroCune, dropping Rest and Sleep Talk for Aquaring and Substitute. It competetes with Dry Skin Toxicroak, who not only heals 3/16 per turn instead of 2/16 but get even better offensive moves like Drain Punch. The major difference is that you won't have to take out Ninetales before using it.Needs a lot of status support.

I was doing a Triple Battle. Here was the situation.

Sun was out...

Opponent had both Metagross and Cherrim in play...

My Rash, 4 EV invested in SpAtk Blaziken used Overheat on Metagross (w/ sun shining)...

Metagross only takes around 50-55% damage...

What possible natures/spreads could my opponents Metagross have had?

Flower Gift boosts Special Defense of the entire enemy part

I know that, but Overheat hits hard, especially under the sun w/ STAB.

Rash 4 SpA Blaziken's Overheat against 4 HP Metagross under Sunny Day: 195-229%
Rash 4 SpA Blaziken's Overheat against 4 HP Flower Gift boosted Metagross: 130% - 154%
Rash 4 SpA Blaziken's Overheat against 252 HP Flower Gift boosted Metagross: 108% - 128%
Rash 4 SpA Blaziken's Overheat against 252 HP 252 SpD Flower Gift boosted Gentle Metagross: 76% - 91%

You were clearly exaggerating or forgetting something like that Blaziken was -2 (Edit:) or like that Metagross had Calm Mind or an Occa Berry

Is the chance of hatching a shiny pokemon with out using the Matsuda Method the same as encountering one in the wild with out using the poke radar?

I just accidentally hatched a Shiny Shroomish while I was breeding for high IV's so I'm just curious.

No SpAtk drops, no SpDef boosts, no Occa. Only Cherrim was factored in for the Metagross buff.

I was battling on wi-fi GBU, so the Metagross could have possibly slipped past the GBU hack check.

Yes, the shiny rate is the same as it would be under normal circumstances for wild Pokemon. I've done the same with a Paras (I didn't even notice it was shiny until after I had EV trained it, since I did it entirely by EXP share).

Well, since all the multi-hit moves are over 60% accuracy, it'd just make them 100% accurate. Or higher, I forget. Whatever the case is with Gravity (Evasion's 3/5ths as effective or something so stuff from 60% up should hit regardless if there's no other modifier factors.)

That's separate from the amount of times it hits though. I've gotten a 4-hit, a 3-hit, and a 2-hit doubleslap in testing so I'm guessing the amount of hits is unaffected by Gravity.

Does anyone know to what extent gender ratios are skewed in the Dream World? I always get MANY more males than females...

I actually remember reading about this, I think it's...oh geez I want to say like one in 8 for most pokemon? But then you've got a few like Marill who are like 1 in 32?

Hmmm I'll try finding the exact post about this

edit: Okay, here we go:
For Pokemon, females are exactly three times rarer than males, but other than that I haven't noticed many specific extra rarities between species, other than as previously mentioned, location-specific Pokemon like Bidoof, which you can only see if you specifically go to a pond, and although it is possible to locate where ponds are, you end up taking up most of the 10 steps to locate the pond and may not even be able to reach it.

Due to glitches in the way Pokemon are chosen, there are a few differences in rarities but mostly focusing on the genders instead of the Pokemon themselves, for example Female Marill are 6 times as rare as Male Marill, and Male Sudowoodo are only roughly 2.5 times as common as Female Sudowoodo. When all added together you end up with the usual 3:1 split though.

Items again, as mentioned, do have rarities. For example, MysticWaters are between 20-40 times as rare as Oran Berries(at 10000pts+), but since each Item Slot can have its own set rarity modifier, I've had trouble confirming any rarities into absolute percentages, simply because the rarity of some items means it's extremely rare to encounter them, so I don't have comparably as much data.
