^Interesting. They don't seem to have life orbs, choice specs OR choice scarves in the item list, yet they have all the weird berries.
Wait, what does a bad egg do to the game? What exactly is it, anyway? One of my friends has one in his Leafgreen but he doesn't seem to know anything about it.Hacked pokemon don't do anything to your game (unless of course it's a bad egg)

Would using an action replay to get to the legenderies, not catch them, be considered hacking?Hacked pokemon don't do anything to your game (unless of course it's a bad egg), but the main reason people avoid hacked pokemon is the principle. It's rewarding to know that you have a good, competetive pokemon you spent hours breeding yourself rather than having it made with a program in 30 seconds.

Wait woah. I thought all the type boosting items remained at 10%, but it was the plates that increased said type by 20%?MetalKid's damage calculator still has a number of problems. I've only played with it a bit but some errors I noticed were items like Twistedspoon only boost by 10% instead of 20%.
Ditto (Jolly) - 8-10/18-19/18-19/24/8-10/30, Speed last.
Ditto (Impish) - 11-12/0/1-2/29/27-28/29, Speed last.
Who should I breed with a Bagon to obtain a good Specsmence MOTHER? (of course, why would I breed for a Jolly/Impish Specsmence...)
Talking to the Hikers don't count towards your total. And, you can only encounter other people in the Underground using DS Wireless, not WiFi.To get Spiritomb, do you to talk to people on wi-fi(like someone else that owns a DS) in the underground, or just hikers that appear randomly in the underground. Ireally want Spiritomb and would like to know which ASAP.
From OmegaDonut's original research thread: Type-Boosting Items (Charcoal, Magnet, Aruseus' Plates, etc.): Now boost 20% instead of the old 10%.SirSpanky said:Wait woah. I thought all the type boosting items remained at 10%, but it was the plates that increased said type by 20%?
Question: I currently have a regular DS and am considering to get a DS lite soon and shall rid of my regular DS. Would using the new DS lite cause me to have to change my friend code?
Hmmm I was afraid of that. Looks like I'll need to update my pearl training card if that happens. I'd rather get a DS lite since it's much more convenient and would probably resolve my wifi difficulties I've been encountering when trying to do trades or single level 100 battles for IV evaluation purposes.Yes, every time you play the same cartridge in a different DS and go to WiFi you get a new FC.
This has happened to me more than one time with my brother DS. I think it also happens if you do a Wireless Trade/Battle, but I'm not sure about that last.
Actually, in the DS options, there is an option to "Transfer Wi-Fi Settings" which is misleading. it doesn't transfer just the SETTINGS but also the WFC ID which means the NEW ds gets the OLD codes and the OLD ds needs to re-register.Question: I currently have a regular DS and am considering to get a DS lite soon and shall rid of my regular DS. That's great news then. Hopefully when I go to make the DS exchange the vendor can assist with that.Actually, in the DS options, there is an option to "Transfer Wi-Fi Settings" which is misleading. it doesn't transfer just the SETTINGS but also the WFC ID which means the NEW ds gets the OLD codes and the OLD ds needs to re-register.
Yes. The use of any device like Action Replay, Gameshark, etc to manipulate the game code in your favour is hacking.
Items, Pokémon the whole shebang is hacking.
