breloom ascended a couple of days ago, if they saw the log was only used one turn

All top 25 Pokemon are prohibited from being used. This round used February statistics, because March statistics weren't released at the time round two was posted. So, you used Breloom. It was #20 in the February statistics, which is top 25, meaning it's banned. That means you used an illegal Pokemon, so I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Even if this round used the recently released March statistics, Breloom would still be banned, since it was #23 in the recently released statistics for March, which is top 25.

Ultimately, if Floppy permits a replay, then by all means replay. But at this point, it's Floppy's win.
 
Yeah, I apologize I haven't been too active lately (spring break so was on vaca, working extra hours, and family stuff for my bday).
If we can't meet up sometime tonight to get this done, Novaray can have the win! :)
