Not sure if these have been posted yet but it does look like those new ice moves do take two turns to use

That was already confirmed long ago by hackers giving their pokemon these moves in the defult B/W. The codeing for the moves already existed, to prevent crashes/other issues if Black/White Kyurem used the attacks in a link battle.

Still, thanks for the link.

I don't know how to edit .gifs but here is something I "think" is new
The area where Dragonspiral Tower seems to have changed and no longer covered by cloud on the top
Here is my picture if anyone knows how to combine it with the map.gif please do so

Wow, Kyurem sure did a real number on Unova, didn't it. I don't think the Battle Subway will be running anymore, but it seems that city with the Dragon Gym Leaders is still alright. It doesn't look like the path is going to be so linear like it was in the last game. Now I must ask: What organization is going to try and take over again?

I want team magma to come back and melt the ice, but i think realisticly plasma will be back.
Also dont know if anybody noticed this, below driftveil there are a lot of tiny cities, that may be where you start of.
The south east penninsular took one hell of a beatin lol, but i cant help but notice like half of the region is iced over, the game cant get any shorter or else it would just plain sick

^^What about the seventh movie? It had no human antagonists. True enough, no Pokémon antagonists either. I liked it because it had no direct villains (save for the usual useless trio). The way I interpret it, Rayquaza got his pride hurt by Deoxys, and went to battle it over Antarctica. Rayquaza found Deoxys a worthy challenger, and sought it again when it finally woke up from that Hyper Beam. The rest was just misunderstandings.

Also, looks like Mistralton airport finally will get some use.

I actually doubt what we see in Driftveil is craters. I think it might be construction holes or digging pits or something. Doesn't explain the absence of the lighthouse, though. Perhaps the old one was destroyed and they are building a new one? Then what might the other hole be?

Also looking forward to seeing what they'll do with the southeast corner of the map. Here's hoping that the path through the game will be less linear (there are exactly two crossroads in the entire game that doesn't end immediately with dead ends. Contrast Hoenn, Johto and Kanto, which had three full loops, or Sinnoh where Mt. Coronet connects practically everything).

As long as that piano stays in Accumula, I'll be happy. I really loved the idea of additional instruments to add to the music. Village Bridge when everything played... ahh...
Speaking of music, they should fix Nimbasa's.

We have pretty much already established that the ice is fake and is just used to cover up new parts of the map or something along that line. Things GF doesn't want us to know about yet.

This has not been proven yet, but you can see the green landscape under it so it's still pretty clear.

I meant in regards to the theory that the black and white forms gain the ability to use two turn attacks in one go.

Those craters in Driftveil are caves. If you look close enough (or look at the really massive map posted a few pages back), you can see dark holes (ie, openings).

Kinda weird. It looks like the construction in Driftveil is done... And Cold Storage was... Blown up?? lol. I liked that place :(. Also that was the most pointless place to have a lighthouse, so I'm okay with that being gone.

Well those are all pretty obvious, yeah. I don't think that the added boats/plane means anything tbh. The only noteworthy thing with a vehicle is that there is a plane in the "new settlement." The only thing about the piers is that it looks like the changes include a lower level. This may mean that you can surf out of the city, and possibly go into the dive spots that you mentioned.

I was just wondering if anyone saw anything else under the ice.

To the right of the league, there is a new body of water.

From the map it looks like Icirrus City Gym is gone D: I can still see Nacrene and somewhat of Striaton gym but not Icirrus.

The easiest gym in the entire Pokemon-universe has disappeared? Oh well.

You know that's not going to happen. Since when does Australia get anything before the US? It'll be at about the same time as the others, but not before.
(Yes I am Australian)

perhaps the new villains are a merger of aqua and magma. freezing the world is a kind of compromise between flooding and drying up.

perhaps n becomes a "good guy" and joins forces with the bw character with their dragons to sort kyurem the fuck out.

You do realise that AU has fall in March-May, right? So the implication there is that we get B2W2 either this or next month? :P

we actually generally get our shit about 12 hours in advance. time zones favour us.

... although we'll technically die first when the world explodes at the end of the year i suppose.

Erm, no, you won't get the games before Japan, dear.
Also I'm sure they mean the US fall season, meaning you Australian mates get the games during our fall. (Late sept.- early dec.)

Honestly, I fail to understand how GF can "continue" the plot. What are they building on?

It doesn't appear that we are really "continuing" from anything. New playable character in the same region as BW, in a slightly later time, with Kyurem still at large and doing... something.

Also all this arguing about an early Australia release is just silly, the initial poster was clearly joking.

Hm. Now I'm left wondering as to what they'll give to Weak Kyurem. They never leave the old forme behind (Shaymin-L has Natural Cure, different typing and higher defenses, Giratina-A isn't binded to Griseous Orb and has higher defenses, Rotom has higher Speed and different typing), and the new Kyurem having 90 Base Speed sure as hell wouldn't compensate the new moves and the probable increase in the respective offensive stat. Exclusive moves wouldn't work either, as the new Kyurem would have access to them to, so...

...Snow Warning? ~__~

snow warning fits with my mamga/aqua comment, as groudon and kyogre also control the weather.

Original (altered, zombie, w/e) Kyurem will probably inherit some kind of Fire or Electric coverage move from the forms, and Kyurem-Z sure looks like it could be tutored Superpower...

I know it's art logic, but it seems impossible that its coverage movepool wouldn't get an upgrade. As fun as Snow Warning would be, Kyurem very probably will stay OU/BL and that could be what differentiates it.

This isn't enough. Every forme had something to differentiate it from the newer (and better...) one. They all ended up a tier below the newer forme, except for Giratina-A, but still had something unique to them. The safest (almost SURE) bet is that Weak Kyurem will keep its base 95 Speed and the newer ones will have 90 but eh seriously, just that? Nah.
