Is this a good Sneasel? (IVs might be a little off since I made it hold Exp. Share, fought a Gyarados and used the Attack EV lowering berry)

Nature: Adamant
HP: 24-31
Attack: 10-21
Defense: 13-23
Speed: 26-31
Special Attack: 0-7
Special Defense: 17-27

Still shooting this question out there.

With Zoom Lens, if you go last repetitively, will you still get boosts in Accuracy? Ex. Go last first turn, get a boost; go last second turn, get another boost. Are such a boost (either a single or multiple boosts) Baton Passable?

I'm not so sure because:

Are Metronome boosts Baton Passable as well?
Does Wide Lens function the same?

I would work harder to get better attack and speed.

Anyways, can yo urebattle gym leaders? If so, how?

Does King's Rock or the other flinch item improve the flinch chance of a move like Air Slash, which already has a flinch chance?

What pokemon gives Attack Sp Attack Hp Defense Sp Defense Speed EvsWhich are the most common pokemon that gives those EVs?

hp - bidoof, shellos
atk - kricketune, bibarel
def - anything on iron island
satk - gastly, haunter, gengar in old chateau
sdef - tentacool/cruel, mantyke
spd - starly, staravia

As well as my reversal question, I have another:

What's the % chance of flinching with a flinch move (e.g. Waterfall) with a King's Rock equipped?

30% IIRC

Also, a poke with Sniper ability, using a high-crit hit move with the scope lens... what is the % chance of getting a crit. hit.

Snipe doesn't increase the chances of crits.

Kyodon: The little pool of water just below Stark Mountain is filled with Golducks, which are 2 SAttk evs each.

Where can I find the TM 86 Sleep Talk? I know it's on the Eterna Forest, but i've already searched it everywhere and can't find it.

I've already found it. It's on the Eterna Forest shortcurt, on route 205, only acessible with Cut.

And sorry, Sleep Talk is TM 82, TM 86 is Grass Knot

I'm training a muk with Substitute/Acid Armor/Attack/Attack, and was wondering if Focus Punch and Rock Slide would be a good pair. I already have fire, ghost and dark moves on Pokemon that can wield them better.

Focus Punch yes, Rock Slide maybe. Can you think of any better options?
