Dumb, dumb question: I read somewhere that now Klinklang can learn Wild Charge via TM now.

I highly doubt it, but can someone provide proof? >.>

When a pokemon evolves, do its stats "reset" to the pokemon's level, or does it calculate it based on how many times a particular pokemon has grown a level as that pokemon?

I.E. I have an Eevee. I train it all the way to level 99, and then evolved it into an Umbreon at level 100. I also have an Eevee that I evolved at level 2, and then trained the Umbreon to level 100. Will the two Umbreons be of equal stats (assuming the EV's/IV's are identical) or will the Umbreon that evolved at level 2 be stronger, because it leveled up as Umbreon 99 times, compared to the other who leveled up as Eevee 99 levels, and only 1 level as Umbreon?

The latter one I think

@ alpengeist

Im pretty sure they would be the same. I remember leveling up my chimchar back in dpp and i noticed the second i leveled it up to monferno all of its stats jumped about 10 points. Im pretty sure the base stats are not like fire emblem growth rates. I.E. they dont determine how often a particular stat levels up. If this were the case then we wouldnt have finite caps for a pokemons stats. So basically, im 99% sure those two umbreons would have the same stats given that they have identical evs, ivs, and nature.

This is correct. A Pokémon's stats are determined by its species' base stats, IVs, EVs, and level. If any of these -- including species -- change, the stats will be recalculated.

Can Kyurem be captured in Black/White shiny? And if that is true, can you make Black and White Kyurem shiny in Pokemon Black 2/ White 2?
