Can Kyurem be captured in Black/White shiny? And if that is true, can you make Black and White Kyurem shiny in Pokemon Black 2/ White 2?
Kyurem can be shiny in BW1, but I'm not sure about the limitations of the form change mechanic so I can't answer the second part.

Couldn't find this anywhere; does the ability regenerator restore health before or after stealth rock/spikes damage?

EDIT: also, does Clear Smog's damage get calculated before or after removing stat boosts (now guess which pokemon I'm researching)?

Regenerator takes effect when you switch out so it would be before you take stealth rock/spikes damage when you switch back in.

I'm about 95% or more sure that Clear Smog's damage gets calculated before removing stat boosts. While I can't find anything that confirms it works that way, I can't think of any move that's secondary effect takes effect before it deals damage (Superpower lowers attack and defense, Crunch lowers the opponents defense, and Thunderbolt paralyzes after the attack connects).

with the release of BW2, will Garchomp, Excadrill, Blaziken, and Thundurus drop back for testing, or is it up to the council?

I don't believe they're currently allowed in BW2 overused play, so it seems like it would have to be the council's decision.

Regenerator restores health when you switch out, so when you come back in you should have the extra 33% before hazards. i.e. you have 20% when you switch out, have 53% when it's just in your party, and then have 40.5% after neutral stealth rock (or 28% after super-effective stealth rock)

shuckle ideas

real quick just a question that my friend asked me that i need an answer to.

if you had a shuckle and it could learn any move in the game (within reason) what would the ideal moveset be? how would it function?

thats all thanks (also i might be posting this in the wrong place im sory i dont totaly understand this site yet, if there is a better place for this thread let me know and i will move it there) thanks!!!

PO is already updated you just have to download the new alpha client here but honestly the new Teambuilder sucks balls even more than the PS one does.

Smogon is going to abandon PO for Pokemon Showdown. More news will be released in the next days so stay tuned!

is encore supposed to hit through subs? It was on PS, and I'm not sure if its a bug or if thats how it's supposed to be. I couldn't find the answer on the page about encore either.

In the game data, does it list some moves as egg moves, even if the Pokemon can learn them via level up/tutor? I notice for example that Tangela gets Giga Drain by tutor now, but there were apparently no changes in egg moves. Also Charizard learns Flare Blitz by level up and egg move.

Also since I'm here, can you change usernames on this forum? Couldn't find any info. Do I need to PM a particular mod?

I could go test this in Showdown, but frankly, I'd rather ask here instead.

If Meloetta changes forms using Relic Song, and then switches out, will go back to Aria, or will it remain Pirouette until you use Relic Song again?

I'm fairly sure it stays in Pirouette form until you use Relic Song again, and if Relic Song doesn't hit (Ghost types), then you'll stay in the current form. Will edit after I double check.

Edit: Switching Meleotta out and then back in will return it to it's original form.
