Cleric Blissey uses any sattack move (I don't remember ^^)? If yes, I'd say Satk is priority over Sdef, having a much lower base. Blissey won't go anywhere by special hits, most of the time...
Tell that to my Blissey with great IVs that got beaten by Focus Blast Alakazam (likely Choice Specs, but hey). . .
Falls into my ''most of the time'' generalization-avoidance, heh. Gotta love this generation's physical/special split ^^

I have a adamant sneasel... will the jolly moveset(under analysis) work for a adamant?
I wasn't. The first Focus Blast hit and took me down to below half (maybe Blissey had taken a small hit before). I Softboiled when he missed the 2nd time he used it. He then Focus Blasted and defeated my Blissey.
Nope, that's for Jolly because you need the 373 speed minimum. Works for Choice Scarf Weavile though, which outspeeds everything in the game (except Jolly CS Weavile and other weird exceptions, but who plays that lol)

where/what is weavile's choice scarf moveset?
It's been used to counter the CS pokémon that are leading to counter lead weavile. It's 4 attacking moves of your choice + CS, Adamant nature, and max atk/spd, really. At least I'm sure you can't go wrong with this (max spd may be overkill, do some math and find out important CS pokémon you should outspeed. CS Heracross is a good start). I'd pick Pursuit, Ice Punch, Brick Break, and Night Slash. Can't remember any other relevant attacking move for Weavile.
Actually, yes they can. I just recently finished breeding Staryus in Emerald and I taught Surf and Boltbeam to the parent Starmie beforehand: all offspring had those moves along with Harden upon hatching.
Yeah, I know that's Emerald and not DP, but I don't think Game Freak would change that.

You're welcome. I'm no expert though so you probably should read Weavile's analysis again and check if I'm not suggesting something that only looks good on paper, heh.

Just fought a Focus Sash Shedinja in the WiFi Battle Tower. Yeah, it still activates, unfortunately for me =(
I never really tried it, but I doubt that would be possible. Females can't pass TM moves normally and I don't see how adding a Ditto in the equation would change the results. >_> Genderless Pokés can pass TMs while breeding with Ditto because, well, they can't breed any other way.
Not really. Logically speaking, Focus Sash would still be used up even though Shedinja had one hp to begin with. It just save him from a early grave.
Pretty sure it only activates once.
