nope it does not fail, it keeps going for 2-3 turns. Had a haxorus use outrage against my azumarill
Oh damn, that's unfortunate. Thanks for the clarification.

Well I'm just pointing out that in last gen, in many cases there was very little reason to use haxorus over other dragons. I am just saying I think we may have finally found something haxorus can do that other dragons cannot do as well as he can, and that's kill fairies.
I have to tip my hat to Kangaskahn. Although I know I'm only using pure speculation, with dat Mega Form, stat distribution and Parental Bond, I think one of my favorite NU Pokemon is about to wreck some tiers I never though possible. Subbing is going to be Nasty with it.
SIKE it got Freeze-Dry. He gives no fucks about water-types now. It's obviously Alakazam. Beating those Mega Gengars 1 on 1.
252 SpA Mega Alakazam Psychic vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gengar: 386-456 (119.13 - 140.74%) -- guaranteed OHKO
And who would run 252 HP?
And just FYI, most nerfed is Delibird. Can't even be in Sky Battles (according to various sources). Sucks because it knows Rapid Spin.
Stop arguing over it.
Don't count outrage out yet. The instant your team opponent's team doesn't have a fairy, it's free game. If you're harboring a moxie salamence with outrage, your win condition is the moment your Scizor/Lucario/Mawile/other fairy killers of choice have done their job. In the mean time he waits in the wings, or possibly downs the weakened and likely slower fairy himself with a coverage move like earthquake.

Steel is still around ready to trap outragers as well..
A) Props to you for using one of the most broken Yu-Gi-Oh monsters in your username. I think I love you.
B) I have to agree here. Parental Bond is HUGE. Even if the second move deals reduced damage, you have to take into account moves that deal damage and effect stats, like Power-Up Punch. If we're evaluating "most improved" in terms of greatest leap in tier, Mega-Kangaskahn seems like she's going to be well up there.
Actually, I originally intended to name myself Don[g] Karasu (based off of Honchkrow) but I ended up reverting to Yata, because of having a bad memory. Though I did use Yata quite a bit back in the day.
And yep, although there are some that are getting some real nasty buffs (Mega Gengar) I think in over all effectiveness from the start, to now, Kangaskahn is really, really working it. Makes me so happy.

And has Multiscale to help tank a SE Fairy hit.Dragonite learns Iron Tail.

Mr. Mime is too damn creepy to be used competitively. He could have Arceus-level stats and Wonder-Guard, and I'd be too scared to use him. There aren't any Fairies that can outspeed it, either... except for Mega Gardevoir and Mr. Mime (lol).
I really hope none of the psuedo legendary 600 BST poke ever get close to UU. if that ever happens we will need to completely revolutionise the teir systemMore like floundering about at the bottom of OU, hoping for someone to have the decency to kick it back into the water. (aka UU)
