It's obviously Alakazam. Beating those Mega Gengars 1 on 1.

252 SpA Mega Alakazam Psychic vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gengar: 386-456 (119.13 - 140.74%) -- guaranteed OHKO
And who would run 252 HP?

And just FYI, most nerfed is Delibird. Can't even be in Sky Battles (according to various sources). Sucks because it knows Rapid Spin.
Stop arguing over it.

I have to tip my hat to Kangaskahn. Although I know I'm only using pure speculation, with dat Mega Form, stat distribution and Parental Bond, I think one of my favorite NU Pokemon is about to wreck some tiers I never though possible. Subbing is going to be Nasty with it.

A) Props to you for using one of the most broken Yu-Gi-Oh monsters in your username. I think I love you.

B) I have to agree here. Parental Bond is HUGE. Even if the second move deals reduced damage, you have to take into account moves that deal damage and effect stats, like Power-Up Punch. If we're evaluating "most improved" in terms of greatest leap in tier, Mega-Kangaskahn seems like she's going to be well up there.

Don't count outrage out yet. The instant your team opponent's team doesn't have a fairy, it's free game. If you're harboring a moxie salamence with outrage, your win condition is the moment your Scizor/Lucario/Mawile/other fairy killers of choice have done their job. In the mean time he waits in the wings, or possibly downs the weakened and likely slower fairy himself with a coverage move like earthquake.

SIKE it got Freeze-Dry. He gives no fucks about water-types now.

Outrade WILL drop in usage.

Do you see many users of Trash? No, too many ghosts that can just come in and fuck you up.

Steel is still around ready to trap outragers as well..

Yeah, even though steel received a huge nerf in no longer resisting Dark or Ghost moves, it's certainly got some useful resistances, Dragon being one of them. Outrage locking wasn't terribly common last gen because of the omnipresent Steel type, and things are only going to get worse for Dragons with Fairies around.

Well, I guess that some pokemon that has STAB Gunk Shot at the moment (like Muk or Garbodor) may be hunting for Fairies (except Mawile and Klefki). Specially Muk, who has high Special Defence, may be used as a Special Wall against Faires (well... there are other Special Walls against fairies like STEEL types, such as HEATRAN... or other mons to give them some new opportunities, such as Probopass).

But I think the best improved pokemon goes to Heatran, who was blessed thanks to the new Fairy type. Giving a quadruple resistance to it and giving some use to STAB Flash Cannon (I believe it may OHKO Togekiss... if Heatran is SpA invested).

Speaking of other steels, what's your opinions about our fellow Durant?

Actually, I originally intended to name myself Don[g] Karasu (based off of Honchkrow) but I ended up reverting to Yata, because of having a bad memory. Though I did use Yata quite a bit back in the day.

And yep, although there are some that are getting some real nasty buffs (Mega Gengar) I think in over all effectiveness from the start, to now, Kangaskahn is really, really working it. Makes me so happy.

Mega-Gengar scares the bejeebus out of me. If you though Shadow Tag Chandy was bad...

Well I'm just pointing out that in last gen, in many cases there was very little reason to use haxorus over other dragons. I am just saying I think we may have finally found something haxorus can do that other dragons cannot do as well as he can, and that's kill fairies.

Dragonite learns Iron Tail.

There aren't any Fairies that can outspeed it, either... except for Mega Gardevoir and Mr. Mime (lol).
Mr. Mime is too damn creepy to be used competitively. He could have Arceus-level stats and Wonder-Guard, and I'd be too scared to use him.

Mega Gardevoir may see some use, however, and depending on the set, could potentially pull a OHKO or 2HKO out from under her (its?) dress. (She's not fat you guys, ok? It's her dress.)

Edit: Modest 252 SpA Mega Gardevoir 2HKO's every 5th Gen set of Dragonite's (which doesn't mean a ton, given the fact that this isn't 5th Gen). Still, something to think about.

I'd say Shedinja is in a better place in gen 6. First of all, w/ Defog removing entry hazzards, it's now easier to clean the field for it. Second, the Safety Goggles protect it from Sandstorm & Hail (at the cost of Focus Sash). And thrid, if you still want to use Focus Sash instead of Safety Goggles, you can now because Sandstorm & Hail are no longer permanent.

More like floundering about at the bottom of OU, hoping for someone to have the decency to kick it back into the water. (aka UU)
I really hope none of the psuedo legendary 600 BST poke ever get close to UU. if that ever happens we will need to completely revolutionise the teir system

Scolipede, Ninjask now has no place in OU as it it's protect, swords dance, speed boost and baton pass set are now done much better by scolipede. Scolipede is far bulkier, which means you can often set up 2-3 pokemon a game, as opposed to ninjask's 1 pokemon. Scolipede also has an offensive presence as well with mega horn, which can 2HKO most things after a swords dance and max attack EV's, so it's not rendered completely useless when taunted unlike ninjask. The only thing ninjask has over scolipede at this stage is it's already ridiculous speed, but with max speed EV's and a jolly nature, after one protect and speed boost, scolipede can outspeed most un-scarfed pokemon.

So all-in all, Scolipede as gone from and average physical attacker, to most likely an OU staple, and a ninjask killer.
