Does anyone have a Bold/Quiet Synchronizer? (I need both)

OR...
Bold Ditto w/ 3-4IVs (as long as the Atk IV isn't 31)
Quiet Ditto w/ 3-4IVs (as long as the Speed IV isn't 31)

The Dittos will really help me out even if it's to borrow for a little while. If you're going to let me borrow them, I'll give you a flawless Pokemon as collateral.
 
Is there anybody out there who can help me evolve my Pumpkaboo? I don't really have anything to offer except thanks, but if there's a particular pokemon or item you want (and I have it) I'll be happy to give it up

Sorry I don't have too much to offer atm since I'm wrapped up in a Shiny Charmander breeding project but I'm willing to trade 2-3 imperfects for a perfect Honedge or Rotom. No they're 2IV :( . I'm really getting stuck at the moment, I think i'll throw some balls in the safari. I'll tell you if I get something. (I really need foreigners dittos, it's very slow to breed an asexual mons..)
