I dont know for sure this is enough to report her but I try.
I wanna report All-ice we agreed on her female torchick for my female axew with moldbreaker and after more then 4 hours of breeding I finaly get one but then she refuses the trade because she says she didnt saw I wanted the female. but 2 times she agreed to it. you can read that here the rest was mostly in pm but I can post that as well if needed. so now I wasted over 4 hours of nonstop breeding for nothing. I hope she can get punished for it because in a way I am scammed because I put effort and all in keeping my end of the bargain and in the end I got nothing at all out of it.

Though I'm sorry for your wasted efforts, this is not something we will blacklist a user for. From what I've seen, this was a miscommunication and at no point does it look like All-ice had malicious intentions.

It sounds like an honest mistake and something that could be easily overlooked in a conversation. It isn't as if All-ice scammed you of anything of yours off of you and the only harm done is a bit of "wasted" effort (you still have a Pokemon to trade out of this process). It's not like you can't offer up the Axew to other traders; I'm sure many people are interested in getting their hands on what you bred through this process.
All-ice will not be blacklisted, end of discussion.

Hullo. I received a bad trade from a new user Bigsexymanbeast . I offered a 4IV Chansey for a 4-5IV Female Growlithe, but after checking the IVs from the trade, it was neither his Growlithe (it was from an Asian country) nor did it have any IVs of note. Decent all around, the man said.
I PM'd him about an hour ago, and got no response. He's not online in the game either.

Hello, I can support the scamming attempts from Bigsexymanbeast. Luckily for me, I was running Instacheck, and he was unable to scam me. Happened about 20-25 minutes ago.
He messaged me from another trade thread, offered me a 4-5 IV pokemon from a selection. We worked out the trade and he showed:
Vulpix (F) - Docile, Drought, 15\1\31\13\14\16
I messaged him and he said it was 5 IV. I told him I was using Instacheck and pasted its stats, and he stopped responding after that.
His FC is 5172 1007 8200.

Bigsexymanbeast will be added to the blacklist.
Smogon has accepted cloning since Wi-Fi's creation in 2007. On top of it being impossible to tell a clone from its original Pokemon, cloning is a staple of 5th and 4th gen trading.

It's barely been 24 hours, and its also a holiday. It's possible that Bonny has simply not been online since then to trade you your egg back.
good point.....but she hasn't responded back why she didn't give the egg back. I've caught her online and tried asking her but everytime she just ignores my comment and won't even give me an explanation why. I wouldn't mind if she at least tell me she's busy or something but no response
Also its been two days more than 24 hours.
bonny has been sent a PM to immediately contact you, Wariomanp, to arrange a trade the next time he / she logs on. If he / she doesn't take this initiative upon logging in next time, he / she will be blacklisted. If the user doesn't log into smogon for a week and you still don't have your egg back (or if we figure out there was malicious intent behind all of this), he / she will be blacklisted.

I gues since she is a girl and the pokemon is a Igglybuff she is trying to clone the pokemon or find someone who will clone it.
Hmm...if she just wanted it she could ask for it. I don't mind giving it away. I'm planning on trying to breed ten Shiny, Perfect Iv, Modest, Egg Move: Wish Igglybuff with the shiny value method. Five I'll give away in a contest on this site the other five I'll give away to some friends.
The Igglybuff in question has Modest Nature 5 Ivs in HP/Def/SpAttk/SpDef/Speed. I gave it Wish in case someone ones to try to use it defensively.
I already got shiny one for myself. Just need the other ten. I'm not upset that she took it. I'm more upset that she hasn't responded back explaining why. I already have two Jigglypuff with Perfect Ivs of 5, Modest Nature, Wish egg moves. So breeding more is easy. I actually got 4 eggs so far but no one has matching value for those four unfortunately.Well except one person but they haven't been on smogon for a while so....

I've known this since before I started trading in the WiFi forums, but today someone actually offered me IRL currency for a trade. I've already declined the offer, and sent them a list of the WiFi rules for future referance, but should I report this person? I apologise if this doesn't warrant a post here, I felt this was the quickest way I'd get an answer.
