You can't use a different specie with HA as father, fathers will only ever impact abilities if breeding with dittos, so a mother will always pass her ability % on
I believe I can actually help you out here. A buddy of mine transferred this over on my behalf, if you, or someone trustworthy would clone it then it is yours free of charge, no questions asked (as I neglected to send a second one over, and doubt I could convince him to transfer another for me). This was RNG abused by myself so I can vouch for its legitimacy:

You need to get a pokemon with the hidden ability (HA) from Friend Safari. Females are best, as they can pass down the HA breeding with anything. Males can only pass it down breeding with dittos.
