What about Iron Fist for Captain Falcon?

Anyway:

Kirby
Type: Normal
Abilities: Adaptability/Protean/Imposter (?)
Stats: 110/105/80/105/80/60 (?)
Movepool: Mimic, Transform, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up (basic powers), Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz (from Fire), Frost Breath, Ice Ball, Icy Wind (from Ice), Spark, Charge, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Thunder (from Spark), Cut, Slash (from Cutter), Sacred Sword, Secret Sword (from Sword), Selfdestruct, Explosion (from Crash), Hyper Beam (from Beam?), Hyper Voice, Boomburst (from Mike), Rest (from Sleep), Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide?, Earthquake? (from Stone), Mega Punch, Seismic Toss, Sky Uppercut, Submission, Low Sweep, Circle Throw (from Fighter/Suplex), Hammer Arm (from Hammer), Rollout (from Wheel), Spiky Shield (from Needle), Mirror Coat, Reflect, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Mirror Shot (from Mirror), Surf, Hydro Pump (from Water), Water Shuriken, Night Slash (from Ninja), Eruption, Drill Run (from Kirby 64).

Too large?

Here's something not from monster hunter so you guys can relate more

ezimba19618465582800.png

Blossom
Type: Fairy/Fighting
Abilities: Justified / Victory Star / Pixilate
Stats: 55|130|55|130|60|110 (540 BST)
Movepool: Aerial Ace, Agility, Baton Pass, Blizzard, Brick Break, Close Combat, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Dynamic Punch, Earth Power, Extreme Speed, Fire Blast, Flatter, Focus Blast, Frost Breath, Heal Pulse, Healing Wish, Heart Stamp, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Moonblast, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Play Rough, Punishment, Pursuit, Seismic Toss, Sky Drop, Swift, Tailwind, Tri Attack, U-turn, Vacuum Wave, Wish, Work Up, Zen Headbutt

Blossom is always female.
Fairy-type because of her appearance, Fighting-type because of her strength and other abilities.
She knows Ice-type moves because in the show she has ice breath.
Justified because she fights crime and the forces of evil. Also, x4 resistance to dark makes her an ideal switch-in against a dark-type move. Victory Star for the flavor, matching her demeanor and role in the show. Pixilate works well with Extreme Speed and Tri Attack.
As for base stats, she's really strong and fast, of course. But she's small and generally frail, plus such a strong sweeper as Blossom would need to be frail in order to not completely dominate OU.

Tried to make another one. Hopefully not as much editing as last time.

Patchouli Knowledge:
275px-Th105Patchouli.png

Type: Psychic
Ability: Magic Guard/Protean
Stats: 90/30/80/125/80/50
Movepool: Pretty much Alakazam's movepool with Recover, Sharpen, Hurricane, Hydro Pump/Water Pulse, Earth Power and gimmicky moves like Conversion, Magnet Rise and she also gets the Room moves. (Even though Alakazam gets them I'd mention them anyways) Also the hazards. Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Synthesis

Patchouli is always female.
She has Magic Guard because she is a magician/witch and her movepool is based on the various spells she uses in the Touhou games (Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt etc.) She is your standard Psychic type, strong, but frail, however it has Wallbreaker speed. She is a Trick Room setter which always helps for sweeps of slow Pokemon, however her speed is kind of mediocre even in TR.

Master Hand
Gender Ratio: Genderless
Type: Normal
Abilities: Plus/Levitate/Iron Fist
Stats: 120/120/80/120/80/100 (BST: 620)
Moves: Comet Punch, Mega Punch, Bullet Seed, Drill Run, Low Sweep, Crush Claw, Mega Kick, Extreme Speed, Double Slap, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Sucker Punch, Circle Throw, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Fly, Sky Drop, Hypnosis (level-up), all TMs, HMs, and Tutors that all pokemon get.

Arcticblast edit: "Legendary" status has absolutely no bearing on competitive play. Look at Articuno and Phione.

Master Hand
Legendary
Gender Ratio: Genderless
Type: Normal
Abilities: Plus/Levitate/Iron Fist
Stats: 120/120/80/120/80/100 (BST: 620)
Moves: Comet Punch, Mega Punch, Bullet Seed, Drill Run, Low Sweep, Crush Claw, Mega Kick, Extreme Speed, Double Slap, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Sucker Punch, Circle Throw, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Fly, Sky Drop, Hypnosis (level-up), all TMs, HMs, and Tutors that all pokemon get.

Might as well add Crazy Hand while we're at it. Just switch Attack and Defense and Special Attack with Special Defense.

Metalhead (Guitar Hero)
Gender Ratio: Genderless
Type: Steel/Electric
Abilities: Heavy Metal(get it)/Motor Drive
Stats: 100/120/90/130/90/45 (BST: 575)
Moves: Autotomize, Boomburst, Flash Cannon, Gear Grind, Gravity, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Lock On, Metal Burst, Shift Gear, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon, TMs that tanks should have minus Rest (but still make some sense).

Metalhead is basically just a tank with no recovery and a crippling weakness to Ground. Other moves for coverage, possibility to go mixed. Boomburst because of his guitar skills. No Special boosting moves, though. Love this guy.

PS: If you use it, you have to name it The Metal. On all switch-ins, YOU CAN'T KILL THE METAL

Major Dark Souls spoilers below.
Dragonslayer Ornstein and Executioner Smough guard the hallowed halls of the Anor Londo Cathedral. They doggedly protect the illusion of Gwynevere and act as a final test before the Chosen Undead is entrusted with the Lordvessel. Through armour and weapon descriptions, we’re informed that Ornstein is believed to t he captain of Lord Gwyn’s four knights. A famed dragon slayer, he earned his title with adept use of his lightening-infused spear that would bury ‘deep within a dragon’s hide’. Smough, on the other hand, is a little less graceful than his lithe companion. From his title, we can only assume that he acted as Gwyn’s royal executioner, scuppering his chances of knighthood by grinding ‘the bones of his victims into his own feed’.

dragonslayer-ornstein-m.jpg

Dragonslayer Ornstein
steel / electric (armor, lightning powers)
stats: 90/100/90/110/90/135 (armor, powerful lightning abilities, unrivaled skills with spear)
abilities: adaptability, volt absorb (ha: moxie)

movepool
Roar, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Quick Attack, Extreme Speed, Body Slam, Pursuit, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Taunt, Trick, Recover, Swords Dance, Agility, Bulk Up, Dragon Dance, Volt Tackle, Wild Charge, U-turn, Volt Switch, Close Combat, Sucker Punch, Aura Sphere, Foul Play, Work Up, Noble Roar, Electrify, King's Shield, Electric Terrain.
Roar and Noble Roar because he is essentially a lion, Speed moves because of his speed, obvious physical moves, and some useful special moves.

Mega Ornstein
dragonslayer orb
steel / electric
stats: 110/130/100/130/100/90 (660) (he becomes much larger, so he can take a hit but he cant move as well)
abilities: teravolt

Dragonslayer Ornstein is one of the Four Knights of Gwyn in Dark Souls. He is known for his amazing strength, his terrific skills with the spear, his god-like lightning abilities, and his unmatched speed. In the game, he is weak to fire and resists lightning.

Executioner_Smough.png

Executioner Smough
steel (armor, heavy, slow, hammer)
stats: 130/160/110/40/110/50 (600) (heavy armor, large bulk, massive hammer)
abilities: thick fat, heavy metal (ha: sheer force)
weight: 711.37834 pounds (armor weighs 99.64894, appx 550 pounds of human mass, hammer is 61.7294 pounds)

movepool
body slam, heavy slam, belly drum, thrash, iron head, bulk up, hammer arm, vital throw, storm throw, close combat, superpower, knock off, slack off, punishment, circle throw, thunderbolt, thunder, genuine moves
His movepool is obvious.
Mega Smough
steel/electric (he gains ornstein's lightning powers)
stats: 140/180/130/60/130/60
abilities: moxie (executioner, he grinds up their bones in his food)

Executioner Smough is seen along side Dragonslayer Ornstein in Dark Souls. He is known for his massive hammer, his insane mass, and his strength. In the game, he is weak to lightning and resists fire. However, the only typing that does this is Water, and that makes no sense.

I don't think this really follows flavor. I am fine with master hand being legend and having maybe 600 BST, but 620 is out of place and the HP is ridiculous. In the event 50 of SSBM it has 300 HP, which is base 48. I think it should have really good offenses though, I would bump them up to 135 and maybe make the defenses a tad better.

Another announcement: We need less fairies/fighting/normal/steel and more diversity take spongebob for example (I would make him have better stats though because spongebob is really hard to get rid of.)

Also give something good bulk or good offenses. Don't give it everything because "it's a boss"

Flavor > Broken
^^^^^

^^^

elaborating on spongebob if that's ok

Patrick Star
Type: Water/Normal
Abilities: Oblivious/Unaware/Regenerator (this is more of a reference to real echinoderms)
Stats: 130/90/90/60/80/45
Movepool: Slack Off/Yawn/Stockpile/Swallow/Rest/Sleep Talk/Toxic/Waterfall/Ice Punch/Earthquake/Thunder Wave/Scald/Zen Heabutt/Curse/idk other generic stuff it should get

Squidward Tentacles
Type: Water/Poison
Abilities: Anger Point/Drizzle/Unnerve (bad music)
Stats: 85/75/80120/120/100
Movepool: Sludge Bomb/Scald/Surf/Hydro Pump/Ice Beam/Giga Drain/Toxic Spikes/Generics

//idk if drizzle is too op

Plankton
Type: Water/Bug
Abilities: Poison Point (bad food)
Stats: 75/90/85/140/95/100
Movepool: Bug Buzz, Surf, U-Turn, Sticky Web, Spikes, Hydro Pump, Nasty Plot.

I agree with flavor > broken to an extent. Master Chief has good bulk because he has armor. Ornstein is fast in the game, same here. Smough commonly 1hkos players, and has great bulk. Everything i did is flavor.

Hey I remember when we did this, Oi. Cool stuff, I'll just go ahead and make one real quick-like:

2w2em2o.jpg

Iron Fist
Fighting / Dragon
100/150/65/30/75/105 [BST 525]
Iron Fist / Technician / Regenerator
Movepool:

+Dragon Dance, + Focus Punch, + Comet Punch, + High Jump Kick, + Low Sweep, + Double Kick, + Mach Punch, + Close Combat, + Brick Break, + Cross Chop, + Superpower, + Meditate, + Dual Chop, + Dragon Rush, + Bullet Punch, + Fire Punch, + Ice Punch, + Thunder Punch, + Poison Jab, + Eruption, + Dragon Pulse, + Wide Guard, + Hypnosis, + Knock Off

Flavor:

- Iron Fist gets Technician due to his mastery of martial arts from both Earth and K'un L'un.

- One of Iron Fist's more notable abilities gained from gaining the power of the Iron Fist is an insane healing ability, hence Regenerator.

- Many fighting and punch-based moves are only obvious for the character, due to his mastery of all sorts of martial arts.

- Eruption references IF's ability to cause his chi to erupt in a fierce fashion.

- Hypnosis is because Iron Fist can perform Hypnosis in the comics... idk either bear with me.

EDIT: Got rid of Dragon Punch because reasons.

Sure, we said to cut down on "Fighting" but what else is Iron Fist going to be?

I heard Pikachu is a popular character, we should make a pokemon out of him.

Anyways, here's Wario and Waluigi

Wario
Poison / Dark
115 / 100 / 75 / 85 / 75 / 50 (BST 500)
Thick Fat / Intimidate / Strong Jaw (HA)
Movepool: +Nasty Plot, +Belch, +Curse, +Return, +Crunch, +Knock Off, +Poison Jab, +Fire Punch, +Ice Punch, +Thunder Punch, +Drain Punch, +Slack Off, +Pay Day, +Happy Hour, +Flamethrower, +Fire Fang, +Ice Fang, +Thunder Fang, +Gunk Shot, +Earthquake, +Substitute, +Stockpile, +Swallow, +Spit Up, +Belly Drum, +Rest, +Sleep Talk, +Facade, +Protect, +Dark Pulse, +Sludge Bomb, +Sludge Wave, +Whirlwind, +Superpower, +Switcheroo

Waluigi
Poison / Dark
75 / 85 / 60 / 105 / 65 / 110 (BST 500)
Insomnia / Intimidate / Prankster (HA)
Movepool: +Nasty Plot, +Return, +Crunch, +Knock Off, +Poison Jab, +Fire Punch, +Ice Punch, +Thunder Punch, +Drain Punch, +Pay Day, +Happy Hour, +Flamethrower, +Ice Beam, +Substitute, +Rest, +Sleep Talk, +Facade, +Protect, +Dark Pulse, +Sludge Bomb, +Sludge Wave, +Glare, +Sunny Day, +Rain Dance, +U-Turn, +Switcheroo, +Superpower, +Focus Blast

Their movepools aren't really that surprising to me imo, so idk what to put here lol.

Subzero
Ice/Fighting
Snow Warning/Ice Body/Refrigerate
75/115/75/110/75/105 (BST: 555)
Movepool: Agility, Aura Sphere, Beat-Up, Blizzard, Brick Break, Close Combat, Counter, Double Hit, Double-Edge, Endeavor, Extremespeed, Fake Out, Freeze Dry, Freeze Shock, Frost Breath, Frustration, Hail, Ice Ball, Ice Burn, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Icy Wind, Low Kick, Meditate, Nasty Plot, Return, Slam, Swords Dance, Taunt, Trick, U-Turn

I vaguely remember making Sub-Zero on Oi's pad, but welp...

I'll take my mons from the pad and nerf them so their BSTs don't exceed 600 like they did before...

Scorpion (Mortal Kombat)
Typing:
Fire/Ghost or Fire/Dark or Fire/Steel (The dude is an undead ninja spectre who has hellfire powers and mostly uses a spear, decide which fits best)
Ability: Flash Fire?
Stats: 80/120/70/135/70/105
Movepool: (I'll get to this in a bit, don't exactly have the time now)

Why? I dunno about you guys, but in the era I grew up in, i.e the 90s, Mortal Kombat was a big thing, and Scorpion was and still is arguably one of the most popular characters of all time, along with the aforementioned Sub-Zero.

Stats: In the game, he is pretty much a hyper offensive character, hits hard and fast, so that explains the speed, he is primary a ninja, so high attack naturally, and he has supernatural powers - control over hellfire etc a'la Ghost Rider, so high Special Attack, and

I'll edit this post in a bit as soon as I nerf Ryu, Ken, and Batman to manageable BSTs.

Edit: Ryu and Ken:

Ryu

Typing: Fighting
Stats: 75/120/75/150/70/90
Movepool: For now, Focus Blast, Sky Uppercut and Close Combat - I'll add more later

Ken
Typing: Fighting
Stats: 75/150/65/120/60/105
Movepool: For now, Focus Blast, Sky Uppercut and Close Combat - I'll add more later

Ryu and Ken are popular characters from street fighter, they initially started out as just palette swaps, but over time Ryu's attacks started to utilize the Hadouken more, which is ki- energy blasts, hence the focus on Special Attack, while Ken's attacks use the Shoryuken ("Dragon Punch") more, which is pretty much an uppercut, hence the focus on physical attack. While they can both utilize these moves, one does it better than the other, hence the distribution of stats, also TVTropes classifies "Ryu is a Mighty Glacier compared to Ken, while Ken is a Fragile Speedster compared to Ryu", hence Ken being faster but being much more of a glass cannon.

Okay I'm sorry if Blossom is too strong. I did mention I'm no good with base stats, didn't I? But at least, even if I make mistakes, Oiawesome said quality control is a thing. Rather than say I made a mistake I'd rather be given constructive criticism so I can learn from them, it'd make me feel better. So, if anyone has advice for me to help with base stats, please share!

In the meantime I made a new MH pop culture mon:

ezimba19618475357700.png

Lagiacrus
Type: Electric/Water
Stats: 100|115|85|100|70|65 (540 BST)
Abilities: Anger Point / Defiant / Intimidate
Movepool: Aqua Tail, Body Slam, Bulldoze, Charge, Charge Beam, Crunch, Discharge, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Haze, Hone Claws, Iron Tail, Low Sweep, Metal Claw, Mist, Razor Shell, Retaliate, Roar, Shadow Claw, Skull Bash, Slack Off, Soak, Superpower, Surf, Thrash, Thunder, Thunder Fang, Thunderbolt, Twister, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Wild Charge, Zen Headbutt

For stat comparison, it's stronger but less bulky than a Swampert. Strong enough, I think, for OU with Hone Claws/Slack Off, but not too strong. I thought about giving it Coil and Bolt Strike for flavor, but even an unboosted Wild Charge is a guaranteed 2HKO against Rotom-W, which apparently says something.

Please, if this is too strong (or too weak, which I don't think it is either) let me know ^^

Marisa Kirisame
Th14Marisa.png

Typing: Electric/Fire
(stats)70/70/60/115/100/115
Abilities: Speed Boost
Movepool: Thundershock+Mimic+Thief+Snatch+Shock Wave+Charge+Swift+Discharge+Psychic+Agillity+Thunderbolt+Flamethrower+Spore+Master Spark*+Fire Blast+Thunder+Overheat
Stats explained
70 HP she doesn't have that much hp
70 attack it's attack stat is horrible
60 defense marisa doesn't have the best defenses in the world
115 sp.attack it's signature attack is a special attack
100 sp.defense again she doesn't have the best defenses in the world
115 Speed it's 2nd best stat is her speed
Master Spark-Special : An electric attack that harshly lowers the user's sp.attack (bisically an electric type overheat)

Speaking of SF characters:

EDIT: Fixed Speed a little.

Sagat
Fire / Fighting
105/90/100/115/60/65 [BST 535]
Intimidate / Sheer Force / Unnerve
+ Focus Blast, + Aura Sphere, + Fire Blast, + Sky Uppercut, + Super Power, + Bulk Up, + Low Sweep, generic options

Sagat as he appears is a physically defensive tank with piss speed and special defense, but a great set of physically defensive stats and competent attacking stats. The abilities mostly derive from Sagat's domineering nature he is famous for in the SF series. His unique movepool basically consists of STABs and Bulk Up, with generic RestTalk sets, Toxic, and the like being plausible. His typing offensively is exceptional, and defensively he has many switch in opportunities. His poor special defense holds him back in this somewhat, however.

Here's another Touhou character:

Sakuya Izayoi:
Type: Ice/Steel
Ability: Iron Barbs/Anger Point/Refrigerate
Movepool: All projectile/bullet moves, Stealth Rock, Recover, Detect, Blizzard, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Ice Shard, Earthquake, Waterfall, Play Rough
Stats: 65/135/50/70/65/90

Glass cannon with a typing that would be considered terrible defensively. (4x Fire and Fighting weaknesses no thank you) She has Refrigerate, which benefits her large array of Normal-type moves.

Explained:
I based off the type from Touhoumon, but the Steel is because she throws knives.
Anger Point because she gets angry with Hong Meiling in fanon works. She has projectile moves cuz the knives :P. I was going to give her Extreme Speed, but then again, look at what happened to Blossom's Pixilate ExtremeSpeed. With ExtremeSpeed, Sakuya would decimate any Pokemon weak to Ice.

Leaf, I actually think Sagat should be slightly faster, I mean if Sagat is 30, then just imagine what would Zangief be?

That being said, he looks quite powerful, basically a toned down version of Landorus-I, it infact has the same SpA, and a better typing to abuse Sheer Force with. Even with Intimidate though, I'm not sure how he will fare as a defensive mon, with that typing.

I might make Guile later on.

Mega added tomorrow.
irl stuff doesn't mega so no, just no, megas are reserved for only stuff that NEED it

also for the other people DO I REALLY NEED TO POINT OUT FOR THE 3RD TIME THAT SIGNATURE/NEW MOVES N STUFF ARE BANNED FOCK DOODS //not mad just wtf-ing

and again, keep the BSTs lower and more flavourful, most of the crazy BSTs are from people exaggerating how strong their favorite character is, heck I think solid snake and mega man are the best of all time but you don't see me giving them STAB pixelated base 130 extremespeed + heart swap. Good post examples are like triblocks' non blossom related posts, leafshield's posts minus the unawareness of anti custom moves, asterats' posts and dreMZ's posts.

edit: this meta will be up starting anywhere from february 7-12 east cost on my serv

Fair enough, Spartan. I wasn't thinking of Zangeif in comparison lol. I'll fix that right now.

@Oi; My bad on the no unique moves thing, I didn't even realize that. Editing out now.

I guess I'll throw in another SF character for the hell of it.

El Fuerte
Fighting / Flying
80 / 100 / 95 / 109 / 90 / 85 [BST 559]
Limber / Gluttony / Vital Spirit

+ Acrobatics, + Agility, + Hurricane, + U-turn, + Wild Charge, + Jump Kick, + Body Slam, + Submission, + Close Combat, + Flying Press, + Smack Down, + Knock Off, + Brick Break, + Bounce, + Reversal, + Payback, + Explosion

Does not learn Substitute; El Fuerte is brash and protective, and would not hide behind dolls in the face of the opponent.

As far as flavor, the sub Flying typing refers to El Fuerte's high flying style of combat, high jumps, and overall aerial mobility. Limber is obvious, Gluttony is because of El Fuerte's primary career as a chef, and Vital Spirit refers to his Lucha mentality.

The movepool is self explanatory, for the most part. U-turn refers to El Fuerte's two run moves, one forward and one backward. Hurricane refers to El Fuerte's Ultra 2 in SSF4, Ultra Spark, where he spins around so furiously that is forms a small hurricane to send his opponents into the air, sorta like a hurricane? Wild Charge is because of Quesadilla Bomb, which is a charging move, which is also the flavor for Body Slam. Explosion is because EL FUERTE! DYNAMITE!

Sticky Hold and the web attacks are obvious. Detect and the other 2 abilities are his spider senses. Fragile and fast suit Spider-Man due to his high mobility.

Hulk
Fighting
105 / 145 / 100 / 55 / 90 / 60 (BST 555)

Angry moves are angry. Anger Point and Reckless support Hulk's anger, while Sheer Force is there to show the sheer force of his power.
