The Dessert Witch is never what she appears... her Doll Forme has good defenses to fall back on and some decent support options, while her Serpent form has blistering speed, great offensive presence, and several good options for priority, but she has a few significant drawbacks- Despite having useful immunities in both formes, she has otherwise poor defensive typings; Serpent forme misses a lack of access to good Flying, Fighting, Rock, or Water coverage, loses STAB on Play Rough, and has an extremely shallow special movepool, even though it can boost it with Nasty Plot; and it would much rather be using useful support options like Roost and Taunt, which can only be utilized by its cripplingly slow Doll forme.

EDIT: Added descriptiony stuff. In retrospect, I might've made her underpowered compared to Aegislash...

No, you're being ignorant. I made the mega because it was in the game, because you fight Smough and Ornstein together. If you defeat Smough first, Ornstein absorbs his power, and vice versa. He banned them afterwards. He just said that in real life things don't mega, however 95% of these are from games.
 
Kalos2, I feel we need a fast hail starter. Aurorus is a typical slow hp whore, and mega abomasnow loses its snow warning. It should be something like... whoa... what is that?

A lot of mons in Kalos2 have previously had bad movepools in the regular meta.
Can be easily solved by adding them.

And Weavile probably benefits from Tough Claws, which boosts both his attacks.
 
Fake Out is weak as splash without proper STAB, Technician, or a proper strategy, unless you're playing Doubles. Refrigerate Fake Out would at the very least do much more, because it's a 1.3x + 1.5x boost over a 33% boost. This would also give Weavile better STAB in return / frustration. However, for Sucker Punch / Ice Punch, Weavile Tough Claws would be like giving Zapdos Drizzle and Hurricane.

On an unrelated note, I like the banner. However, I feel we should only have one or two mascots, such as the eon duo...wait no thats my thing such as pory and hoopa, however I'd prefer diancie and mega latias.

I know we probably have too many Steel-types, but I've also noticed there are a lot of physical attackers currently in PCMons; something like 3/4s are some kind of speedy, hard-hitting physical or mixed sweeper. Now, imagine that Blissey and Skarmory had a baby, and that baby was a vaguely humanoid flying super-fortress who descends from the heavens for the sole purpose of raining terror and destruction upon these sweepers while they weep and struggle feebly in the ruins of their once-glorious cities.

I actually had to nerf Walpy's bulk a couple times during the initial design process; with only one weakness to Electric and 180/180/80 defenses, even premier threats like Choice Band Iron Fist Iron Fist or Choice Band/Specs Blossom (if it ends up being legal without being nerfed) can only barely hope to 2HKO it with their STABs, and it can burn them back, set up hazards, weather, or tailwind, or, since many of them are relatively frail Fighting-types, retaliate with surprisingly fearsome Hurricanes and Gyro Balls.

Like with Charlotte, there were a few moves that I was tempted to give it, but held back on to avoid making it overpowered; in the former case, the likes of dragon dance and mean look, and in this case, any form of recovery, switching moves, or trick room.

It may still be overpowered! Please give feedback~

I do think we should go back to separate threads again. When there was only Kalos 2.0 it was fine but with all the discussion caused by these meta games it's getting quite cluttered. Overall it's up to Arcticblast, but I feel overall it would be a better desicion for discussion sake.

But I do agree, I pmed Arcticblast and Joim about this a while ago, they said some things, arctic pushed it all on Joim though, not sure what his final verdict is tbh
