Other Silly Things You've Seen On The OU Ladder: V2

Hi, This is one of my First posts here, but, here's some stuff I found:
- Enemy has A Xatu in his team. Better lead with Sticky Web Galvantula.
Sorry for double posting but Galvantula can do so damage with compound eyes thunder so yeah
Please get your facts right before posting. Sorry if this is too harsh but there's already a thread on GameFAQs flaming us

I once saw a bastiodon with iron head,stone edge,rest and toxic :I
The poor man put an AV on it ;~;
How do I know which moves it had?
He told me... Well that, and I used knock off on it, after which it started using rest and toxic :I

I'm not trying to flame, I don't want any trouble.

I should, however, explain myself better, the person leads with Galvantula, and used sticky web on turn 1. Against Xatu. Using that instead of Thunder/Thunderbolt is the silly thing.

Blizzardhail kind of overreacted there. Galvantula should beat Xatu quite solidly, he's right, but the funny part was attempting to Sticky Web the Xatu.

Low on the ladders, people generally don't know how Magic Bounce works. Running low on the OU ladder with my UU team, featuring Mega Absol, I got to experience this firsthand; the number of hazard leads and such that screwed themselves over trying to hit MAbs with hazards, status, what have you, was nothing short of impressive.

One of the first signs, to me, that I was starting to rise on the ladder, was when somebody just 1HKO Mabs with Bug Buzz instead of going for the Sticky Web.

Maybe I was too harsh but sorry for the misunderstanding. Galvantula can beat all magic bounce users. OHKOing Espeon and Mega-Absol with bug buzz and Xatu with Thunder. Anyway to stay on the topic there was a time where someone flinched my Latios to death using dunsparce

Random Shit volume 61: Aim for the Horn Edition
-Using Earthquake on Gliscor.
-Are you sure Gyro Ball is the best move to take out Conkeldurr?
-Ferrothorn not realizing Leech Seed doesn't work on subs.
-Energy Ball Chesnaught.
-Special M-Gyarados.
-What might have been a Specs or AV Blissey.
-Night Slash Gliscor. Just what are you hitting with that?
-Not only did a Gyarados use Outrage, it used it on Gardevoir.
-Flash Cannon+EQ Forretress.
-Special Empoleon with Defiant.
-Togekiss that couldn't get a flinch with Air Slash.
-Gengar using Mean Look on Conkeldurr. Because trapping something that can OHKO you is a smart move.
-Not sure what this is: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-101013508
-No OU team, no problem: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-101012427
-Flamethrower+Double-Edge normal Charizard. With Leftovers. Also, using FT on Goodra in the rain.
-Aerial Ace Latios.
-Giga Impact Steelix.
-Y-zard using Dragon Pulse on said Steelix, when Solarbeam or the Fire STAB could have finished it off.
-Cosmic Power+Psycho Boost Deoxys-D.
-Outrage Torterra.
-Gengar failing to understand what Sleep Clause is.
-Blast Burn+Thunder Punch (on Gliscor)+Dragon Claw normal Charizard.
-Blizzard+Dragon Rush Dragonite. Accuracy much?

And so today I was busy experimenting with BU + Defiant Tornadus on an alt (~16xx) to test its viability compared to Bisharp and Thundurus. In one of the matches, I met a Landorus-I which I scouted for a lack of Rock Slide or HP Ice. And so I went for a Bulk Up, and this is what happened:

Aegislash, come back!

Go! Tornadus!

The opposing Landorus used Focus Blast!
It's not very effective... Tornadus lost 26.7% of its health!
Tornadus's Special Defense fell!
Tornadus's Defiant sharply raised its Attack!

Turn 18

Tornadus used Bulk Up!
Tornadus's Attack rose!
Tornadus's Defense rose!

The opposing Landorus used Focus Blast!
It's not very effective... Tornadus lost 36.6% of its health!
Tornadus's Special Defense fell!
Tornadus's Defiant sharply raised its Attack!
Tornadus ate its Sitrus Berry!
Tornadus restored HP using its Sitrus Berry!

And Tornadus proceeded to sweep with +5 Acrobatics.

At first glance it just seems like some hax, except you notice Landorus-I is not running Sheer Force, or Life Orb, or Leftovers, or Scarf, or Specs.

Several things I've encountered recently:
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-101086805
Thunderpunch Aggron (Stone Edge? What's that?)
Delphox (-_-)
Ludicolo spamming Ice Beam instead of Energy Ball (Sure there's the chance of Freeze, but Energy Ball is more powerful DX)
Fake Out Ludicolo (That got burned instantly) and it didn't use it when it switched back in
Me having a Scarf Darmanitan (LO would of been better IMO XD)
IIRC, Agility Venemoth (Quiver Dance? Never heard of that either)

Somehow my azelf lead changed to smeargle, but it has the same moveset and evs.

Anyways, the first battle I was in, the other guy used a swagplay liepard lead. Got para'd first turned. But the second turn was really hilarious:

Liepard swaggered my smeargle, but smeargle has own tempo, which makes it immune to confusion, but it still gets the attack boost. Also, because I still had my stealth rock explosion suicide lead set, I was able to OHKO him with my +2 STAB explosion, coming off of a juicy 20 base attack. He was raging so hard.

So, if you ever run into a swagplay liepard or thundurus or anything that isn't klefki, just remember that explosion own tempo smeargle will always save you in any circumstance.

Unless he goes for sub.

I really don't know what to say about this one, it's just bad. Not even like super bad, just really dumb play. Okay exempt for the Calm Mind Landorus-T, Pignite, and abomosite Blastoise. Seriously why do people keep screwing that last one up?

This on the other hand is just funny, with quite the interesting conversation too.

I...this...what...oh dear. Just watch it I don't want to spoil any of it.
