Welcome to Justification, a Pet Mod that focuses on correcting things that a lot of Pokemon fans have questioned why Game Freak did not do? Along with things that the community as a whole decides on to change and justify. For example, why does Snorlax not get Slack Off? Why do so many Pokemon get such great Special movepools but are physical attacker? Well, that's what this Pet Mod is about, we're going to go through and find these little changes and make the perfect game. This is also great for competitive, as we can fix many Pokemon in the process. I'll make an initial change log and we'll then decide what to do from there! So, without further ado, let's get into this!
- Venusaur now learns Dragon Pulse by TM, as it is a dinosaur thing, and it makes sense.
- Blastoise now learns Shell Smash, it breaks its shell.
- Blastoise has its Speed lowered to 68 to not make it overpowered with Shell Smash.
- Butterfree now has base 90 Speed
- Butterfree now has Compound Eyes changed to Tinted Lens; and Tinted Lens changed to Insectate
- Butterfree now learns Tri-Attack at start.
- Beedrill now has base 95 Speed
- Beedrill now learns Quick Attack at start.
- Beedrill now learns Megahorn.
- Pidgeot has its Speed buffed to 141.
- Raticate has its Hidden Ability changed to Strong Jaws.
- Raticate now learns Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, and Fire Fang as egg moves.
- Golduck is now Water / Psychic, as it is smart and its pre-evolution is Psyduck, so it makes sense.
- Golduck's Hidden Ability is now Analytic, because it analyzes stuff and is smart.
- Poliwrath now learns Drain Punch at level 60, why doesn't it?
- Rapidash is now Fire / Fairy, as it is a pegasus.
- Raipdash now learns Moonblast and Play Rough by level-up
- Dodrio now learns Drill Run.
- Electrode now learns Rapid Spin by level up.
- Mr. Mime is now purely Psychic, as Fairy-type does not make sense.
- Gyarados now learns Crunch at level 55, it has a huge mouth to Crunch with.
- Aerodactyl now learns Brave Bird.
- Snorlax now learns Slack Off through breeding with Slowpoke, Slowbro, or Slowking.
- Dragonair is now Dragon / Fairy, as it is mythical and looks like a Fairy.
- Dragonite is now Dragon / Fairy, as it is mythical and is always happy, it looks very Fairy-like.
- Meganium now has its ability changed to Aroma Viel.
- Meganium now has its Hidden Ability released.
- Typhlosion now learns Earth Power by breeding with Numel.
- Typhlosion's Hidden Ability is now released.
- Feraligatr's Hidden Ability is now released.
- Ledian's typing is changed to Bug / Fighting.
- Ledian now has 45 Base Attack.
- Ledian now has Huge Power as its Hidden Ability.
- Unown now has Empathetic Mind as its Hidden Ability.
- Forretress now has Instecitsite as its Hidden Ability.
- Dunsparce is now a Dragon / Ground type Pokemon.
- Dunsparce learns Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, and Outrage.
- Heracross now learns Icicle Spear.
- Corsola now has its HP buffed up to 105.
- Porygon2 now learns Techno Blast.
- Miltank now has access to Rapid Spin through level up.
- Blissey is now Normal / Fairy.
- Raikou's Hidden Ability is released.
- Raikou now learns Aura Sphere by level-up.
- Raikou now learns Fusion Bolt.
- Entei's Hidden Ability is released.
- Entei now learns Extreme Speed by level-up.
- Entei now learns Flare Blitz by level-up
- Suicune's Hidden Ability is released.
- Suicune now learns Aeroblast.
- Tyranitar now learns both Sucker Punch and Knock Off.
- Sceptile now has its Attack and Special Attack switched.
- Swampert's Hidden Ability is changed to Adaptability, it's based on a mudskipper, a very adaptive animal.
- Linoone now learns Extreme Speed by level-up
- Delcatty is now Fairy / Normal.
- Torkoal is now Rock / Fire.
- Flygon now has its Hidden Ability changed to Tinted Lens
- Flygon now has its Attack buffed to 115 and its Speed buffed to 107.
- Anorith now learns Shell Smash.
- Armaldo now learns Shell Smash.
- Castform now has a sand form that is Rock-type.
- Castform gets its stats buffed to 95 all-around when under the effect of Forecast.
- Kecleon now learns all tutor moves from BW2 through breeding.
- Latias is now Dragon / Fairy.
- Latias-Mega is now Dragon / Fairy.
- Torterra now learns Shell Smash
- Empoleon's Hidden Ability is changed to Competitive.
- Staraptor is now Fighting / Flying.
- Rampardos now learns Paleolithic Flux at level 65.
- Mismagius is now Ghost / Fairy type.
- Mismagius now learns Boomburst at level one.
- Bronzong now learns Heal Bell. (there ya go The Eevee General <3)
- Garchomp now learns Extreme Speed.
- Carnivine's Hidden Ability is changed to Entangle.
- Magnezone has Sturdy changed to Levitate.
- Tangrowth has Leaf Guard changed to Entangle.
- Porygon-Z now learns Techno Blast.
- Rotom-W now learns Hydro Pump and Surf.
- Rotom-M now learns Leaf Storm and Giga Drain.
- Rotom-F now learns Blizzard and Freeze-Dry.
- Rotom-C now learns Air Slash and Hurricane.
- Rotom-C now has its ability changed to Speed Boost.

- Paleolithic Flux - Rock-type - Special - 20 PP - 100% Accuracy - 90 Power - May lower opponent's Special Defense.
- Water Shuriken - Special > Physical
- Shadow Ball + Flash Cannon - 80 ----> 90
- Empathetic Mind - Doubles Special Attack (Huge Power, but Specially based)
- Instecitsite - Turns all Normal-type moves to Bug-types moves and gives a +33% to power. (Pixilate copycat)
- Entangle - Lowers opponent's Speed by 0.5x when they strike with a contact move.
- Alchemy - Boosts power of all Special moves on the field by 10%.
- Fluxuation - Summons Electric Terrain for five turns when sent into battle.
- Drought / Drizzle / Snow Warning / Sand Stream - Now revert back to Generation 5 mechanics, however, to balance them the weather only takes affect the turn after the Pokemon is sent in. (EX: Politoed is sent in, at the end of the turn after that it Drizzle is summoned.)
