Made a counter for those pesky hackmon teams:

Ninjask @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Gastro Acid
- Thousand Arrows
- Trick
- Sheer Cold
No Guard whatever destroys this set. Even if it had a sash, mold breaker bypasses no guard anyway, meaning sheer cold still has 30% acc. Mail Wonder Guards wall you as well, forcing you to rely on Sheer Cold. Then again, they can always Pp stall you or hit you with a Gastro Acid of their own. -ate abusers also have a fun time with this set. Huge Power/Parental Bond abusers also deal with this set well. So how is it a counter again?

No bouncer XD
I used to have one (Shuckle) but then I replaced it with Gourgeist, which is better.
Mega Absol beats Deoxys-Speed every time anyway.
um, gourgeist is way too one-sided, which is pretty much useless. It sucks if you're going against a specially-biased team. Use something more balanced like giratina, which has tons of health and better typing overall

double post >.<

20/10 times this will never work.

1. why a toxic orb. just... why
2. as chuun stated, sheer cold oxys
3. um... gastro... on a mold breaker...
4. sheer cold's accuracy
5. ninjask has horrible attack

not true regi, gastro acid is for poison healers, also if he is going against a good enough player, sheer cold will hit every time

that was the one thing gastro is good for tbh
also deo-s outspeeds and ohkos, especially because no sash
the only reason gastro / toxic orb would be useful is if the ninjask had psycho shift, which it lacks
also, jask's 4x weakness to stealth rocks

Well not exactly, it would depend on sleep roll /:, if it goes for sing first(as opposed to sheer cold) it can use entrainment/gastro and kill the absol. Granted you do have a sash, but those don't usually last long(and ofc you can always switch, but point is it doesn't get a guaranteed kill on Deoxys-S).

And like Regi said, it does have pretty common weaknesses, seems a bit useless outside of countering Deoxys-S.
All anyone actually uses is moonblast, play rough (rarely), and drain punch. Moonblast on xerneas is not too powerful anyway, and mewtwo-mega-x is countered by groudon, here he is:
Groudon@Safety Goggles
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Sp. Def / 252 Spe (+Spe, -SpA)
Moves:
-Thunder Wave
-Gastro Acid
-Knock Off
-Play Rough
I finally swapped Play Rough on Absol and Sacred Fire on Groudon, he doesn't need two status moves (burn paralyze) and Play Rough doesn't do much for Absol.
Regirock: Gourgeist is immune to Spore and Powder, and its role is not to attack (but it has leaf blade if necessary XD) but to Heart Swap. Maybe I will reconsider, neither the powder immunity nor the Lum Berry I'm using has had much effect. But Absol's not just for Deoxys gemaddog7, the metagame's stuffed with Giratina, Gengar, etc. and Beat Up 2HKOs Gira (while destroying the sub). Thousand Arrows... yeah. So he stays. Also, my Deoxys-Speed runs Sheer Cold, Zap Cannon, and Dynamic Punch. The last one is Doom Desire which hasn't done much at all. What should I change it to?

Hackmons is basically a tier where you use fun stuff and completely og teams to beat people who are experienced and to beat people who don't know what wonder guard is.

So, um, I created a little Mono Magikarp team that has went 14-3 on the ladder (1 loss to crappy internet and 1 loss to sash giga drain yveltal). Here it is, go try it out yourself, maybe it's better than your current team, who knows?

(note that I probably would've gotten to the quarterfinals of an other metas hackmons tour had I not gotten bored of PP stalling)
Magikarp @ Shell Bell (don't lead with this like I do, it's a terrible lead)
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 1
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe (not like it matters)
Naive Nature
- Endeavor
- ExtremeSpeed
- Shadow Sneak
- Thousand Arrows (pop them balloons for fun, maybe you can fissure a megaman, who knows)

Magikarp @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Toxic
- Baton Pass
- Spiky Shield
- Substitute

Magikarp @ Leftovers
Ability: Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Sheer Cold (pfft no guard is for noobs, seriously, though, it forces out magic bouncers and brings in wg and sturdinja, exactly what you want)

Magikarp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Lightningrod (extreme pp stall prostrats right thar)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Baton Pass
- Counter (sash countercoat reks people)
- Mirror Coat
- Spiky Shield

Magikarp @ Life Orb (I never use this set, ever. It's just there because it's nice to have a simplesmash magikarp)
Ability: Simple
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Steam Eruption
- Ice Beam
- Seed Flare

Magikarp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: No Guard (no one expects this after 60 turns of pp stalling bs with wonder guarders and lightning rod)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sheer Cold (double OHKO op)
- Fissure
- Transform
- Trick

You can run defog on whatever you want, because hazards are op imo.
BTW this is the best pure hackmons team ive ever made. even better than my sunkern one in fact.

If youre having trouble w/ grass types, I recommend Sap Sipper, because it neutralizes them. Gl with your Magikarp team.
Also, I missed the tournament, barely. XD:pirate:
Additionally, why not run Spiky Shield on the level 1 to counter Extreme Speed? That would help a lot against Mega Mewtwo X. (After theyre at 1hp, use it and theyll kill themselves on your espeed.)

You're running Mono-Pikachu wrong

Well regirock, I finally replaced Gourgeist with Giratina, and its worked ok. (sorry capital h and apostrophe dont work on this laptop) Im running sub, hswap, dvoid, and bpass. Im thinking that taunt could work really well on this set (screw bounce) like in place of void. Any advice?

run a healing move over heart swap. even with lefties (the obvious item) you still want to run a healing move to keep sub-passing. Curse is a nice option > dvoid, but it's all personal preference

Why not hswap? Can nothing but sheer cold one-shot gira-A? I guess unwanted Shell Smash can be a problem for defense drop... Darn these pokes always seem to have four movepool syndrome... Curse is good, but w/out hswap, baton pass isnt really needed on this set. Maybe Ill test on my testing account, Glitch Victim, to see how helpful each variant is for my team. In the meantime, how about posting some sets of your own? Also, check out this new one:
Shuckle@Focus Sash
Ability: Contrary
Moves:
-Dark Void
-Baton Pass
-Shell Smash
-Slack Off
The objective is to use Dark Void, then proceed to *set up* with shell smash (your attacks and speed get a sharp drop due to contrary), then heart swap. Its untested, and very gimmicky, but maybe it has some merit. If it works, there will be a large drop in Mega Mewtwo Xs. Ill get back to you on this set.
Also, I tried posting on Rate My Team, and ApplePieFTW recommended Topsy-Turvy. I was just wondering if it hit through subs (actually thats a lie, I was imagining using it on a 6/6/6/6/6/6 Mega Mewtwo X, then the other player swearing as his overpowered mutations power drops to that of a kitten) because it would be amazing. XD

enjoy
why sash on kyruem?

Well, Ive tried Curse Giratina (I swear I will get a new laptop) and I have to say that it just doesnt combo well w/ the rest of my team. (Or it could just be the fact that my testing account is near the bottom of the ladder, in that wild area with all the noobs, who knows.) Anyway, Ive decided to put hswap back on, and replace Venusaur with... another Absol! LOL This strat is untested, but I have to say it seems pretty good:
Absol@Focus Sash
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252/252/252/252/252/252 +Spe -SpA
Moves:
-Knock Off
-Meteor Mash
-Fusion Bolt
-(I forgot due to Beheeyems invading my brain, but it was probably super effective on something important)
Anyway, this one is a Baton Pass recipient from Giratina. Should work ok right? In the future, refer to the anti-lead one (w/ Beat Up) as the Mega Absol formerly known as Spark Plug, or you can go to this website, type "satsuriku" into the japanese word box and copy-paste the resulting kanji. he is SATSURIKU
so anyway, i know mewtwos better but absol is cooler too many teams take measures against him.Time for testing. :D

As I said in your RMT, always use 248 hp EVs. That way you get an odd hp number, giving you one more stealth rock switch-in, and more importantly, survive after 4 turns after the opponent have used curse.

Ok... Xerneas has plagued my team to no end (see Regirock's video). So I present the newest addition to my team... Black Kyurem! He's got the same moveset (except I put Flame Charge in the final spot) and has worked ok so far, and Deoxys and Gyarados now have Meteor Mash. GG Regirock, good luck laddering people (I can't believe I only made this account a month ago and I'm so high up) and I'd like to fight Feebas too.
However, once I realized that I only get 3HKO with Meteor Mash (this is on my mom's computer so capital H) on Xerneas with Deo, while exposing myself to 2HKO, I decided it wasn't meant to be. So I present the weirdest moveset of all time with Deoxys:
Deoxys-Speed@Focus Sash
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 248/252/252/252/252/252 (+Spe, -Atk)
-Sheer Cold
-Inferno
-Aromatherapy (I was weak to status with no aroma)
-Dynamic Punch
Inferno kills the Mega Scizor and Genesect everywhere. Dynamic kills Arcei. Aroma is only used on phazing (revenge killing that encourages the opponent to switch). I got rid of Zap Cannon because Gyara is not as common anymore and Kyurem handles it well.

Here's a Xerneas set that I've been using:

Xerneas @ Choice Scarf / Choice Specs / Life Orb
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Hasty Nature
- Boomburst
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave
- Parting Shot / Extreme Speed

PIXILATE BOOMBURST SO POWERFULZ!

And here is my Sturdinja counter:

Tyranitar-Mega @ Choice Band / Life Orb
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Thousand Arrows
- V-create
- Knock Off

Sand Stream lets me deal with Lum Berry variants and Knock Off lets me deal with Safety Goggles variants. Safety Goggles sets don't usually expect the Knock Off and try to set up on me.

Honestly I have no idea if ttar even does anything in pure hacks cause it has a giant weakness to mm2x and Arrows in general. As for the Xerneas that is a really gimmicky set and I feel that if you want to use xerneas this is the set you should use.

Sure ttar can kinda counter sheddy but you have to sack a poke for a safe switch in and the opponent can always predict your switch and baton pass.

It was just to give me a surefire way of beating Sturdinja and it was the highest BST Rock-type which doesn't require Multitype, so I just gave it Sand Stream and Knock Off.

It was just to have a bit of fun really, and it got me up the ladder a bit so I'm cool with it.
