part of me still wants to keep cause its my first ever shiny legend, still have one in ruby i can reset AND my sring mons didnt level up. its in a diveball

Hmm, hard. I'd personally keep it, especially since you still have one in Ruby. A first ever shiny legendary is quite a big thing imo, and will always be nice to look back upon.

Toss for me, sync failed, and pretty bad stats... also, doesn't Cress give HP Evs, be careful that it doesn't screw up your SR mons ;)

Hey, are there areas in ORAS that can't be DexNaved at all? I want to DexNav myself a Tangela, but my only area is a Mirage Mountain, and it constantly says it can't find it no matter what.

Also, 666th \o/.

There are, but only where there's no Pokemon to DexNav. (like inside a Pokemon Center) DexNav is just a pain sometimes... or almost all the time inside caves. All you can do is keep trying.

You shouldn't ask if it's not 30+/x/28+/30+/28+/30+ unless it's a shiny or has a good Hidden Power. I'm not aware of a specially-attacking Regice, but to each their own. I guess I need to start playing NU more
 
I was finally able to get my shiny Naive Snorunt with Body Slam and Double Edge. Are there any other wild Pokemon that can use Naive nature (not Wailord) in Emerald? I sadly cannot get Shiftry with this (unless I can get a Swarm somehow, which I doubt).
