Or you could use more regular balls... A Dusk Ball at night with Capture Power level 3 active works very reliably at catching a paralyzed/asleep Virizion with 1 HP remaining, for example. (and looks nice, too) I'd highly recommend looking at Buckert's Soft Resetting guide over in Orange Islands to help make things easier to SR all these legendary Pokemon. (and remember to NOT screw with the 3DS clock or else you'll be locked out of time-sensitive events for 24 hours from when you messed with the clock)

Yes, it is possible for two people to have the same trainer ID (I assume this is what you mean). The game generates a random one for each new game, with the possibility of generating the same number for players.

I have a random question. Is it possible to get legit 5iv pokemon in 4th gen since i wasn't in the competitive scene cuz i breed some pokemon that need sucker punch like skuntank and shiftry and some defog but ill wait for gen 4 remakes for that. Its really a shame they removed sucker punch such a good move that lots of new slow dark types can benefit from it like scrafty and pangoro but ORAS move tutors did introduse shock wave and water pulse which used to be tm's in gen 3 so there is still hope to reclaim sucker punch for some old mons and new.
Yes, both through RNG abuse and random breeding (although the latter significantly less believable).
Although there's no reason to believe (in fact, multiple reasons to expect not) that the same methods will work in any remakes [if they're even made]; they are far more likely to follow the new mechanics for breeding, using Destiny Knot and the like.

I'll try to list everything out for the sake of simplicity.
1. Every Pokemon has a number known as a shiny value (SV)
2. Eggs are generated with a SV also (commonly referred to as an ESV)
3. If the shiny value of the egg/pokemon matches the shiny value of the trainer (TSV) the pokemon generates as shiny
4. People will breed a bunch of eggs and check their IV's. This is either done by hatching them and going to the IV judge and resetting their game, or by dumping their save using Powersaves and Keysav/Mass Dumper
5a. If you don't have a way of dumping your save, people at the SV Thread can check your eggs
5b. If you have a Powersaves you can dump your save to obtain the ESV values of the eggs with the perfect pokemon
6. Once you have your ESVs you can check them against .com 's Smogon list or go to the TSV reddit to find someone who can hatch your egg

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be legit. Your way of gaining acces to it might be 'sketchy', but it's not any sketchier than using a warp code to get eh, I dunno, to Southern Island in Emerald and that's allowed. I'd even argue it's not sketchy at all. That's just me though.
This falls into the "fine so long as documented" category [along with certain AR codes, etc.]. I.e. feel free to do it, as long as you list it with the Pokémon (should you choose to offer it for trade).
