I'm not the best at determining usages, but here are my submissions for this round!

Offspring : Scigon
New Stats : 85/125/100/77/90/92 [BST 569]
New Type : Bug/Ground
New Ability and Description : Desert Spirit (The Pokemon's bug-type moves are super effective against ground types. Grants immunity to ground moves.)
Notable moves : Physical: Bullet Punch, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Night Slash, Outrage, Power-up Punch, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Superpower, Thunder Punch, U-turn, X-Scissor.
Status: Protect, Roost, Sandstorm, Swords Dance, Tailwind.
Role Description : Scigon is a set-up sweeper with respectable defenses and a solid physical movepool. It can force other set-up users out if they try to wall it with physical bulk while healing itself to stay alive.
Mega Scigon (Scizorite)
New Stats
: 85/145/140/87/110/102 [BST 669]
New Type : Bug/Ground
New Ability and Description : Technician
Newly Notable moves : Aerial Ace, Bug Bite, Bulldoze, Dragon Tail, Dragonbreath, Power-up Punch, Quick Attack, Rock Tomb.
Role Description : Can still set up, but now may not need it to sweep less-bulky teams. Technician Bug Bite is more powerful than X-Scissor and Bulldoze/Rock Tomb is a speed-lowering core with perfect coverage, making up for Scigon's so-so speed when sweeping.

Offspring : Tyrantile
New Stats : 86/113/102/97/82/105 [BST 585]
New Type : Rock/Grass
New Ability and Description : Overbite (Increases the power of biting moves by a percentage equal to the percentage of the Pokemon's health that is missing)
Notable moves : Physical: Crunch, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fire Fang, Head Smash, Ice Fang, Iron Head, Low Kick, Night Slash, Outrage, Poison Fang, Power-up Punch, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Seed Bomb, Stone Edge, Superpower, Thunder Fang, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt.
Special: Draco Meteor, Grass Knot, Giga Drain.
Status: Agility, Curse, Dragon Dance, Grasswhistle, Leech Seed, Protect, Roar, Rock Slide, Solar Beam, Stealth Rock, Synthesis, Swords Dance.
Role Description : Offense. Tyrantile can funtion as a lead, wallbreaker, or sweeper depending entirely on move selection. It enjoys reliable recovery, a decent physical defense, multiple ways of boosting itself, and incredible coverage.
Mega Tyrantile (Sceptilite)
New Stats
: 86/138/112/137/82/130 [BST 685]
New Type : Rock/Dragon
New Ability and Description : Lightning Rod
Newly Notable moves : Ancientpower, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Leaf Storm.
Role Description : Suddenly, Tyrantile finds itself in possession of a special attack just as fearsome as its physical and a speed boost. It is now a potent mixed sweeper with recovery both active and passive depending on the load-out. Bite moves are no longer boosted, but in exchange Leaf Storm and Draco Meteor allow you to power through physical walls that otherwise may have stymied your rampage.

Offspring : Whimsykiss
New Stats : 82/68/100/108/105/108 [571]
New Type : Grass/Fairy
New Ability and Description : Tricky Tumbling (Moves with an effect other than damage have +1 priority, but damaging moves have -20% accuracy.)
Notable moves : Physical: Knock Off, Seed Bomb, U-turn.
Special: Air Slash, Ancientpower, Aura Sphere, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Extrasensory, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Hurricane, Moonblast, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Stored Power.
Status: Baton Pass, Cotton Spore, Encore, Grasswhistle, Growth, Heal Bell, Leech Seed, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Memento, Mirror Move, Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Poison Powder, Protect, Psycho Shift, Psych Up, Reflect, Roost, Safeguard, Stun Spore, Substitute, Switcheroo, Tailwind, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Trick Room, Yawn, Wish, Worry Seed.
Role Description : It's Whimsicott, but with Togekiss' special attacking pool. Generally going to run support, since paraflinch and the like have reduced accuracy, though aura sphere might finally see use.

Offspring : Abomacolo
New Stats : 95/91/82/101/102/75
New Type : Water/Grass
New Ability and Description : North Wind (When a pokemon with this ability switches in, it summons hail for five turns and doubles speed in hail)
Notable moves : Blizzard, Energy Ball, Fake Out, Focus Blast, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Growth, Hail. Haze, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Leech Seed, Mist, Scald, Shadow Ball, Synthesis
Role Description : With North Wind boosting it to 150 base speed, and Scald helping to offset its physical vulnerability, Abomacolo can serve as a bulky special sweeper, spamming blizzard for up to eight turns or using the same excellent dual-STAB as Ludicolo.
Mega Abomacolo (Abomasite)
New Stats
: 95/131/112/141/122/45 [BST 646]
New Type : Water/Grass
New Ability and Description : Snow Warning
Newly Notable moves : Avalanche, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Outrage, Power-up Punch, Seed Bomb, Swords Dance, Thunder Punch, Waterfall, Wood Hammer, Zen Headbutt
Role Description : In exchange for losing its speed-boosting ability and 30 speed, Abomacolo gains greater defenses and mixed attacking potential, allowing it to use its surprisingly diverse physical movepool.

Offspring : Maladuck
New Stats : 93/97/93/91/87/89 [BST 550]
New Type : Water/Dark
New Ability and Description : Atmospheric Perversion (All weather-based effects, including abilities and passive stat increases, are reversed.)
Notable moves : Physical: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Foul Play, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Night Slash, Power-up Punch, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt.
Special: Clear Smog, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Scald, Signal Beam, Thunderbolt.
Status: Amnesia, Calm Mind, Confuse Ray, Encore, Hypnosis, Switcheroo, Toxic, Hail, Light Screen, Power Split, Protect, Rain Dance, Reflect, Refresh, Soak, Substitute, Sunny Day, Taunt, Topsy-turvy, Toxic, Trick Room, Yawn.
Role Description : With only average stats across the board, Maladuck finds its niche as a flexible attacker and weather counter. With weather actually weakening Pokemon of the associated type and Pokemon like Charizard Y and Ninetales powering up Maladuck's water moves with Drought, it forces opponents to adapt to it.

Parents: Ferrothorn + Aegislash
Shared egg group: Mineral
Offspring Name: Ferroslash
New type: Steel/Grass
New base stats: Shield: 77/82/150/62/133/50 (BST 554) Blade: 77/150/82/133/62/50 (BST 554)
New ability and desc: Barb Stance- Switches to blade form when attacking, switches to shield form upon using king's shield. Deals 1/8 HP to contactors when in shield form.
Notable Moves: King's Shield, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Spikes, Power Whip, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Curse, Swords Dance, Substitute, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Sacred Sword, Toxic, Thunder Wave.
Role identification: You really, really don't wanna contact this mon. Besides that, it sets hazards, with the offensive capacity of aegislash and the typing and walling capability of ferrothorn. Leech Seed goes nicely with King's Shield for stalling, while hazards and twave add to aegislash's limited utility. Access to boosting moves like curse and swords dance allow a very bulky setup sweeper, or it can use a traditional subslash set, except with grass stab. Both special and physical sets are viable due to high bases in each, but it's still quite susceptible to status due to its low speed, even with substitute. The standard wallferro set would work equally well, with a nice boost to bst to keep up with everyone else. It will have really big 4MSS, but that just goes to show how many viable moves and different sets you could run with it.

DNA Donors: Carbink/Diancie
Offspring Name: Carcie
New Type: Rock/Fairy
Base Stats: 50/95/150/95/150/50 (+20 Attack, +20 Special Attack)
New ability and desc: Clear Body
Notable moves: All moves from Diancie except for Power Gem
Role Identification: Just as the same as regular Diancie, except for slightly weaker offensives. The Mega is about the same.

Mega Carcie (Diancite)
New Type: Rock/Fairy
Base Stats: 50/155/110/155/110/110
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: All moves from Diancie except for Power Gem
Role Identification: Mega Diancie, but with slightly weaker offensives and Power Gem.

DNA Donors : Hoopa-C + Hydreigon
Offspring : Hoopdreigon
New Stats :86 HP / 107 Atk / 75 Def / 157 SpA / 110 SpD / 104 Spe (+20 SpA / +20 Spe)
New Type : Ghost / Dark
New Ability and Desc : Magical Levitation (Magician + Levitate): If hit by a ground type move, takes no damage and removes attackers item.
Notable moves : Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, U-Turn, Superpower, Iron Tail, Flash Cannon, Fire Blast, Taunt, Roost, Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Nasty Plot, Magic Coat, Substitute, Light Screen, Reflect,
Role Description : In my mind it fulfills the roles Hydreigon has in UU as a scarfer and stallbreaker but can run some new sets like Sub + Nasty Plot and even mixed. It can run Destiny Bond and Thunder Wave to support its team and just generally dents things with its pretty massive SpA. It can also abuse its 3 immunities to switch in on a lot of attacks and set up on a lot of mons. I think set-up sweeping and momentum grabbing sets will be the preferred use for Hoopdreigon.
Actually, Hoopa's primary type is Psychic, so this Fusion's typing should be Psychic/Dark

Offspring : Epercate
New Stats : 70/83/70/100/92/113
New Type : Normal/psychic
New Ability and Description : Return Policy (Whenever this pokemon is switched out the opposing pokemon is switched out.)
Notable moves : U-Turn, Sucker punch, Quick Attack, Pursuit, Psychic, Morning Sun, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Psybeam, Taunt, Shadow Ball, Thunderwave, Toxic, Grass Knot, Psyshock, Dazzling Gleam, Wish, Skill Swap, Heal Bell, Trick, Baton Pass, Super Fang, Endeavor, Calm Mind, Work Up, Thunder, Sword Dance,
Role Description : This pokemon is fairly straightforward, get in get out. You can boost and baton pass, or you and U-turn out. Work very well with Hazard pokemon that use Stealth Rocks, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web. Along with its immunity to ghost, this pokemon has only weakness to dark and bug allowing for a modicum of survivability. With Focus sash, it should allow for quick fun of switching out.

Mega Carcie (Diancite)
New Type:
Rock/Fairy
Base Stats: 50/155/110/155/110/110
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: All moves from Diancie except for Power Gem
Role Identification: Mega Diancie, but with slightly weaker offensives and Power Gem.
Picksome, you are kinda implying that all moves in Diancie's movepool are competitively usable, even Tackle...

I think he meant for it to be Synchronize and Run Away, and why does the fusion ability have to have the same restrictions as one of the originals?

Synchronize is fine then, but the thing about Run Away is that its description clearly says "Enables a sure getaway from wild Pokémon." - if it stated that it simply allows switching out, then it would be fine. Run away's desc doesn't even mention switching, as you're free to switch between pokemon in wild battles. It simply mentions that you can escape/run from a wild encounter. I suppose it could be reviewed later by Eevee, it's up to him.

DNA Donors: Alakazam and Thundurus-I
Offspring name: Alakarus
New type: Psychic/Electric
New base stats: 67/72/57/150/90/130
Mega Stats: 67/72/77/190/90/160
New ability and desc: Sychronize Absorb: If statused, it heals 25% of Alakarus health.

Notable moves: Psyshock, Psychic, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Disable, Encore, Energy Ball, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave, Nasty Plot, Taunt

Role identification: Complete glass cannon. Best used as a late game sweeper with Nasty Plot but can also run a Choice or LO set with moves like Volt Switch. Support moves like Encore and Taunt help Alakarus set up. It's mega form is a fantastic late game sweeper or wall breaker thanks to an awesome 190 special attack, 160 Speed allows it to out speed everything besides Deoxys-S.

Wow these Pokemon mesh really well. This offspring would be really hard to wear down.

Admittedly, it's stretching what Run Away entails a bit, but the concept of 'An ability that allows the Pokemon to leave the battle' is still there, just altered by Synchronize. Maybe he could reduce it to only working when it is forced to switch by a move or ability?

That works I suppose. Again, it's up to Eevee.

Stitch98 I'd love to see what you can do with the approved fusions, such as for example: Gyarotic, Hawlusharp and Chesdon. I had kind of given Blastninja, Garchados and Gargatr a try in sprite form as seen earlier in the thread but admittedly it's not much. I mentioned the first three ^ in particular because they seem like creative options to try out, particularly Chesdon.

Ok, I will give it a try tomorrow, since now it's late and I can't draw without sunlight (I know that electricity do exists, but I don't like the light of my lamps xP).

DNA Donors: Dusknoir/Diancie
Offspring Name: Dianoir
New Type: Rock/Ghost
Base Stats: 50/110/150/90/150/50
New ability and desc: Clear Pressure - Deducts extra PP if any stat is lowered
Notable moves: Diamond Storm, Shadow Punch, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch.
Role Identification: Similar to regular Diancie, except trading some SpA for Atk, and not quite so walled by those Steel types. Gets some priority which might be useful, although the mega is pretty fast anyway.

It has a mega too you know.

Dude that's way better than I imagined Chesdon looking like (actually that's not true, it was pretty weird to imagine a combination of those two in the first place). It looks pretty great. I'm gonna try my best to convert your artwork to sprite form, unless it's possible to get real sprites for this :D

I think that a BW-style sprite would be the most convenient and easy way.

DNA Donors: Yanmega and Zygarde
Offspring Name: Yangarde
New Type: Dragon / Bug
Base Stats: 97/111/118/98/85/95 (-/+15/+15/-/+10/-)
New ability and desc: Speed Break (Speed Boosts become drops and Speed drops become boosts)
Notable moves: Hypnosis, Coil, Extreme Speed, Bug Bite, Earthquake, Pursuit, Whirlwind, Stone Edge, Superpower, Haze, Outrage, Pain Split
Role Identification: Functions as the epitome of a Speed control mon. Yangarde can use it's ability to function as a back up check to certain sweepers, a anti sticky web mon, and as a sweeper itself.

It has a mega too you know.
Whoops, I originally had two submissions each with megas and then decided to withdraw one of them and must have accidentally deleted Mega Dianoir by mistake. Sorry about that.

Mega Dianoir (Diancite)
New Stats:
50/170/110/150/110/110
New Type: Rock/Ghost
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: Diamond Storm, Shadow Punch, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch.
Role Description: Slightly more power and slightly better STAB coverage than Mega Diancie.
