I think it's because everyone has one nowadays. The best you can do with this Bagon is using it as a parent for a HP Electric one (this Bagon doesn't have it just because the odd Defense). Not many people breed for it but, as HP Electric is good only for Gyarados, you could try to breed for a HP Ground.

How do I know what type a hidden power has?
IV Checkers will tell you. Metalkids or Serebiis. Rare candy them up, or find an IV Battle and plug the numbers in.

I don't know anything about the dusknoir. Anyways, I was looking at
the Uxie analyisis and realized on the first set it didn't need a special
attack. Is it possible to put an impish nature on it to have more speed
and a more powerful u-turn?

The release date that chaos was aiming for was August 20th of THIS year,
not next years.

Battle a Kecleon - when you attack it with Hidden Power it will give you a message saying what type it has become.

Ok, I should really know this by now but I've been having some problems. I put a Ditto into the daycare with an Impish female Scyther. The Scyther is holding an Everstone, but none of the babies I hatch are Impish. Does the Everstone trick not work with females and Dittos, or am I just unlucky?
the everstone trick works if you let Ditto hold the everstone not scyther to make it work you can hatch a male scyther then breed that scyther with the impish mother holding the everstone
Grr... yet another link in my already confusing chain. The purpose of this pair was to produce an Impish female Scyther with the 31 Defense IV from the Ditto and the 31 Sp.Def IV from the mother Scyther. I need the baby to be female and Impish so when I breed it with my 31 HP 31 Sp.Def male Scyther I can shoot for a 31 HP, Def, Sp.Def Impish baby.
Ok so now I just need, from my original pair, to get a male baby with that Def IV, and breed it with the same Impish female (everstone) to hope for my Def/Sp.Def Impish female. Sound right?
