that special defense really kills it. Honestly it's at least 20 points too low for anyone here to say it's worth keeping...clearly you're not concerned with trading it though, so if you're really ok with it then you've clearly already made up your mind.

If you're just looking for validation to make you feel better about tossing it: toss that shit and don't look back

Ye, I tossed. I would've been much happier if Spe was 30IV, though. Since then I could toss it with absolutely clear conscience.

Yes it will be a spitback but it will have some decent IVs because it will be breeding with my hex-flawless Ditto. And you can have it for free :) I am just chilling waiting for my frames to advance on VBA anyway :)

LF: HA Timburr or its evos preferably with a Brave nature but it is fine if the nature isn't exact. IVs don't matter either unless you want to go out of your way, thanks. :3

Additionally, I am going to begin breeding again soon I realized that all this time I haven't even got an oval charm so I am trying to fill out my Pokedex now.

Dumb question but need help. I found an old copy of heartgold lying around and would like to transfer some pokemon to my X/omega ruby. I don't own a copy of pearl/diamond or white or black 1/2. Is there any possibility to transfer in any other way or is my only option to get a copy of any of those games?

You don't need Diamond/Pearl but you do need Black/White 1 or 2 there isn't any other way. :C
 
LF Female Dream Ball Minun spitback, IVs or Natures don't matter since I'm only going to use it as a parent. I can offer several 4-5 female spitbacks in matching balls. Help would be much appreciated :)

Ah I see, thanks for clarifying. I'll have to settle for some other ball then :) I believe I should be able to catch one with its HA in XY from horde battles, am I right? Thanks for the info and your help!
