Knock off > dark pulse .

Only dark special pokemon carry dark move since ghost and psychic can be hit with ghost move (shadow ball)

While a lots of physical atk carry knock off as their coverage (fighting type)

Bold mew is different from bold cresselia since it can burn physical dark pokemon.

So it's a keep

If you're happy with it, then I'd say keep it. For trading, most people will say toss to anything that doesn't have 29+ in HP (the 29 for if it's a Life Orb number).

Well for personal use it's alright but don't expect many people to trade for it. Since you really want that 31 speed on a base 100 mon

No, you really should have tossed. That Speed is awful. Soft resetting requires patience, especially with Pokemon received via Mystery Gift since Synchronize can't guarantee the nature at all. One has to assume it will take a long time to get flawless.
