Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 47 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

Does anyone know when the next Trainer Club newsletter comes out? I used to receive the emails, then apparently around September of last year they sent an email out asking if you wanted to stay subscribed. Needless to say I clicked the link ( last week...when the HA birds were announced) and it took me to a page that said "thank you for your continued subscription" but I don't know of any concrete way to confirm...my email preferences are set to receive advertisements and stuff, but I saw nothing that specifically mentions the TCN.
 
Hey guys if anyone can give me a female spitback of the following that would be great. Since I have no trade threat of my own yet I cant direct you there.However, I have a quite a few unique Aprico Ball Pokemons.Here is the list:

Spinnrak(HA) Dream Ball
Caterpie(HA) Dream Ball
Wishmur(HA) Dream Ball
Duskull Dream Ball
Starly(HA) Dream Ball
Kricketot(HA) Dream Ball
Alomomla(HA) Dream Ball
Elygem(HA) Dream Ball
Golett(HA) Dream Ball
Feebas Dream Ball

I have a spare Feebas you can have, just deposit something on the GTS and tell me what it is. And btw, Golett is genderless.

After soft resetting again for kyurem i came across this one, i would like to know your thoughts on this:

It hits SpD. Diance and other things for decent dmg and HP water takes less IVs on the stats.
Also some other things that get hit by it

Depends on what set you're running, most Mega Diancie sets use HP Fire. If you don't want to SR for that there are a few users who have a HP Fire Diancie in their trade threads that you could trade for. Also, you don't have to SR for that right away if you want to pick up the Eon Ticket and Hoopa first you can just change the order of your wonder cards in the mystery gift section.

Except my Eon Ticket is in StreetPass. Is there a way to bring it up to the front?

EDIT: Also the Hoopa Event is being problematic. I have a Timid Synchronize Garde in the lead spot and I'm not getting Timid Hoopas! (Isn't it supposed to be 100% with Undiscovered pokes?)

If you're soft-resetting for Hoopa, then I'm assuming you're receiving it from the Mystery Gift lady and Synchronize doesn't work on those events.
