Silly Things You've Seen In Other Metagames

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-429609798
Wow. This is terrible. Somebody please cover this one.
(R) The infamous Dark Void + Dream Eater returns!
(R) On a Mega Metagross!
(R) With Night Shade!
(R) Blissey with Ice Fang and Needle Arm
(R) Another Blissey. This one has Transform. (Why waste a moveslot on that when Imposter does it automatically?)
(L) Mega Steelix with Simple and Quiver Dance (dat base 55 special attack)
(R) Genesect in general

Did I miss anything?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429684858
Quick Claw Breloom, Pikachu-Belle, and that Politoed set.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429683930
A very well executed Gothitelle sweep, aided by the very stupid Cosmic Power Clefable set on the other side.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429683188
Alain team on the left, non-mega Charizard (sigh) and Venusaur on the right, and garbage on both sides.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-429681450
Inferno Ninetales, a very, very bad Azumarill set, Dedenne, and turn 18 highlight this one.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/bhdoubles-429685312
How not to deal with Magic Coat Sturdinja.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-429682895
Some interesting innovation in Mix-and-Mega here, including Lopunnite Haxorus failing to kill Red Orb Shaymin, and a Gyaradosite Garbodor blowing itself up.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429683298
A Dugtrio trio, Gothitelle getting rekt, and Mega Banette thinking Sucker Punch is necessary against Torkoal.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/bhdoubles-429681550
This one needs a list. Included in this battle is very poor play around Perish Song.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429695722
Alain guy returns, this time against a Normal mono that just flat out doesn't make the cut.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-429694334
Role Play Ninetales, weather everywhere, and Raikou failing hard on turn 10.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/1v1-429697218
This is why you don't give setup mons free turns.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429695652
Mega Sceptile should not be losing to non-mega Salamence. That's all I can really say about this one.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429702899
Ladies and gentlemen, we've found a set more annoying that Swagplay Klefki. And one that's also screwed over more by bad luck.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429703494
FEAR Magnemite. That is all. Although, this one is running Swagger, for some reason.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429702595
Metronome Dusclops war. Highlights include turns 9 (Simple Beam followed by Overheat), 17 (calling Perish Song with the last PP on Metronome), and 22 (Imprison, inducing a forfeit two turns later).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-429704234
Left appears to be confounded by his own -ate.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-429697375
The first five turns of this one are Maractus defeating a Braixen one-on-one.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-429703707
Running two mons is bad enough, but setting up Belly Drum MMX on Tornadus-T, well...

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-429842737 Can't explain too much on this one.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-429853465 Kept persisting to take down the Dusknoir with my Smeargle with minimum Sp.Atk, with Milk Drink to survive...and the last opponent's mon turns out to be a Dual Chop Tyrantrum. The end.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-429869857 Arceus may be OP even in Hackmons Cup...

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-429881536 Alolan Fire/Flying Murkrow and Honchkrow would be nice after seeing this battle...my opponent would won if it wasn't for my Sacred Fire + Spore Pansage.

Can anyone try to list anything wrong in these battles?

This match... is pretty cringe-worthy. Watch at your own peril. Featuring: Deoxys-D, and a bunch of starters and legends popular with the kids on the other side.
if anything this battle is proof that you shouldn't try to outpredict someone who has no idea what they're doing, though to be fair it's hard to tell what the Deo guy was thinking either

also, gotta say I loved the Giga Impact Darkrai/Xerneas, the fact that the Darkrai also had Spacial Rend and Blizzard, the Mega Charizard X spamming (unprotected, though it didn't matter) Focus Punch and Overheat, the special (no Mega) Gyarados, the (also no mega) Absol using Double-Edge and Superpower (the latter is only silly because it's a Deoxys it's being used on, tbf), and the non-Protean Greninja spamming Hydro Cannon. the Deo guy also used Mirror Coat on Greninja, but to be fair that might be because he didn't want to waste Recover PP or something (or just didn't know that Dark-types are immune to Mirror Coat, which is a pretty easy mistake really since it's a counterattack and you might not expect counterattacks to be subject to immunities)

So... Mix and Mega is a decently popular metagame. Here's some matches of mine.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-429908356
Yep, I'm in the match. But not as the person wielding JON CENA!... Who brought the sun with him, for some reason.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-429918213
The presence of a Dewgong should let you know something's up. And I got outplaid.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-429926920
The ending of this one is pure gold and comes out of nowhere. Also... there's a ton of bad plays this match. Can you spot them all?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-429953774
Even when I don't intend for Gyarados to sweep... He sweeps. (I gotta change his nickname to Xander...)

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/bhdoubles-429903964

After a double fake out on turn 1, Deoxys-S uses Frost Breath on its (non-mega)Altaria teammate, revealing Anger Point.

It only gets worse from there.
Turn 4
★XxSevagxX: wow this game is not goin that well
Groudon used Wide Guard!
Wide Guard protected your team!
Heatran used Follow Me!
Heatran became the center of attention!
The opposing Deoxys used Destiny Bond!
The opposing Deoxys is hoping to take its attacker down with it!
The opposing Rayquaza used Boomburst!
The opposing Deoxys lost 17% of its health!
Wide Guard protected Groudon!
Wide Guard protected Heatran!
The opposing Rayquaza lost some of its HP!
The opposing Deoxys fainted!
The opposing Deoxys took its attacker down with it!
The opposing Rayquaza fainted!
★XxSevagxX: ...

Yeah.

(L) "I like Tyranitar, but instead of having unique resistances and matchups, it should play as a generic Steel-type that does even worse against Ground- and Water-types".
(R) Banettite Crobat, because apparently it's just not fast enough otherwise. No idea what exactly it's supposed to do here, but okay.
(L) Sacred Sword Cobalion. Theoretically it's perfect for Defense-boosting mons like that Hippowdon, but in practice it's too weak to actually break them.
(L) Doesn't Mega-Evolve their Empoleon right away, against a Ground-type opponent no less. Uses Ice Beam instead of Scald or Hydro Pump.
(R) Uses Thunder against a known Lightning Rod user.
(L) Surf, when Scald exists. Empoleon is a tank, not a sweeper. Its job shouldn't be to net KOs at all costs.
(R) Turns Zygarde from a Ground-type into a Flying-type against a Rock-type opponent. Doesn't seem to be carrying Ground coverage, because it uses Aerilated Extreme Speed against this Rock/Steel Tyranitar.
(L) Should have been fucked up by +1/+1 Aerilate Zygarde, but that misplay let Tyranitar come in and clean up the opposing team.
(R) ★xorialle: FANTASTIC BULLSHIT BATTLE WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

And that's just what I can spot as a non-MnM player.

It's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but yeah this definitely had a lot of questionable decisions on both sides.

You forgot the part where I leave my Genesect in against a known Stone Edge user like a numbskull. Which, ironically, was the only major hax in the battle.
That Zygarde... would not have necessarily been sweeping if it was smart. I did have Xerneas in the wings, and I think Tyranitar could have even taken that Earthquake...

EDIT: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-430266091
This is some of the silliest use of Copycat I've ever seen.

Highlights include SD Skarmory and a Latias trolling with Reflect Type.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431141896
★Zeref's Book1: i'm Ash ketchum
★Zeref's Book1: Of palet town
This can't be good. More proof?
yoshipikachu3034's team: Blaziken / Venusaur / Beautifly / Glaceon / Skitty / Wartortle
Yeah, this is so bad I won't bother covering it.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431146433
A UU team feat. FEAR Nosepass vs. Dragonair and its fully evolved friends. We can see few sets in action, but stands out Aromatherapy / Cosmic Power / Metronome / Moonlight Clefable.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431148330
When you are facing a bad mono-Fighting team, and decide to lead with Sturdy Magnezone.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431141973
Left gets a lucky freeze on a +1 Haxorus and reacts this way:
★HellishBlue: wtf...
Also Hone Claws Ninjask attempting a pass to nobody (admittedly it couldn't do much else).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431149261
A really bad Smeargle that outspeeds a Mega Charizard X, which dares to set-up in the face of a GeoPassed Deoxys-Attack. And it works, because Deoxys used Ice Punch at +2 Special Attack. Also, that Groudon.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431145798
Eeveelutions' Baton Pass chain destroys a team with offensive Bastiodon, a Tropius that doesn't know what Magic Bounce is, and Mantine. The chat too.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431146782
Someone please do this while you have fun with the chat.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431145254
Plants vs. Zombies a team with Toxic Deoxys-N. And it gets worse (lol at Serperior vs. Hoopa-U).

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431147028
When a battle starts with
★Nisharaptor: i have the best memes
★GDRayzor: but memes
it just can't be good. Bad stuff includes HP Fire Amoonguss, SPECIAL MEGA MEDICHAM, Dragon Rush Dragonite, and more.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431147178
Mono-Dragonite vs. an apparently legit team. Who wins?
Left's team is not legit at all, starring Aurora Beam / Misty Terrain / Moonblast Xerneas, and right just smashes through it.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431143552
The guy with a horrible Smeargle faces mono-Shuckle.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-431146631
Left's Double Team Scolipede Baton Passes to Cloyster in the face of Ice Beam Darkrai. End of story.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/bigbang-randomtriplesbattle-14411
Bang Brother (the bot of Big Bang server) need to chill with the Mega Steelix!
I don't get it ._.

...and it only goes downhill from there.

Let's just put it this way:

THE CACNEA BEATS THE VICTINI.
(L) FEAR Kricketot. Kricketot does not learn any priority attacks.
(R) Foul Play+Rest Krookodile.
(L) Sandstorm Sandslash defeating said Krookodile. The croc did not get the chance to wake up from its nap.
(R) Shell Bell Jellicent, using Ice Beam on, and failing to kill, the Sandslash.
(L) Which revealed the fact that Sandslash had Leftovers.
(R) Special Lucario is one thing (it has higher Special Attack than Attack and gets Nasty Plot), but mixed is another.
(L) Venonat, which at least tried to not be terrible and ran Sleep Powder and Toxic Spikes.
(L) Cacnea, mostly spamming Destiny Bond.
(R) Victini using Dazzling Gleam (you know, instead of a Fire STAB) on Cacnea, leading to its Encore into that move and eventual defeat.
(R) Fire Punch+Grass Knot+Dynamic Punch+Focus Blast Golurk.
(R) Mega Garchomp with no sand, failing to break Yveltal's substitute with Crunch despite Dark Aura.
(L) Revealing the method to his madness:
★I R GUD PLAEYR: btw this team was literally made by a randomizer
★I R GUD PLAEYR: and you just lost to it
★I R GUD PLAEYR: don't you feel special?

It was about time I got back to form. And that is with really silly replays.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-431293620
All you need to know is that Spinda survives the entire battle, and sees the most action.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-431294154
Mono-Arceus versus an apparently legit BH team. Who wins?
Actually, the opposing side has a few questionable moves, but has enough Fighting moves to secure the win.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-431300589
Eeveelution versus a team with more members, and it's a setup war from the word go.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-431305923
There's a LUVDISC here. Also...
★MysticSam: gg
★Gamingalixy: i have for megas
★Gamingalixy: no
He doesn't even have four megas.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/balancedhackmons-431323771
This match is a masterpiece.
