Feel free to comment on anything in the future if something needs to be changed.
Also I think that Merciless and all the weather speed boosting abilities (Slush Rush, Swift Swim, ecc...) need a higher rank (like 3 or 3.5), because with the new meccanics, they activate immidiately.
Merciless is deadly in combo with another teammate that has Toxic Spikes.

Mega Decidueye
Ability:
Stakeout
Typing: Grass/Ghost
HP: 78
Attack: 127 (+20)
Defense: 85 (+10)
Special Attack: 120 (+20)
Special Defense: 120 (+20)
Speed: 100 (+30)
New Moves: Low Kick, Heat Wave, Leaf Storm
Description: Stakeout may be a Rank 4.5 ability, but I added it because 1) it fits Decidueye thematically and 2) its STABs are weak and it has minimal coverage. The movepool updates attempt to address this problem by adding feasible tutor moves and it did get a sizeable but balanced offensive boost, but it's not going to clean out the OU tier in a wingbeat.

On the physical side, its strongest attacks are Leaf Blade (90 BP STAB with numerous resists) and Spirit Shackle (80 BP STAB), although Low Kick fixes a lot of coverage problems. The special side is somewhat better, but still maxes out at 90 BP STAB unless it's Grass Knot vs a heavy or Leaf Storm. You're going to have issues with Dragons and Heatran if you go pure special. Compared to other offensive Mega Evolutions, this Pokemon is a wimp that relies heavily on its ability or setup for damage, and the two will usually be mutually exclusive.

727.png

Mega Incineroar
Ability:
Wrestler (Steelworker clone)
Typing: Fire/Dark
HP: 95
Attack: 165 (+50)
Defense: 120 (+30)
Special Attack: 70 (-10)
Special Defense: 100 (+10)
Speed: 80 (+20)
New Moves: Superpower, Sucker Punch, Circle Throw
Description: Incineroar is almost a Fighting-type, and with its new ability Mega Incineroar has a fantastic triple STAB combo. Flare Blitz and Superpower are brutal coming from this Pokemon, and Darkest Lariat covers just about anything else. Sucker Punch fits it and gives it a priority move to work with.

730.png

Mega Primarina
Ability:
Natural Cure
Typing: Water/Fairy
HP: 80
Attack: 89 (+15)
Defense: 84 (+10)
Special Attack: 156 (+30)
Special Defense: 151 (+35)
Speed: 70 (+10)
New Moves: Agility, U-turn, Yawn
Description: Mega Primarina becomes a fearsome special tank with newfound pivoting abilities. Natural Cure allows it to patch its lack of recovery with a Rest it can shake off after switching. Or, you can use it as a basic status absorber, switching into Toxic/T-Wave/WoW and firing off an attack or U-turning out.

Decidueye-Mega
Ability: Overgrow (Long Reach) ----> Download
Typing: Grass/Ghost

Stats:

HP: 78 ----> 78
Attack: 107 ----> 137(+30)
Defense: 75 ----> 75
Special Attack: 100 ----> 130(+30)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 80 (-20)
Speed: 70 ----> 130 (+60)
Movepool Additions: Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Sneak, Laser Focus
Description: A bit of an oddball sweeper that can easily go either physical or special with high offenses and Speed but mediocre defenses. Laser Focus sets are a bit of a meme, but Swords Dance/Nasty Plot sets may work well despite low bulk.

Okay, hi guys, Ive been lurking this OM for a couple of days, and this seems like a really good slate to start posting on

Mega-Decidueye
Grass/Ghost

HP:
78
Atk: 107 --> 137 (+20)
Def: 75 --> 115(+40)
Sp.Atk: 100 --> 135 (+35)
Sp.Def: 100 --> 115(+15)
Speed: 70 ---> 60(-10)

Ability: Analytic
New Move: Beak Blast

Competitive Justification: Analytic with ~135 Attacking Stats is balanced by his terrible movepool. Beak Blast is nearly guaranteed the Analytic Boost with -3 Priority. Taking his speed from 'just decent' to 'bad' helps him abuse Analytic more. Base 115 Defenses are offset somewhat by the fact that they wont be invested most of the time, and that his base HP is only average. Furthermore, Grass/Ghost gives him many weaknesses defensively which can be exploited.

Flavor Justification: Archers are known to be patient and methodological while aiming, which justifies Analytic and his slower speed. Decidueye is based on Barn Owls, which can be very agressive at times, accounting for Beak Blast.

Def: 90
Sp.Atk: 80
Sp.Def: 90 --> 110(+20)
Speed: 60 -->115(+55)

Ability: Sheer Force
New Move: Thunder Punch

Competitive Justification: While Fire/Dark is an interesting typing defensively, I feel it has more potential offensively, which is why I wanted to make Mega-Incineroar an offensive Mega Evo. I gave it Sheer Force because I feel like theres not many Physical Sheer Force users, so it would be unique. Thunder Punch with Sheer Force alliviates its issues with Bulky Waters slightly. Its balanced by the fact that it has to choose between killing itself with recoil from Flare Blitz or the (comparitively) weak Fire Punch for Fire STAB, and 115 speed isnt nearly as fast as it used to be(lol phero).

Flavor Justification: Incineroar is based on Heel Wrestlers, who are characterized by their brute force. This is obviously where Sheer Force comes from. It is also based on a tiger, which is a fast predator, justifying the extra speed and power. Thunder Punch because pretty much anything with arms usually gets Thunder Punch and I honestly dont know why it doesnt already get it.

Sp.Def: 116 -->131(+15)
Speed: 60 -->75(+15)

Ability: Illusion
New Move: Parting Shot

Competitive Justification: Primarina is the one starter I havent played with yet, so I didnt go into it with high expectations, but I honestly feel this turned out the best out of all three. Illusion with that great Water/Fairy typing is borderline broken, especially with the buffed defenses, but the average HP along with the lack of reliable recovery balance it out, atleast to me. With Parting Shot, Primarina can bluff switches with Illusion and pivot out to something that can take advantage of the situation. My main justifactions for this one are that its still pretty slow, and it got a useless +30 to attack(it doesnt have the movepool to go fully special, let alone mixed). It could potentially be broken, but in my eyes I feel it just manages to avoid that.

Flavor Justification: Primarina is based on Sirens, which use the illusion of a beautiful woman to lure fishermen to them, which is where Illusion comes from. Sirens also use their beautiful voices to attract the attention of fishermen, which is where the sound-based move Parting Shot comes from. While presumably fast in water, Sirens have traditionally been slow on land, relying on being able to lure the fishermen rather than try to catch them, which justifies the slight but insignificant boost to speed.

Well guys, with his struggle to be active, Valmanway has asked me to head this for now and I've accepted. There should be a new thread up after voting for this slate is over so that I can update the OP and such.

As cool and thematically fitting as this is, I can't really allow this submission because of the ability limit, plus it has potential to be pretty broken since it's basically a trapper that's strong, kinda fast, kinda bulky and has setup moves.

Incineroar-Mega
Ability:
Blaze/Intimidate ----> Shake Off (Shed Skin clone, fits better thematically)
Typing: Fire/Dark

Stats:

HP: 95 ----> 95
Attack: 115 ----> 100 (-15)
Defense: 90 ----> 160 (+70)
Special Attack: 80 ----> 85 (+5)
Special Defense: 90 ----> 160 (+70)
Speed: 60 ----> 30 (-30)
Base Stat Total: 530 ----> 630

Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Drain Punch, Morning Sun

While Incineroar will attempt to wear out opponent’s by punching them a LOT, Mega Inicineroar does it differently: it just stands there. It doesn’t care if it gets hit, it just heals it back up with Morning Sun and gets rid of status conditions with Shake Off. When its opponent gets tired, Mega Inicineroar takes the offensive. With Foul Play, Sucker Punch, and Drain Punch, it can use the opponents strength against them very well.
Maximum of 3 movepool additions unfortunately, gotta remove one of those move additions.

All right, sorry, though the max was four. I'll remove Drain Punch, as it is the least useful (doesn't really hit anything and already has Morning Sun for recovery). Primarina will have to miss out on Healing Wish.

Mega-Decidueye
Grass/Ghost

HP:
78
Atk: 107 --> 137 (+30)
Def: 75 --> 110 (+35)
Sp.Atk: 100 --> 130 (+30)
Sp.Def: 100 --> 125 (+25)
Speed: 70 ---> 50 (-20)

Ability: Tinted Lens
New Moves: Air Slash, Vacuum Wave, Giga Drain

Rationale: Decidueye never seemed fast to me, so I focused more on giving it attack power. Tinted Lens represents the skill and accuracy of an archer, while Air Slash is because it's an owl, and the other two moves are largely for usage reasons.

Decidueye becomes a potent wallbreaker, with powerful mixed offences, solid bulk, set up moves in Swords Dance and Nasty Plot, recovery in Roost, and a variety of useful moves. Tinted Lens allows it to hammer switch ins, as well as use it's utility moves to better effect. The new moves are there to give special move-sets valuable coverage and utility, with Air Slash coverage/flinches, Vacuum Wave priority, and Giga Drain stab draining. It's main strength is it's versatility and sheer power, and main weakness is it's low speed.

Mega Incineroar
Fire/Dark

HP: 95
Atk: 115 --> 140 (+25)
Def: 90 ---> 95 (+5)
Sp.Atk: 80 --> 115 (+25)
Sp.Def: 90 --> 115(+25)
Speed: 60 -->75(+15)

Ability: Aggressive Stance (Weak armor clone, + 2 Speed, -1 Defense on contact hit)
New Moves: Superpower, Foul Play

Rationale: It's focus on attacking rather defence focuses on it going "all out" in the battle field. Incineroar seems like the type to get angry in battle, and it's new ability reflects it's recklessness in battle. It's new moves both make sense for a heel wrestler, especially Foul Play.

Incineroar becomes a "set-up sweeper" of sorts, relying on the foe using a contact hit to bring it's speed to obscene levels. After this, Incineroar is a potent threat, with it's massive attack stat, yet weak to physical attacks. Opponents can play around this through attacking with non-contact physical attacks (Earthquake) or hitting it's stronger special stats. Moves are just situational moves that made sense flavor wise, I didn't want to put anything too OP. It also has the ability to use special attacks for some gimmicky sets. Main strength is power post speed boost, main weakness is difficulty to set up safely.

Mega Primarina
Water/Fairy

HP:
80
Atk: 74 --> 84 (+10)
Def: 74 --> 114 (+40)
Sp.Atk: 126
Sp.Def: 116 -->151 (+40)
Speed: 60 --> 70 (+10)

Rationale: Primarina always struck me as patient and relaxed, so I focused on bulk rather than speed. As a siren, Wonder Skin makes since with it's elusive nature. Heal Bell connects to the sound motif, while Roar is because it is part sea lion.

Ability: Wonder Skin
New Moves: Heal Bell, Roar

Primarina gains some massive defensive boosts, along with two new moves that make it a potent bulky pivot/wall. Not only does it have two great defensive stats and a good defencive typing, but it also has a still good 121 Special Attack stat, so it is hardly passive and can still pack a punch. Wonder Skin and Heal Bell both make this mega a counter to status users, forcing you to take it down through brute force. Roar allows you to counter setup sweepers and send potential threats out. It's main strength is it's great stats and typing, while it's main weakness is a lack of reliable recovery.

Edit: Minor stats changes

Amazing slate! Also I'd like to thank y'all for my Araquanid votes :)

724.png

Mega Decidueye
Ability:
Archer's Guard (Download clone: User increases it's Def/SpD depending on whether the opponents Atk/SpA is higher)
Typing: Grass/Ghost

HP: 78
Attack: 152 (+45)
Defense: 100 (+15)
Special Attack: 100 (0)
Special Defense: 100 (0)
Speed: 110 (+40)
New Moves: Low Kick, Will O Wisp

Description: Archer's Guard gives Decidueye some well added bulk, also forcing in a lot of switch-ins. It can also cripple Physical Attackers with WoW. With access to recovery in Roost, this Pokemon may be difficult to take down if you don't have a Pokemon with SE moves or a Mixed Attacker. Low Kick somehow helps deal with its Dark and Ice type weakness.

727.png

Mega Incineroar
Ability:
Strong Jaw
Typing: Fire/Dark

HP: 95
Attack: 165 (+50)
Defense: 120 (0)
Special Attack: 70 (-10)
Special Defense: 100 (+10)
Speed: 110 (+50)
New Moves: Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs, Sucker Punch

Description: With a buff in Attack and Speed, a handy ability in Strong Jaw and two coverage moves to help it with it's main weaknesses in Water and Fighting, Mega Incineroar is a force to be reckoned with. It can fit in Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs in one moveset, all taking use of it's new ability. It can also carry Bulk Up and Taunt for setup and support respectively.

730.png

Mega Primarina
Ability:
Unaware
Typing: Water/Fairy

HP: 80
Attack: 70 (-4)
Defense: 104 (+20)
Special Attack: 156 (+30)
Special Defense: 150 (+34)
Speed: 70 (+10)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Recover, Heal Bell

Description: One Calm Mind can make Primarina a really threatening attacker and also ensures that Special Moves don't take it down easily. It's defense of the physica side is also decent. With 156 SpA it can hit hard with it's STABs Moonblast and Hydro Pump. Unaware, combined with its special bulk helps it put a full stop to setup Special sweepers.

Stats: 78 / 137 (+30) / 105 (+30) / 90 (-10) / 140 (+40) / 80 (+10) [BST 630 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Leech Seed, Will-o-Wisp, Shadow Sneak
Description (Competitive): As the sneaky fighter, Illusion seems like a good fit for it - while it lacks the raw power that the other starters have, it makes up for it in sheer trickery and movepool variety. It has a respectable 78/105/140 bulk and a usable 137 attack that pairs well with Swords Dance. It has 2 priority moves in Sucker Punch and the new access to Shadow Sneak, while Leech Seed and Will-o-Wisp allow Decidueye to annoy the opponent behind its illusion.

Stats: 95 / 155 (+40) / 115 (+25) / 80 (+0) / 115 (+25) / 70 (+10) [BST 630 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Drain Punch, Close Combat
Description (Competitive): With decent 95/115/115 bulk and a huge 155 attack stat, Mega Incineroar can break through most walls. Defiant means that things like Lando-T can't hold it back, while switching into a Defog is a free +2 to your devastating power. It now gets Sucker Punch, allowing it to hit those that are faster than it. Drain Punch works both as recovery and as a coverage move on more bulky sets, while sets that focus on simply breaking things can just run Close Combat for powerful burst damage.

Stats: 80 / 84 (+10) / 94 (+20) / 156 (+30) / 156 (+40) / 60 (+0) [BST 630 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Wish, Heal Bell
Description (Competitive): Mega Primarina's movepool, typing, and stats allow it to be a sort of powerful attacker that can support its teammates. 156 is nothing to laugh at, while 80/94/156 bulk is exceptionally good. Natural Cure makes it hard to wear down with status, while it can support its teammates or itself with both Wish and Heal Bell. Focus Blast is a very powerful coverage move that complements both of its STABs.

New Moves: Freeze Dry, Quiver Dance
Description: As a fairy type damage taker, Primarina is decent, but with Arctic Blast, there are few Pokemon who want to eat any of its 'STAB' attacks. Add Quiver Dance because reasons, and you have a respectable powerhouse you cannot ignore under any circumstances unless you're Shedinja.

Description: Oblivion Wing is an attack befitting a ghost bird by name alone. With this ability, it can fit on most sets with its ability to abuse a hard to resist STAB combo. In fact, I'm pretty sure only a Normal/Steel or Ghost/Steel type resists Grass/Ghost/Flying. With Oblivion Wing and

Description (Mega Dex Entry): Upon Mega evolution, Incineroar drops defensive tactics and mercilessly pounces on all opponents. It will be twice as strong if hit at a weak spot.
Description(Competitive): High base attack, with decent defenses and passable speed make Mega Incineroar a great mid-game sweeper. If critted, a boosted STAB SE priority might be the best shot at takiing Mega Incineroar down.

Decidueye-Mega
Ability:
Overgrow/Long Reach ----> Archer of Legend (Tough Claws, but for moves that don’t make contact)
Typing: Grass/Ghost

Stats:

HP: 78 ----> 78
Attack: 107 ----> 140 (+33)
Defense: 75 ----> 75
Special Attack: 100 ----> 137 (+37)
Special Defense: 100 ----> 100
Speed: 70 ----> 100 (+30)
Base Stat Total: 530 ----> 630

Movepool Additions: Thousand Arrows

When Decidueye mega evolves, he gains power from the spirits of many legendary archers. This greatly increase his accuracy and the speed at which he fires, raising his Attack, Special Attack and Speed. He also learns the technique or ‘Thousand Arrows’ where he fires 1000 arrows at the same time. Since Thousand Arrows also does not make contact, it is boosted by Archer of Legend, as is Spirit Shackle.

Special Defense: 90 ----> 160 (+70)
Speed: 60 ----> 30 (-30)
Base Stat Total: 530 ----> 630

Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Morning Sun

While Incineroar will attempt to wear out opponent’s by punching them a LOT, Mega Inicineroar does it differently: it just stands there. It doesn’t care if it gets hit, it just heals it back up with Morning Sun and gets rid of status conditions with Shake Off. When its opponent gets tired, Mega Inicineroar takes the offensive. With Foul Play, Sucker Punch, and Drain Punch, it can use the opponents strength against them very well.

Movepool Additions: Wish, Heal Bell, Baton Pass

Mega Primarina focuses on helping its allies. While it doesn’t have the best bulk in the world, its Special Attack is high enough to force switched for it to use Wish. It can then Baton Pass out to grab momentum and heal an ally. Heal Bell also aids it in this more supportive role.

So for these Megas, I decided to go with a full RPG theme, somewhat similar to the Gen 6 starters and honestly what these starters had as well. Incineroar is the Tank that soaks a lot of damage, while being healed by the Healer, Primarina. Decidueye is in the back really far, doing a lot of damage as the Archer.

Movepool Additions: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain
Description: Mega Decidueye becomes a very powerful mixed sweeper after Mega Evolving, 147/123/115 offenses are pretty solid, and the fact that Decidueye can trap passive Pokémon with Spirit Shackle and set-up on them is even better for Decidueye, also, the bird can set-up Sword Dances, Nasty Plots and even Work-Ups. And due to Long Reach it takes no passive damage from attacking which is always nice for such a Pokémon.

Movepool Additions: Close Combat, Sucker Punch, Pursuit
Description: Mega Incineroar hits insanely hard after Mega-Evolving due to its titanic Attack stat coupled with the tough claws boost. The Wrestler is now a very potent wallbreaker with above average bulk, even without Intimidate. Also Incineroar got a little bit speedier in the process, allowing to outspeed Pokémon like Landorus-T and uninvested base 100s with little investment. Close Combat is very valuable coverage. U-Turn is also always nice to have I guess.

Description: Mega Primarina still hits almost as hard as a regular LO Primarina would, but it has Oceanic Soprano boosted-Hyper Voices which, unlike Hydro Pump can't miss. Its new 80/106/132 bulk allows it to take hits way better, and a small speed improvent helps Primarina as well. I agree that Specs Primarina can dish out more damage, but mega evolving is safer because it allows you to switch moves and take more hits ;)

Def: 90
Sp.Atk: 80
Sp.Def: 90 --> 110(+20)

Speed: 60 -->75(+15)

Def: 74 --> 114 (+40)
Sp.Atk: 126
Sp.Def: 116 -->151 (+40)
Speed: 60 --> 70 (+10)

It can fit in Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs in one moveset, all taking use of it's new ability. It can also carry Bulk Up and Taunt for setup and support respectively.

With 156 SpA it can hit hard with it's STABs Moonblast and Hydro Pump. Unaware, combined with its special bulk helps it put a full stop to setup Special sweepers.

It has a respectable 78/105/140 bulk and a usable 137 attack that pairs well with Swords Dance. Speed: 90 (+30)

Speed: 100 (+30)
New Moves: Oblivion Wing, Beak Blast
Description: Oblivion Wing is an attack befitting a ghost bird by name alone. With this ability, it can fit on most sets with its ability to abuse a hard to resist STAB combo. In fact, I'm pretty sure only a Normal/Steel or Ghost/Steel type resists Grass/Ghost/Flying. With Oblivion Wing and

Mega Incineroar

Mega-Incineroar (JOHN CENAROAR!!)
Ability: Strong Comeback (Anger Point clone.. Angr Point if not possible)
Typing: Dark/Fire
Stats: 95 / 165 (+50) / 105 (+15) / 60
(-20) / 105 (+15) / 100 (+40) [BST 630
(+100) ]
Description (Mega Dex Entry): Upon Mega evolution, Incineroar drops defensive tactics and mercilessly pounces on all opponents. It will be twice as strong if hit at a weak spot.
Description(Competitive): High base attack, with decent defenses and passable speed make Mega Incineroar a great mid-game sweeper. If critted, a boosted STAB SE priority might be the best shot at takiing Mega Incineroar down.

Blank Slate2356 next time you might want to put all three submissions into one post; it's easier to quote, plus it's kinda discouraged to double/triple post on forums without a specific need.
