if it is already hyper trained no, unless you have the possibility to look at its stats with a software like PKHeX or a plugin like PCalc... or you could breed it and try to see what IVs are passed... but it's extremely tedious and reaaaally long XD

Hyper Trained stats will say "Hyper Trained!" under them when viewed with the IV Judge feature in the PC, so you can at least pin down which stats were naturally flawless.

If you're looking for precise IVs before HT, then, as noted before, external software is necessary (and since it's a Mythical, the breeding method is not an option). I'd be happy to do that for you (it'd take ~5-10 minutes).
