what pokemon do i have to breed with to get wish on blissey
Well, Dusknoir doesn't really have trouble with Heracross unless it has Night Slash, which is common on Heracross. Heres the best I can come up with:
Dusknoir @ Leftovers/Life Orb
252 Atk/252 Hp/6 Def
Adamant Nature
Fire Punch
Shadow Sneak
Will-O-Wisp/Sleep Talk
Rest/Pain Split
Basic. If you go with Sleep Talk and Rest, use Life Orb, if your using Will-O-Wisp and Pain Split, use Leftovers. Fire Punch gets rid of Heracrosses, and if it happens to survive, Shadow Sneak it the next turn. Will-O-Wisp can halve the attack of Common Dark Sweepers, such as Tyranitars.
I have another question, would Rapid Spin get rid of Stealth Rock also? [I know, newb question]

this moveset works great on skarmbliss and tanks
It's an event Pokemon. You can't breed it on. It's just like ExtremeSpeed Zigzagoon, except rarer.

I'm pretty sure it only works like that for Hydration. Notice the slight differences in the ability descriptions. Leaf Guard is like a Safeguard in sun, while Hydration is like constantly using Refresh in rain.

What do you think of slaking for battle tower, and could u post a moveset?
I think that a choice banded adamant slaking can OHKO all non tank pokes in the battle, tower and probable he can even OHKO some tanks, like slowbro or gliscor (i havent done calculations).
This its the moveset i was thinking.

Last day i watched a Persian that had assist, and for some reason assist used whirlwinded and roar, this raped my team, because there was stealth rock, can someone explain me the effect of assist? he told me that assist make roar and whirwlind faster and thus could attack first, and i think it was scarfed, because he outruned my scarfed mence, i think assist chose a move at random from your team, but how could he consistently use the moves?
The only way he could only use Roar and Whirlwind is if all the other Pokemon he had knew only those moves.
Assist chooses a random move from a team mate that is not fainted. It is possible that he/she had only the moves Roar/Whirlwind left on his/her remaining Pokemon.
