Duskfall trying to clear Clarinet is a good look for him, especially so early. Not necessarily a good move but potentially locking oneself into such a read so early isn’t really a scum move.

Disagree that bluedoom was “searching for a real reason” to justify his rvs vote; he explicitly called it random when calling for a Jordan wagon. Is there something else regarding this I’m missing Texas Cloverleaf?

bluedoom what type of response(s) were you expecting from Dusk re: Your Jordan vote and Clarinet? I think both the hedging on the Clarinet read and not following up after you said your vote was random would be natural things to do.

Not usually but me and texas are the only two regulars playing this game, so I am not sure how much site meta applies. There are more SF regulars than smogon in this game lol.

I have played 2 discord noc games with smogon account recently and I have to say that his methods are unorthodox at best. He is very hard to read imo because he is one of those players who just act scummy every game.

While I don't exactly have a glowing town read of dusk atm I don't particularly think his wagon is fruitful

lynching toni might be our best bet tbh, lurker lynches are generally pretty bad but with toni he's a serial lurker and he basically has to be lynched at some point, if the last couple games are anything to go off of we really don't want to be relying on his vote as we get closer to lylo

Imma have to throw a town lean on Texas/marth for being like the only people to actually back themselves up and attempting to actually solve the game. I don't think scum tries to progress the game as marth did there, even if it's kind of a bad read it feels like he's trying his best to scum hunt from nothing.

1. The very premise that Marth's wagon is building quickly is erroneous.

2. Something like 7 votes were made on other people, and reasonings were very much given (Texas, Toni sheep)

3. "Let's go ride or die" is no way a read nor reasoning, it's literally as RVS as everything else there.


This whole post feels like it was made with intentions other than solving because I don't think anyone who's "solving game" works off a false premise with questionable logic.

Bomb moss has only interacted with people to scumread them so far tbh and j don't really like it. He hasn't asked any questions or tried to gamesolve/townread anyone. Feels like it could be wolf trying to keep his options open/not commit to a townread for ease of mislynch.

The only person outsider of me/smogon account (his scumreads) he has referenced is Texas in a post where he basically sucks his dick for free brownie points?

it's meant to be interpreted this way:
"What makes p1's town read 'a good look', and mine "TMI on bluedoom'?"
it's scummy because it shows they aren't actually reading certain things as alignment indicative and rather starting from a position and cherrypicking to suit their reads
it's not legitimate scumhunting and my wolf read on them is because of the logic gap and not the "y u no townread me"

gonna have to ask you why dusk is different from smogon account wrt townreads. their play was similar except dusk tried to clear people based off of mechanics and faulty reasoning.

the hedging on the clarinet read looks bad because a wolf can easily back off from a derp clear because well,derp clears are faulty. Wolves want to just appear proactive and solvey so its kinda off to try to derp clear someone over something trivial and then just not be as decisive a few posts later. wrt him not following up on his questions well I assumed that he was reaching to some conclusions but his line of questioning never went anywhere which looks sketchy if you're town trying to solve the game
