If a slower pokemon uses Sleep Talk and selects a move with a positive priority modifier (like Quick Attack, Ice Shard, Mach Punch etc), will the slower one go first because of the priority move, or will it go second because Sleep Talk has no priority modifier?

I'm training a bulky dancer Lucario as per the analysis but I want to change the EV spread. Max attack, 24 speed EVs.
This leaves me with 234 EVs that I can use. I want to focus solely on physical defence, and X-Act's defence applet says put them all in defence, none in health.
Is this what people here would do?

uhhh...on MetalKid's damage calculations...Can I not choose my nature?
You just choose positive/neutral/negative in terms of your attack. You don't need the specific nature, because you're just running atk vs def.

No, attack stage 6 would be if you'd gotten a +6 boost. The "nature" boost is listed under "Personality" on metalkid's calc.

Looking for a good Sub/Calm Mind Mismagius counter that doesn't take too much damage from Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, or HP Fighting. Can anyone help me? Please?
Well, it's a counter, but Shadow Sneak does little damage, and Taunt/Sucker Punch doesn't appeal to me with Sucker Punch's laughable 8 PP.
Can Jolly Bulky-Gyrados work? Just wondering.
But it has plenty of Attack, so wouldn't outspeeding stuff be more of an issue?
Then just use standard startertomb.
