:ss/frosmoth:
Name of the Pokemon: Frosmoth

Type: Ice / Bug
Abilities: Ice Scales | Snow Warning
Stat Distribution: 100/90/93/125/95/107 (610 BST)
Movepool Additions: Roost, Earth Power
Justification: Frosmoth is a versatile Pokemon, being an Aurora Veil/Hail setter, a potent Wallbreaker or a Hazards Remover depending on the ability chosen. However, Frosmoth really needs boots to actually function, and leaves it either unable to set 8-turn Aurora Veils or taking heavy damage from rocks.

Movepool Additions: Gear Grind, Bonemerang, Sunsteel Strike, U-Turn, Power Gem, Spikes, Rapid Spin
Movepool Removals: Magma Storm
Justification: Heatran is a versatile Pokemon that can function as a Wallbreaker, Hazards setter, Spinner, Offensive Pivot and a Suicide Lead thanks to its access to a strong unresisted STAB combo, Spikes(leonard u told us to), Rapid Spin, U-Turn, Explosion, and great attack stats. It can also run any Choice Item/Assault Vest to meet the team's needs, or a Levitate set if the team lacks ground resistances. However, its weaknesses to common types like Fighting and Water and its not-too-great speed tier makes it a somewhat underwhelming attacker without Choice Scarf. Its defense stat is also pretty mediocre.

Name of the Pokemon: Giga Pikachu

Type:

Abilities: Static, Cheek Pouch | Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 160/55/65/50/65/80 | 475
Movepool Additions: Floatty Fall, Splishy Splash, Spikes
Movepool Removal: Extreme Speed, Wish
Custom Element: Splishy Splash is now Physical.

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Volt Tackle
- Spikes
- Floatty Fall / Volt Switch
- Splishy Splash / Volt Switch
May I ask what made you decide on these particular moves to remove? And I think Pikachu is pretty slow to operate as an offensive mon, and could use a bump up in speed (should definitely be faster than the Ground types)

:ss/toxtricity:
Name of the Pokemon: Toxtricity-Amped
Role(s): Hazard Setter, Setup Sweeper
Type: Poison/Steel
Abilities: Iron Fist / Defiant / Moxie
Stat Distribution: 90/100/120/70/100/120 (BST 600)
Movepool Additions: Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Meteor Mash, Dragon Dance, Autotomize
Movepool Removals: Shift Gear, Boomburst
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: I'm worried about this being a bit broken, but here it is: a relatively quick hazard setter with good defenses. It can also snowball fine with DD and Moxie although it can't really run coverage if it wants to set T-Spikes as well.

:sm/tangrowth:
Name of the Pokemon: Tangrowth
Role(s): Hazard Control, Physical Wall, Bulk Up User
Type: Grass/Fighting
Abilities: Regenerator / Tangling Hair / Sheer Force
Stat Distribution: 140/125/100/75/85/60 (BST 585)
Movepool Additions: Rapid Spin, Trop Kick, Superpower, Drain Punch, Bulk Up
Movepool Removals: Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Toxic
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: It's back again, and about time too, the first member of the resub crew. Tangrowth has strengths in many areas: It's a capable spinner that beats all current rock setters, and a pretty scary STAB attacker with Bulk Up, Knock Off, and some great types to have access to right now, or it can run Sheer Force and Trop Kick for an approach somewhat less reliant on using your brain. It finds new counters since its last submission in Vivillon's forms and to a lesser extent Aerodactyl.

:sm/samurott:
I read the writing on the wall
Name of the Pokemon: Samurott
Role(s): Priority, Defensive Pivot, Setup Sweeper
Type: Water/Steel
Abilities: Battle Armor / Steadfast / Honor Code
Stat Distribution: 95/115/100/115/90/105 (BST 620)
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Vacuum Wave, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Close Combat, Breaking Swipe, Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: Honor Code: Steelworker clone, grants STAB to Fighting-type moves.
Justification: Samurott has a nice defensive type, some cool priority, solid STABs, Swords Dance, and coverage for days. It rounds out any team without being terribly centralizing, and does well against core threats like Togekiss.
Toxtricity is simply too weak of a mon. 100 Base Attack won't get you much of anything in this metagame, and is hardwalled by near every physically defensive threat. It is way too passive, so I suggest sorting that out.

In the past, Tangrowth was seen as a very desirable mon with many key traits that would help it out in the metagame. But at this point, all of these positive attributes can just be seen as negatives. Since the initial submission, almost every addition to the tier are pokemon that are a pain in Tangrowth's butt. Dunsparce, the Shaymins, at least one of the Unowns, Salamence, Vivillion and Centiskorch all give it a hard time and can switch in for free. Not to mention it now directly competes with Shaymin as a Regenerator Grass type hazard remover. If you plan on keeping Tangrowth, I at least suggest not removing its status moves, as that makes it's matchup versus the aforementioned threats and the metagame in general worse for no reason.

My only problem with Samurott is it doesnt seem gluey enough ig. give it access to some more utility options like hazards, hazard removal, Stallbreaking potential or whatever.

:sm/tyranitar-mega:
Name of the Pokemon: Tyranitar-Mega
Roles: Hazard Setter, Physical Wallbreaker
Type:
/

Abilities: Battle Armor / Rough Skin / Technician
Stats: 90 / 155 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 110 (620 BST)
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Close Combat, Storm Throw
Movepool Removals: Dragon Dance
Justification: Tyranitar has a fantastic offensive typing that is able to defeat many pokemon, such as Salamence, Weavile, Walrein, and Victreebel, amd the high power of its moves guarantees it will be able to set up spikes easily. Thanks to its boatloads of coverage, it can easily mix and match its set to take care of any specific threat (e.g. Aerial Ace for the Unowns, Shaymins and Centiskorch, Bulldoze for Stonjourner, Weezing-Galar, Orbeetle and Dhelmise, and Rock Tomb for Flying-types). However, this also gives it severe 4MSS, as it cannot fit all of these moves at once, meaning it will always lose to a specific threat. It also has a much-needed counter in Zacian, as well as Dunsparce and Galarian Weezing.

Name of the Pokemon: Silvally (Memories will not change it into its other forms)
Roles: Team Glue, Hazard Setter, Hazard Control, Set-up Sweeper, Set-up Stopper, Offensive Pivot, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Ability: Protean
Stats: 100 / 101 / 100 / 101 / 100 / 101 (603 BST)
Movepool Additions:
Recover, Aura Sphere, Baneful Bunker, Blaze Kick, Body Press, Brick Break, Close Combat, Dark Pulse, Dragon Darts, Earth Power, Earthquake, Energy Ball, Extreme Speed, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Focus Blast, Foul Play, Future Sight, Giga Drain, Gunk Shot, Healing Wish, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Liquidation, Megahorn, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Plasma Fists, Play Rough, Power Gem, Rapid Spin, Seed Bomb, Sludge Bomb, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Throat Chop, Topsy-Turvy, Toxic Spikes, Vacuum Wave, Volt Switch, Wood Hammer
Justification: Oh man, where do I start with this? How about the fact that it can be every type, with a movepool almost as wide as Mew's and Arceus's? Thanks to these aformentioned reasons, Silvally can accomplish anything, whether it be a hazard setter, hazard remover, set-up sweeper, set-up check, pivot, wall, revenge killer, etc. This in turn allows a team member to possibly free up another moveslot for something else, for instance, Stonjourner can now run Swords Dance, Dunsparce can now have space for Wish and Heal Bell, and Seismitoad can use its Flare Boost set more easily. This makes it a perfect spot on any team. Downsides include relatively average stats even with Protean and extreme 4MSS.
I mentioned this in discord, so I will summarize it here - Offensive hazard setters, especially if they plan on operating like Ash-Gren did, need to have positive matchups with the tier's hazard removal, and have its checks hate being worn by Spikes. I think Steel/Dragon achieves this better than Fighting Dragon. anaconja has a similar issue but I think he can bypasss this with its high speed and access to means to dissuade removal, like Competitive or Defiant.

Silvally is broken. Too many options, no form of defensive counterplay, and very little offensive counterplay either. The idea of an offensive Protean glue mon is interesting, but if you can hit any almost possible type combination in the meta supereffectively, you can't build to check this. i heavily implore you to remove set up and a vast majority of the attacking additions here. Even a limited type range has the potential to push a Pokemon over the edge (see Greninja in Gen 6) and silvally here has ALL of the range. Dude is already top tier with SD Espeed.

Stat Distribution: 88/97/152/64/85/74 {BST: 560}
Movepool Additions: Stealth Rock/Knock Off/Endure
Movepool Removals: Wood Hammer/Hammer Arm
Justification: It's just basically a more faster Ferrothorn, minus the ability to use Power Whip and Thunder Wave, it still is able to use Spiky Shield which is nice.
I suggest giving it back Wood hammer as to not make it be overly passive. But otherwise good job.
:ss/frosmoth:

Stat Distribution: 100/90/93/125/105/107 (620 BST)
Movepool Additions: Roost, Earth Power
Custom Elements: Mountaineer, this Pokemon is immune to Rock-type moves and Stealth Rock.
Justification: Frosmoth is a versatile Pokemon, being an Aurora Veil/Hail setter, a potent Wallbreaker or a pivot depending on the ability chosen. However, a non-Mountaineer set really needs boots, and somewhat hinders its ability to set 8-turn Aurora Veils or Wallbreak with Tinted Lens.

Since mountaineer is apparently banned (I still think that its factually dumb), just make up a brand new ability in its stead, because apparently that is OK.

Maybe tune down the speed on it, otherwise this is a pretty great sub, and i just wanted to make sure it isn't too good if you get my drift.

Why sack the moves you did? I think they further help to establish this mon as a glue option. I suggest swapping Its def and spd, as the ability to switch in more regularly into Hurricanes and Moonblasts are appreciated.

I dont see how Samurott achieves the status as glue mon by any stretch of the word. its just another generic wallbreaker that is either near broken or near bad based on what ability you choose. maybe its the typing.

Glaceon i think is too fast or strong for what it is trying to achieve. if you want it to be a great AVeil setter, i suggest going in one or the other direction. fast and strong together is just a recipe for trouble.

If i didn't comment on a sub that is because i most likely think they ae ok for the most part. feel free to challenge or ask me questions on my comments, as those help shape new insights (and comment on mine too).

Slap this thing on any team. Losing to much of the metagame? slap this Rock/Ground type and BAM! Resists half of the meta with typing alone. Need to set some hazards without naturally losing momentum? BAM, slap a Stone Edge/Explosion/Stealth Rock/Earthquake set in and watch it as it takes its own life to watch the other burn. Absolutely hate these horrifying messes we call Torkoal and Centiskorch? slap some Rhyperior on that baby and watch as Fire is 6x resisted with thick fat. hate how Runerigus "avoids" ground type moves, and how Dubwool just keeps being too damn thicc? Break the Mold as Rhyperior just plows them down. Coming to Clean Slates near you.

Ahhhhh Shit. Here comes Smeargle.
This time around, things are different. Sure, Sketch is still one hell of a niche, but now, Smeargle relies less on having 4 moves Sketched and now can only have 1. Smeargle still is able to fill any role a team needs to fill, such as an Eviolite wall with Recovery, or a set-up sweeper with one of it's STABs with some coverage. Smeargle also gets some interesting item play, meaning it can use move combinations like V-Create with Eject Pack and Choice Item + Trick or some shenanigans like that.

Pokemon: Nidoking
Roles: Hazards, Special Wallbreaker, Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Poison Point / Sheer Force | Magic Guard
Stats: 101 / 122 / 97 / 105 / 95 / 105 (625 BST)
Movepool Additions: Spikes
Justification: Poison/Ground is a pretty cool typing for an offensive Pokemon in this meta, coming in on pokemon like Runerigus, Zacian, Dunsparce, Orbeetle, and Shaymin. Once it's in, it can break down teams with either Special Sheer Force sets, which has coverage for virtually anything outside of Cursola, or physical Magic Guard sets which are less powerful with inferior coverage but boast longer staying power. And with all this threat it's exerting, it can instead set Spikes on the expected switch-ins, none of which are popular removers outside of Aerodactyl, which still fears Ice Beam. Held back by a middling speed tier+subpar bulk and a reliance on coverage to truly break cores.

Pokemon: Vanilluxe
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Aurora Veil
Type:

Abilities:
Ice Body / Mirror Armor | Snow Warning
Stats: 81 / 105 / 95 / 130 / 105 / 99 (615 BST)
Justification: A midspeed midbulk Blizzard spammer/veil setter. Has no way around Dhelmise, so that's a pretty soild way to stop Veil, and outside of that there's also options like using anything faster that can hit it hard, which is a lot. As a Choice Specs attacker, it has Blizzard/Freeze Dry/Flash Cannon as relevant coverage, and it's not hard to see what walls that. As a lead it has some cool options in Taunt and Explosion, but it's still not that fast. Start running your Jolly Centiskorches everyone

:ss/polteageist:
Pokemon: Polteageist
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Stallbreaker, Special Wallbreaker, Hazards
Type:

Abilities:
Frisk / Forewarn | Anticipation
Stats: 80 / 65 / 95 / 144 / 124 / 112 (620 BST)
Movepool Additions: Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Taunt, Toxic Spikes, Calm Mind
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash (you wish), Nasty Plot
Justification: You want to know what's incredibly frustrating for offense to face? No, not Togekiss, although that is OP. I'm talking Orbeetle. While it's mostly harmless against bulkier teams, it can harass faster teams to hell and back, spreading paralysis, catching momentum with U-Turn, or just chunking with Body Press. I designed this Polteageist as an offensive glue option that can combat it and generally absorb all the paralysis that offense loves to throw out. I originally thought Runerigus mostly fulfilled this role for offense (and it does), but the shoddy Orbeetle MU makes this a more appealing option for fast offense. Outside of that it's a decently fast offensive option that can pivot, nail grounds with grass coverage, harass physical attackers with Sap/Wisp, Taunt down walls, set TSpikes (free Spikes scoli), so on and so forth. And some fun scouting abilities that are otherwise harmless.
TLDR: Offensive Orbeetle punish with large set flexibility. Offensive glue.

Hold up... Nidoking doesn't learn Spikes... do you mean Spikes or Toxic Spikes. Everything else looks fine about this sub, just wanted to bring up this minor nitpick.

-Poison/Ice is an interesting unique typing

-Can run either Physical or Special Sets: Special has 100% Acc Blizzard while Physical can run Ice Shard
-Sturdy is a great secondary ability when it is not used for Veil
-Focus Blast/Cross Chop is useful for Walrein

Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Icicle Crash, Liquidation, Recover, Bulk Up, Freeze Dry
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-Jack of all Trade stats allow this pokemon to perform many different roles effectively
-Can run physical or special CroCune sets with the addition of Bulk Up
-Water/Ice is only resisted by Walrein
-Parting Shot is a unique pivoting move with the ability to weaken the opponent, as well as stopping Magic Bounce Necrozma from setting up
-Physical sets have the option to run Extreme Speed to revenge kill weakened pokemon
-Mythical Presence allows for Suicune to better tank hits from Runerigus and Aerodactyl
-Struggles with Cherrim
-Can be a little passive without investment or boosting

gluemon #2

Name of Pokemon: Corviknight
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Stallbreaker, Hazards, Hazard Control, Priority, Set Up Sweeper
Type: Steel/Flying
Abilities: Pressure / Gale Wings
Stat Distribution: 89/93/102/90/111/105 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Oblivion Wing, Hurricane, Earthquake, Earth Power, Stealth Rock
Movepool Removals: Body Press
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-Slightly different version from the one I submitted a couple slates ago (most notable changes being the addition of Steel type, Gale Wings over Triage, addition of set up moves and Stealth Rock)
-Can run a pivot set similar to the one in standard, now with Stealth Rock
-Can also run an offensive Gale Wings set with Nasty Plot + Oblivion Wing
-Cherrim and Torkoal food
-Gale Wings sets require Hazard Control support to be as effective as possible, running Heavy Duty Boots sacrifices a lot of power
-Kind of passive before setting up

edit 1: gave Roserade Fighting type coverage

May I ask what made you decide on these particular moves to remove? And I think Pikachu is pretty slow to operate as an offensive mon, and could use a bump up in speed (should definitely be faster than the Ground types)
Pikachu has now 105 base Speed, effectively outspeeding Gumshoos and Seismitoad. I removed Wish because 160 base HP + Regenerator + Wish is very annoying to beat and imo broken. I added back E-Speed, I don't remember why I removed it in the first place.

sub review because I'm bored again. I might not get to you by the time you see this, if that happens assume I think your subs are all fine
:sm/lapras:
Name of the Pokemon: Lapras
Role(s): Aurora Veil Setter, Hail Setter, Mixed Wall
Type: Water / Ice
Abilities: Water Absorb / Magic Guard / Snow Warning
Stat Distribution: 125/65/65/125/95/125 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Purify, Aurora Veil, Scald
Justification: Lapras is a very specially bulky wall that can set Aurora Veil well. However, it is pretty passive, is weak on the physical side, and has a fairly disadvantageous defensive typing.

:sm/greninja:
Name of the Pokemon: Greninja
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Priority User, Hazard Setter (Spikes, Toxic Spikes)
Type: Ghost / Fighting
Abilities: Justified
Stat Distribution: 82/115/82/115/82/124 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Shadow Claw, Shadow Ball, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave
Justification: Greninja is an effective offensive pivot due to its incredible offensive typing and access to U-Turn, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes. However, its low attacking stats allows it to be checked by Gligar, Zacian, Dunsparce, and Snorlax.

:sm/skarmory:
Name of the Pokemon: Skarmory
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Removal, Hazard Setter (Spikes), Physical Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Steel / Flying
Abilities: Sturdy / Pressure / Sand Rush
Stat Distribution: 85/130/80/70/120/115 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, U-Turn, Close Combat
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock
Justification: Skarmory is very versatile, able to use a Sand Rush sweeping set, stallbreaking set with Taunt, offensive pivot with Choice Scarf, and defensive pivot with Defog. However, its physical defenses are really lacking, and its offensive typing isn't that great.

:sm/naganadel:
Name of the Pokemon: Naganadel
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Toxic Spikes), Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Poison / Ground
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Beast Boost
Stat Distribution: 103/79/103/139/103/103 (630 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Toxic Spikes, Earth Power, Whirlwind
Movepool Removals: All Dragon-type moves
Justification: ub adhesive the gluemon haha
Naganadel is a powerful special wallbreaker that can opt for Choice Scarf, Choice Specs, or Nasty Plot. It can also use a more utilitarian set with 3 attacks + Recover, a stallbreaking set with Substitute, or even a defensive set with Toxic/Toxic Spikes + Whirlwind. Its speed is pretty low relative to other attackers, however.
Greninja: I'm not super keen on the fact that it dies horribly to our strongest hazard remover rn (also probably weezing but i didn't run the calcs)
4 Atk Dunsparce Play Rough vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Greninja: 246-290 (86.3 - 101.7%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Greninja Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Dunsparce: 74-87 (21.7 - 25.5%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

Also Gligar doesn't really check it, just walls it, but that's more of a nitpick
Skarmory: This is like OU Excadrill but it doesn't have to set up and isn't weak to Ground (the Electric weakness is pretty trivial, you'll probably have a Ground-type on a sand team). It's the same type of thing as Demon Dragon's Crawdaunt last slate; maybe nerf Attack and give it SD or something so it's forced to boost if running those sets. Also maybe remove Defog because the defensive pivot potential is already pretty crazy. Other than that, nice sub.

I fucking hate you leonard (from big bang theory), I was going to submit a Darkrai for this slate but I can't now.
:ss/sandslash-alola:
Name of the Pokemon: Sandslash-Alola
Role(s): Hail Setter, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Physical Wallbreaker, Hazard Removal
Type: Ice/Steel
Abilities: Snow Warning / Slush Rush
Stat Distribution: 90/145/120/55/80/110 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Spikes
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance
Custom Elements: What the fuck is this
Justification: Aight, this metagame has no offensive Spikes setter or Hail setter, so I figured this could be appropriate. Anyways, Sandslash is meant to do one thing - set Hail, get Spikes or Stealth Rock up, and then beat the shit out of some poor Ground-types. And it does this quite effectively. In spite of this, its defensive typing lets it down; while offering nifty resistances against the likes of Togekiss, it also leaves it with devastating weaknesses against the tier's Fighting- and Fire-types (including Zacian).
Offensive Utility:
Sandslash-Alola @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Spikes / Stealth Rock / Rapid Spin
- Icicle Crash
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
Sandslash: Multi-track drifting!

:ss/jirachi:
Name of the Pokemon: Jirachi
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Offensive Pivot, Choice Scarf, Special Wallbreaker, Hazard Control
Type: Steel / Fighting
Abilities: Justified / Natural Cure | Mold Breaker
Stats: 110 HP / 70 Atk / 105 Def / 130 SpA / 105 SpD / 110 Spe [630 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Defog
Justification: Jirachi has the bulk, speed and power to perform numerous tasks for the metagame, whether it be a Cleric, Pivot, sweeper or revengekiller. Natural Cure allows it to handle the status spam that has been plaguing the tier (doesn't beat centi unfort). It can defog away hazards, or be a solid SR setter of its own with Mold Breaker. Doom Desire is a move untilized by Jirachi and can be used to swiftly gain momentum. it does have many issues though. It is beaten handily by threats like Centiskorch, Cherrim and depending on the set, can be checked by a wider variety of potent metagame threats.

:sm/eelektross:
Name of the Pokemon: Eelektross
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Mixed Wallbreaker, Physical Wallbreaker, Pivot
Type: Poison / Electric
Abilities: Liquid Ooze / Soundproof | Static
Stats: 110 HP / 130 Atk / 80 Def / 135 SpA / 87 SpD / 88 Spe [630 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Toxic Spikes, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Strength Sap, Taunt, Zing Zap, Calm Mind
Justification: Eelektross has a criminally underrated typing in the current metagame right now, being immune to both paralysis and poison and being able to absorb Toxic Spikes is a big deal for offense. Offensive teams also love a tspikes setter who isn't blown back by the multitude of Flying types in the tier as well. its list of abilities can be chosen to annoy whatever it needs.

:sm/beedrill-mega:
Name of the Pokemon: Beedrill-Mega
Role(s): Hazards, Physical Wallbreaker, Pivot
Type: Poison / Steel
Abilities Poison Point / Defiant | Sniper
Stats: 100 HP / 128 Atk / 65 Def / 75 SpA / 105 SpD / 117 Spe [590 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Toxic Spikes, Gunk Shot, Spikes, Iron Head, Acid Injection*
Acid Injection - Physical Poison type Freeze Dry clone for Steel types. 10% chance to poison.
Justification: Mega Beedrill is a Hazard setter. It can set both TSpikes and Spikes, and dissuades Defog thanks to Defiant.

:sm/jynx:
Name of the Pokemon: Jynx
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Hail Setter, Aurora Veil
Type: Ice / Psychic
Abilities: Dry Skin / Snow Warning | Mythical Presense
Stats: 85 HP / 50 Atk / 80 Def / 110 SpA / 145 SpD / 90 Spe [560 BST]
Movepool Distribution: N/A
Jirachi: I feel like it would run Mold Breaker in the majority of situations.
Eelektross: While not being super broken, Eelektross is interesting to me because it can do basically whatever without fear of Togekiss, which is HUGE. Also absolutely do not discount Calm Mind+Strength Sap+Toxic+Sludge Bomb stall nonsense.
Jynx: Solid concept, but... c'mon, man. It's Jynx.

Name of the Pokemon: Duraludon ( Resub )
Role(s): Hazard Setter, Defensive Pivot, Trick Room Abuser
Type:

Abilities: Berserk / Mirror Armor | Bulletproof (HA)
Stat Distribution: 114 / 127 / 98 / 131 / 123 / 32 | 615 BST
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Curse, Doom Desire, Earth Power, Earthquake
Justification:
- Access to Stealth Rock and Spikes
- Dragon Tail + Doom Desire + Spikes is all kinds of synergy
- low speed + Gyro Ball + Curse gives it potential as a bulky sweeper, especially with good SpD
- lacks recovery outside of Rest

:ss/mr. rime:
Name of the Pokemon: Mr. Rime
Role(s): Hail Setter, Trick Room setter, Setup Sweeper, Hazard Removal
Type:

Abilities: Snow Warning | Pastel Veil (HA)
Stat Distribution: 100 / 87 / 135 / 135 / 114 / 23 | 595 BST
Movepool Additions: Teleport, Body Press
Justification: WIP

:sm/rapidash:
Name of the Pokemon: Rapidash
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Wall Breaker, Priority
Type:

Abilities: Mold Breaker / Rattled | Sand Rush (HA)
Stat Distribution: 102 / 130 / 93 / 102 / 85 / 113 | 625 BST
Movepool Additions: Extreme Speed, U-turn, Stealth Rock
Movepool Removals: Play Rough,
Justification:
- Breaks a lot of annoying walls and pivots like Snorlax, Shaymin, Orbeetle, Walrein, and Weezing
- Provides a fair amount of utility in Burn / Thunder Wave immunity, priority, pivoting, and Mold Breaker Stealth Rock
- Decent Speed tier above most bulky threats

:sm/jolteon:
Name of the Pokemon: Jolteon
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Hazards, Setup Sweeper
Type:

Abilities: Iron Barbs / Steely Spirit | Galvanize (HA)
Stat Distribution: 90 / 80 / 110 / 110 / 100 / 125 | 625 BST
Movepool Additions: Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Spikes, Calm Mind
Movepool Removals:
Justification: WIP
Duraludon: 32 Speed. Might as well just get rid of Curse and give it Bulk Up. Also loses to two popular hazard removers, Scrafty and Dunsparce, but I'm not gonna advise buffing Defense because it... still has Curse.
Rapidash: Seems we're all foreseeing the inevitable sand slate, huh? A reliable Shaymin check is nice, otherwise I don't have much to say about this one

:sm/tyranitar-mega:
Name of the Pokemon: Tyranitar-Mega
Roles: Hazard Setter, Physical Wallbreaker
Type:
/

Abilities: Battle Armor / Rough Skin / Technician
Stats: 90 / 155 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 110 (620 BST)
Movepool Additions: Spikes, Dragon Darts, Bullet Punch, Gear Grind
Movepool Removals: Dragon Dance
Justification: Tyranitar's useful typing allows it to defeat almost all of our hazard removers, such as Weezing-Galar, Gligar, Salamence and Dunsparce and the high power of its moves after Technician plus its typing giving it a ton of resistances guarantees it will be able to set up spikes easily. Thanks to its boatloads of coverage, it can easily mix and match its set to take care of any specific threat (e.g. Aerial Ace for the Unowns, Shaymins, and Scrafty, Bulldoze for Orbeetle and Dhelmise, and Rock Tomb for Flying-types). However, this also gives it severe 4MSS, as it cannot fit all of these moves at once, meaning it will always lose to a specific threat. It also has a much-needed check in Zacian, as well as Seismitoad, Scrafty and Galarian Weezing. Lastly, despite its great typing, its bulk is average at best, meaning it can lose to threats it would otherwise check easily, such as Victreebel, Necrozma, and Centiskorch.
:sm/froslass:
Name of the Pokemon: Froslass
Roles: Hail Setter, Aurora Veil, Suicide Lead
Type:
/

Abilities: Cursed Body / Snow Warning
Stats: 84 / 70 / 78 / 105 / 95 / 148 (580 BST)
Movepool Additions: Aurora Veil, Freeze-Dry, Teleport
Movepool Removal: Spikes
Justification: Froslass's blazing speed makes it the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, being 8 Speed points higher than Unown-S. From there, it can proceed to quickly set up Aurora Veil for the multitude of sweepers in the metagame, then quickly switch out. Its Special Attack, while definitely not great by any means, allows it to deal some damage to the Ground, Grass, and Dragon types in the meta, in particular dissuading pokemon like Salamence, Victreebel, Skymin and Seismitoad from coming in. Unfortunately, its typing leaves it weak to hazards, but if it runs Heavy Duty Boots to counteract this, then the rest of the team may miss out on valuable Aurora Veil turns. Being the fastest pokemon is also a curse, as another weather setter can easily switch in and override its hail, making it useless.

Movepool Additions: Blaze Kick, Brick Break, Earthquake, Energy Ball, Seed Bomb, Sludge Bomb, Spikes
Justification: Oh man, where do I start with this? How about the fact that it can be almost every type, with a pretty deep move pool? Thanks to these aformentioned reasons, Silvally can accomplish anything, whether it be a hazard setter, hazard remover, set-up sweeper, set-up check, pivot, wall, revenge killer, etc. This in turn allows a team member to possibly free up another moveslot for something else, for instance, Stonjourner can now run Swords Dance, Dunsparce can now have space for Wish and Heal Bell, and Seismitoad can use its Flare Boost set more easily. This makes it a perfect spot on any team. Downsides include relatively average stats even with Protean, and extreme 4MSS.

Name of the Pokemon: Klinklang
Roles: Team Glue, Set-up Sweeper, Offensive Pivot, Hazard Setter
Type:
/

Abilities: Clear Body / Steam Engine / Levitate
Stats: 90 / 120 / 115 / 115 / 95 / 95 (630 BST)
Movepool Additions: Spark, Zing Zap, Volt Tackle, Overdrive, Spikes, Nasty Plot, Power Gem, Earthquake, Superpower, Focus Blast
Justification: Hey look, a Steel-type that can attack from both sides and being able to set hazards as well! Klinklang has a great type combination that easily takes care of many Steel-type checks, like Walrein, Orbeetle, and Torkoal. Its coverage is pretty decent, allowing it to hit pokemon like Runerigus, Dubwool, and Salamence super effectively. Levitate also helps it check the aforementioned Runerigus, Gumshoos and Snorlax. It is reliant on set-up moves, however, to pose an offensive threat, and it can be revenge killed by Zacian, Cherrim, while being walled by Seismitoad and Centiskorch.
Tyranitar: 155 base Attack STAB Technician priority borders on anti-competitive. Technician would also boost BOTH INDIVIDUAL HITS of Dragon Darts and Gear Grind, giving them like 200 BP, which is bonkers. Here are some calcs for it:
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Weezing: 360-424 (107.7 - 126.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Dunsparce: 580-688 (143.5 - 170.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
-1 252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 252 Def Scrafty: 198-234 (53.3 - 63%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Necrozma: 276-326 (82.3 - 97.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Technician Tyranitar Gear Grind (2 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Togekiss: 306-362 (84.7 - 100.2%) -- approx. 6.3% chance to OHKO
Froslass: Every other weather setter beats Froslass in addition to a bunch of other stuff. Buff its bulk.
Silvally: The old version would have been cool, fun to play around with if slightly completely broken. This is fine though. It doesn't have any Fairy coverage, which is a fairly critical type right now, so consider giving it one of the two viable Fairy moves.

:ss/frosmoth:
Name of the Pokemon: Frosmoth
Role(s): Hail Setter, Aurora Veil Setter, Set-Up Sweeper, Hazards Control
Type: Ice / Bug
Abilities: Ice Scales | Snow Warning
Stat Distribution: 100/90/93/125/95/107 (610 BST)
Movepool Additions: Roost, Earth Power
Justification: Frosmoth is a versatile Pokemon, being an Aurora Veil/Hail setter, a potent Wallbreaker or a Hazards Remover depending on the ability chosen. However, Frosmoth really needs boots to actually function, and leaves it either unable to set 8-turn Aurora Veils or taking heavy damage from rocks.

Movepool Additions: Brave Bird, Hurricane, Air Slash, Roost, Ice Beam, Focus Blast
Justification: Funny flying bunny beats all Hazards Control Pokemon except Dunsparce (Bulky enough to eat Ice Beams for days), making it an effective Spikes setter. It also has good offensive stats, Regenerator and U-Turn for an effective Offensive Pivot.
Diggersby @ Leftovers

Samurott: This may come as a surprise, but my Samurott was not team glue by virtue of being Samurott. Try your own idea next slate.
Glaceon: This would be a horrendous hail setter. Ice/Fighting is a terrible defensive type and 90/85 physical bulk doesn't help.
Also please put spaces between commas, this hurts my eyes.

Sketch*, Spore
Sketch - Now learned as an Egg Move, meaning Smeargle learns Sketch ONCE, and only ONE move can be sketched.
Justification:
Ahhhhh Shit. Here comes Smeargle.
This time around, things are different. Sure, Sketch is still one hell of a niche, but now, Smeargle relies less on having 4 moves Sketched and now can only have 1. Smeargle still is able to fill any role a team needs to fill, such as an Eviolite wall with Recovery, or a set-up sweeper with one of it's STABs with some coverage. Smeargle also gets some interesting item play, meaning it can use move combinations like V-Create with Eject Pack and Choice Item + Trick or some shenanigans like that.
Rhyperior: I've made clear my feelings on this lad. Go get it you beautiful rock turtle chunk man.
Copperajah: This is.... Clean Slate 2. You will never reach the truth
Smeargle: It can still Sketch Spore. Smeargle doesn't get Spore normally either. Stipulate that it can't Sketch it. (this is also more of a nitpick sorry bro)

Nidoking: Great sub, but how does it counter Runerigus?
Vanilluxe: Like a bunch of other subs I feel like this just loses to anything with relevant physical coverage. Scrafty in particular folds it

Pokemon: Roserade
Roles: Hail Setter, Aurora Veil Setter, Hazards, Mixed Wallbreaker, Priority, Cleric
Type: Poison/Ice
Abilities: Snow Warning / Sturdy
Stats: 55/115/80/120/125/125 (BST: 605)
Movepool Additions: Blizzard, Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, Sleep Powder
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification:
-Poison/Ice is an interesting unique typing
-Great suicide lead that can set up Aurora Veil, Spikes, or Toxic Spikes
-Can run either Physical or Special Sets: Special has 100% Acc Blizzard while Physical can run Ice Shard
-Sturdy is a great secondary ability when it is not used for Veil
-Hates Steel types and Necrozma, and has to risk switching into Cherrim
-Lacks set up moves to abuse its own Veil
-Has exploitable Defense stat
-Item choice between Focus Sash, Heavy Duty Boots, and Light Clay is important

Pokemon: Raikou
Roles: Hazard Setter, Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker, Priority
Type: Electric
Abilities: Pressure / Mold Breaker
Stats: 90/120/85/100/100/120 (BST: 615)
Movepool Additions: Bolt Strike, Superpower, Spikes
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements:
Justification:
-Fast Pivot that can set up Spikes without fearing Necrozma
-Meta lacks a Physical Electric type
-Has access to Extreme Speed for priority, and Volt Switch for pivoting
-Hates Ground types

gluemon #1

Pokemon: Suicune
Roles: Pivot, Priority, Mixed Wall, Stallbreaker
Type: Water/Ice
Abilities: Pressure / Mythical Presence
Stats: 110/115/110/108/107/90 (BST: 640)

-Kind of passive before setting up
Roserade: And no sooner do I say that than another comes up. Poison provides at least a neutral Fighting matchup but leaves it with the unilaterally worse situation of being steamrolled by Necrozma. This one loses to Dhelmise too
Raikou: Another cool Electric Togekiss check. Sadly doesn't satisfy my ongoing need for a Torkoal check that's not a member of Ground Gang™
Suicune: I'm gonna hate playing against this thing if it wins but it's healthy for the meta so it can stay
Corviknight: This iteration is much more manageable. Well done!

Did you forget about Ghost STAB?
252 SpA Life Orb Greninja Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Weezing-Galar: 195-230 (51 - 60.2%) -- 87.5% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
(probably gonna give it spirit shackle so this happens)
252 Atk Life Orb Greninja Spirit Shackle vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Dunsparce: 199-234 (49.2 - 57.9%) -- 7.4% chance to 2HKO after Poison Heal

252 SpA Life Orb Greninja Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Gligar: 148-175 (41.1 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
gligar just knocks off the life orb, sets spikes on it and stuff, uturns out (it can stay in even if it's chipped cause of prank)
Why wouldn't it have to set up (it already has Swords Dance, by the way)? It has less attack than Excadrill in an Ubers environment, and its offensive typing is significantly worse.

I'll consider removing Defog, but I'd like a second opinion on that.

Fairy-type resistances are fucked and my brain is slowly deteriorating anyway. Sorry man.

Duraludon: 32 Speed. Might as well just get rid of Curse and give it Bulk Up. Also loses to two popular hazard removers, Scrafty and Dunsparce, but I'm not gonna advise buffing Defense because it... still has Curse.
It has a good matchup against Dunsparce due to its Steel typing and high SpD. It's true that Scrafty threatens it but keep in mind that Mirror Armor would bounce back Imtimidate. Also, Curse is better than Bulk Up because it lowers your Speed for Gyro Ball.

Look I wasn't trying to copy your Samurott I just like Samurott and for Glaceon Ice/Fighting was meant to be a good Offensive typing for fast revenge killing because ice is a bad defensive typing

Ice/Fighting was meant to be a good Offensive typing for fast revenge killing because ice is a bad defensive typing
But then it doesn't make it an effective Hail Setter because:
- Ice/Fighting - You know the rules, and so do we - it's a bad defensive typing [and even offensively I don't find it as good because so much resists the Ice STAB, and Fighting STAB isn't that helpful because Walrein isn't THAT relevant]
- 90/85 bulk isn't good - a Weather Setter needs to have enough bulk to switch in on really any strong attack
- What's the point of revenge killing when you're susceptible to getting RK'D yourself?
- 100 Special Attack is super weak - I don't know if you're trying to go bulky or go offensive because the stat spread feels like a jumbled mess.

- Ice/Fighting is a great offensive typing. It hits everything outside of Centiskorch and Dhelmise for neutral damage. Fighting has also the advantage to hit Walrein: the sturdiest and most common Ice check, while providing neutrality to SR, allowing Glaceon to forgoe HDB.
- Idk why you say this, while it's nice for a weather setter to be bulky, frailer one also work like Cherrim in CS2, Ninetales in RU, and almost every Hail Setter in standard Pokémon.
- Glaceon is one of the fastest Pokémon available, so it's not very susceptible to be revenge killed. Every Pokémon is susceptible to get revenge killed by Scarf users anyway.
- I agree that 100 base SpA is extremely low for an offensive Pokémon and this should be buffed.
Pokemon guy Samurott already won in a past slate, so it can’t be used again. At least I think that’s how it works.
That how it works, but Samurott never won. Also Senor Sal doesn't have the monopoly of Samurott so it's fine to have several submissions of the same Pokémon (this already happened in the past with Octillery and Gmax-Lax)

Ice Fighting doesnt break any rules that i know, and weather setters don't need to have stellar bulk to perform their roles, as Ninetales, Vanilluxe and Ninetales-Alola would like to highlight. Tbh the only strong points here is it being revengekilled by the other faster metagame threats, as 100 SpA is acceptable if your goal is to set Veil as quick as you can (Ninetales-Alola with 81 SpA comes to mind again). Id probably make it at least 140 speed an keep everything else as is. Its perfectly fine at what he made it to do otherwise.
