However, Frosmoth really needs boots to actually function, and leaves it either unable to set 8-turn Aurora Veils or taking heavy damage from rocks.

Justification: Heatran is a versatile Pokemon that can function as a Wallbreaker, Hazards setter, Spinner, Offensive Pivot and a Suicide Lead thanks to its access to a strong unresisted STAB combo, Spikes(leonard u told us to), Rapid Spin, U-Turn, Explosion, and great attack stats. It can also run any Choice Item/Assault Vest to meet the team's needs, or a Levitate set if the team lacks ground resistances. However, its weaknesses to common types like Fighting and Water and its not-too-great speed tier makes it a somewhat underwhelming attacker without Choice Scarf. Its defense stat is also pretty mediocre.
