No it's always ditto, that needs everstone.

no. if you breed with ditto, it must be ditto who has everstone and passes natures.

I had a question about SubSeeding Sceptile. Should the HP IV be 31 (or as high as possible) and then given EV's to hit 296, or should it be 6 (or below) to hit 256??

Well, you trade overall survivability (31) for more HP gotten back from Leech Seed. (6)

Is this one of Anti's ideas? Because HP gain =/= max durability.

Okay thanks. I've seen a number of SubSeeding Sceptiles with low HP's that are supposedly good. I'll probably breed for both, since I want this to be an epic project, and I want to make a Specstile out of it also. But I'll probably just get sick of it like usual and settle for something good.
