In any event, I was in the storage with M24. It said that "storage is quiet".

If this can prove me innocent my DM is this:

M24 is here

storage is quiet

you complete the task "Storage - Stock check (short) "

your task list has been updated

you may share information from this message, but please do not share screenshots of or images from it

I think that this proves me innocent if other scientists also have the DM in the same format. Also since no one else posted about this there is no other way I could know (besides cheating lol) unless I actually got the DM.

while this is technically a possibility, it's much more likely that someone who reported being alone (i.e. mf in conference room or city in reception) did a solo kill. Not accusing them of anything just yet as we have yet to hear from everyone, but yeah. that's my train of thought so far

I mean, i can approve, but that post seems extremely metagamey
The literal post says to not share screenshots, which is basically what you did.
 
yeah c/p isn't rly in the spirit of the game — you're supposed to be deducing things about the game and other players, not just proving you got xyz pm

the information you're allowed to share is what you're told; ie information that someone could be making up on the spot (where you went, that you did a task, who else was there)
 
Okay, so going off the information we have (plus everyone else in laboratory I saw), this is what we have so far:

Laboratory: Estronic, earl, Sijih, Ivy, Blazade
Reception: cityscapes
Conference: mf
Utilities: tiki, Plague von Karma, Gravity Monkey, zorbees
Dematerialization: phoopes, zxgzxg

Hulavuta Mace bb skarm, where were you guys?

There definitely could've been a double kill in dematerialization, or at least one of either Total Clefairy or Scarf came in and either phoopes or zxgzxg killed them. However, we shouldn't rule out the possibility that cityscapes and/or mf could've gotten a kill here and are lying that they were alone. There is also a possibility that an impostor or two went into laboratory as well.
 
Oops forgot to mention where. I was with hula in security, I didn't go on cams but I think hula did so I think he's taking a nap

I wouldn't stress it too much; it was an honest mistake, and this is the first ever game of this after all.

Anyways, here's the updated list now:
Laboratory: Estronic, earl, Sijih, Ivy, Blazade
Reception: cityscapes
Conference: mf
Utilities: tiki, Plague von Karma, Gravity Monkey, zorbees
Dematerialization: phoopes, zxgzxg
Storage: shadowpeashooter, M24
Security: Hulavuta, Mace

This would just leave bb skarm needing to tell us their location. With the information we have, though, I would keep major sus on cityscapes, mf, and bb skarm (assuming that they were "alone" in wherever their location is). Considering the fact that no one knows where Total Clefairy or Scarf was, any three of them could've killed them and are lying about being alone in their locations. There is also the possibility that both of them went into Dematerialization, Storage, or Security and they got double killed there by the two people that claim to be there. The possibility of their being an impostor in Laboratory trying to kill Blazade is also in the air, but that claim is a bit shaky.

We should skip this round, but we should definitely try to form a gameplan before we move on to the next.
 
there are 4 imposters

im not quite sure whether there's a dead body reporting system or if they just vanish after today. either way, my other tasks are in lab, library, reception (again), security, and storage so i'm willing to go to one of those rooms with 2 of the less sus people to prove my innocence, or potentially have someone surveil my room with security.
 
ok it is kinda obvious to me who the four impostors are lol. sorry Plague von Karma you really gave the game away by claiming that you were all in the Utilities room with zorbees and Gravity Monkey and tiki (exactly 4 people), when Blazade had already said that they were in the Lab with 4 unknown other people... unknown, because it's dark and night time and you don't get that information

so i suggest we dematerialize one of Plague von Karma, zorbees, tiki and Gravity Monkey

if you are getting suspicious of me for pointing this out, i can give my alibi: i am the project lead and i can check anyone's movements from last night

edit: Estronic points out below that my theory doesn't work because you can see who else is in the room, i just misinterpreted Blazade's post when they said there were four others without specifying who they were

however I do agree that someone in utilties and/or lab is an imposter. It’s still too early to call tho.
Based on you claiming to be project lead, and if this info is true, I think we can semi clear city as well and that leads the imposters to be one person from lab, one person from utilities and one of the duo groups we have. This is not including the 2 people who we have 0 info on tho.

In that case, I have a request to ask of admired user mf...

Check the movements of phoopes. His position was never explicitly confirmed as zxgzxg never verified.

so as project lead i can inspect anyone on this list and verify their story. anyone we suspect?

personally - even though it turns out i was wrong about being able to see the identities of other people in the room, if i were the impostors i would definitely be claiming to all be in the same room knowing that nobody else was there. which still makes me suspicious of the four in the utilities. also, the utilities is the one place where other rooms can be sabotaged, so i expect that the impostors would go there

question for az : if the dematerialisation has been sabotaged does that mean we can't kill anyone through voting?

and another question: how many tasks are there in total? or don't we know that?
