Welp that was fast, here we have our Winner...

Congrats to abismal
:sm/calyrex:
Pokémon: Calyrex
Types:

Abilities: Harvest
Stats: 100 HP / 80 ATK / 80 DEF / 80 SPA / 80 SPD / 80 SPE
Movepool Changes: +Recycle, Teatime -Calm Mind
Description: Calyrex becomes worse for the sake of of everyone else. But honestly, as the king of bountiful harvests, this ability makes more sense no? I'm also mad that a pokemon such as this one doesn't get a single healing move for itself, considering that its whole theme seems to imply it is capable of healing others (its benevolent to its foes, so much so that it heals them after combat) so there's something.

:sm/calyrex-shadow:
Pokémon: Calyrex-Shadow
Types:

Abilities: As One (Harvest + Grim Neigh)
Stats: 105 HP / 110 ATK / 95 DEF / 110 SPA / 95 SPD / 115 SPE [630]
Movepool Changes: none (+Recycle, Teatime -Calm Mind)
Description: This pokemon aims to work as a fast subseeder taking advantage of chip damage and being capable of spamming substitute thanks to harvest, allowing it to regain sitrus berries every turn. Should harvest fail, Calyrex can take advantage of Astral Barrage to deal a grim amount of damage.
Type:

BP: 60
Acc: 100
Effect: Acrobatics clone. Hits both opposing pokemon.
PP: 5 (max 8)

:sm/calyrex-ice:
Pokémon: Calyrex-Ice
Types:

Abilities: As One (Harvest + Chilling Neigh)
Stats: 105 HP / 115 ATK / 120 DEF / 115 SPA / 120 SPD / 55 SPE [630]
Movepool Changes: none (+Recycle, Teatime -Calm Mind)
Description: This pokemon aims to work as a slow snowballer that works best under Trick Room. Now its come to my intention that Trick Room can suddenly last more turns in this mod thanks to Dialga, but hopefully its low coverage and bad defensive typing makes sure that this guy doesn't become much of an issue
Type:

BP: 60
Acc: 100
Effect: Fishious Rend clone. No longer hits both opposing pokemon. (Imagine the chilling presence of this thing in VGC!)
PP: 5 (max 8)
Interesting changes for sure. I'm excited to see how those changes will impact the meta.

The next slate will start tomorrow

Pokémon: Zacian
Changes that were made: Ability and Movepool
Types:

Abilities: Hustle
Stats:90/110/90/80/90/110 Bst: 570
Movepool Changes: -Swords dance, -wild charge, +hone claws.
Description: Repurposed to be mainly a decent scarfer with cleaning capabilities. I removed swords dance specifically because of its crowned form getting +1 atk from its ability on entry.

Pokémon: Zacian-Crowned
Changes that were made: Signature move
Types:

Abilities: Intrepid sword
Stats: 90/120/110/80/110/120
Movepool Changes: See base zacian
Description: With less attack and no sword dance as well as the change to behemoth blade it should still retain its role as a wall breaker that now has checks.

Behemoth blade-Now lower’s user’s attack by 1 stage.

Pokémon:Zamazenta
Changes that were made: None
Types:

Abilities: Stamina
Stats 90/125/80/70/80/125 Bst:570
Movepool Changes: +Bulk Up,+Body press
Description: Solid choice band/scarf user because of its decent attack and speed tier. Dauntless shield replaced with stamina which is essentially the same except does not activate on switch-in.

Pokémon: Zamazenta-crowned
Changes that were made: Signature ability
Types:

Abilities: Dauntless shield
Stats: 90/125/110/70/110/125 Bst:630
Movepool Changes: See base zamazenta
Description: With the change to dauntless shield this should be a solid bulky setup sweeper with bulk up. It will have a hard time breaking through common walls in the tier such as lando-t and toxapex.
Dauntless shield-On switch-in,If hit by an attack, return 1.25x damage.
Edit: Lowered the modifier have to run some calcs but should be fine now. Hustle>Moxie still gets attack boost at the cost of lower accuracy. Added hone claws to alleviate this. Added body press to zamazenta formes. Hero forme now takes advantage of stamina boost.

i cannot lie these were ridiculously tough to come up with, GOD these pokemon are atrocious to balance!! (hopefully they are balanced ;-;)
:zacian:

Pokémon: Zacian
Changes that were made: a lotta
Types:

Abilities: Intrepid Sword
Stats: 90 HP / 118 ATK / 90 DEF / 70 SPA / 90 SPD / 108 SPE [BST: 570]
Movepool Changes: +Toxic -Close Combat, Wild Charge
Description: A fast "unaware" sweeper! This one is really simple, both forms of Zacian will ignore all forms of defense boosting, allowing it to cleave through its foes with ease. Another benefit to this allows it to revenge bulky setup sweepers as well, such as Buzzwole, however it does not take kindly to offensive boosts!
:zacian-crowned:

Pokémon: Zacian-Crowned
Changes that were made: a lotta
Types:

Abilities: Intrepid Sword
Stats: 90 HP / 140 ATK / 115 DEF / 95 SPA / 115 SPD / 75 SPE [BST: 630]
Movepool Changes: +Toxic -Close Combat, Wild Charge
:rusted sword: Rusted Sword - Raises attack 1 stage when this pokemons health reaches 1/4 or lower
Description: A much bulkier version of Zacian, but bearing the best type combination in the game. The rusted sword now acts like a berry, but never gets consumed. This can lead to some interesting interactions between substitute and or rest talk sets.
:zamazenta:

Pokémon: Zamazenta
Changes that were made: a lotta
Types:

Abilities: Dauntless Shield
Stats: 90 HP / 110 ATK / 100 DEF / 70 SPA / 80 SPD / 110 SPE [BST: 570]
Movepool Changes: +Toxic, Body Press, Knock Off
Description: Zamazenta becomes a very fast tank and gains the move it ultimately deserves: Body Press. It can utilize its interesting options for utility such as Power Swap or Imprison when facing off against other Zamazenta, or it will simply run Iron Defense + Body Press as an offensive-defensive cleaner.

Pokémon: Zamazenta-Crowned
Changes that were made: a lotta
Types:

Abilities: Dauntless Shield
Stats: 90 HP / 95 ATK / 145 DEF / 95 SPA / 145 SPD / 60 SPE [BST: 630]
Movepool Changes: +Toxic, Body Press, Knock Off
:rusted shield: Rusted Shield - Raises defense 1 stage when this pokemons health reaches 1/4 or lower.
Description: A slow but effective tank. Bearing its very impressive bulk and great defensive typing, it is a complete roadblock for offensive setup pokemon, it can easily shoo them away with Toxic and other moves, but its lack of reliable recovery keeps it at bay, something that "unaware" pokemon usually come with.

Gonna extend submissions by 24h

I would make the Hero formes stronger. Currently I don't see any reason to use them over the Crowned formes.
Also from what I understand is that Dauntless Shield multiplies the damage that Zamazenta takes when switching in by 1.5 and throws it back at the opponent. This is too strong. I calced a bit with it and Clef does around 80 HP worth of damage which would result in a damage reflection of 200, effectively more than double of its max HP health. So yeah, make that weaker too.

I really like the subs but I would make Intrepid Sword a full Mirror Armor clone. That ability already has limited use so I don't see why you would like to limit it more.

Also solid subs, but I would make Zamazenta stronger, since its only advantage over Crowned is its speed, which has limited advantages.

I suck at keeping schedules

Voting starts now, you can vote up to 3 submission. Zacian and Zacian-Crowned have to be grouped together. Same goes for Zamazenta and its crowned forme.

Voting lasts for 2 days. Good Luck!

If Zama and Zacian are each counted as one sub, wouldnt this technically be voiding vote rules? Each counts as 1 which means two subs total which means voters have a max of 4 points for self votes?

Changes: Altered Multitype. Altered Judgement. Stat changes. Movepool Gain & Removals
Type: Normal
Ability: Multitype
Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (BST: 600)
Movepool Changes: +Frenzy Plant, Sticky Web, Stored Power
Multitype: The typing of the user's held plate or z-move is added to the user. If the user is holding a plate or z-move, it can't be removed.
Judgement: Normal/Special/95 bp/100 acc/10 (16) PP/Changes type to match the user's secondary typing. Physical if the user's Att is higher than its SpA.
Description: With a weakened stat spread & stuck with the normal-typing. Isn't all negative as some types like the ghost immunity and it gives it STAB on all of their ESpeeds. Also why doesn't this thing get Frenzy Plant when it gets Blast Burn/Hydro Cannon? This pokemon can still do basically what it could before but slightly different. Judgement can also be used for physical STAB as well as special.

Pokémon: Arceus
Changes that were made: Ability, Stats, Movepool
Types:
(type changes with respective plate/z crystal)
Abilities: As One (Multitype + Additional Ability based on typing)
Adaptability
Flower Veil
Storm Drain
Flame Body
Surge Surfer
Filter
Stamina
Sand Force
Magic Bounce
Mold Breaker
Ice Scales
Analytic
Intimidate
Regenerator
Sand Rush
Cursed Body
Levitate
Magic Guard

Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (600)
Movepool Changes: -Earth power, Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Thunder, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Overheat, Ice beam, Blizzard
+Body Press
Judgement is now 90 bp and changes based on the higher of attack or special attack
Description: Nerfed its coverage options significantly and made its sets for each typing more versatile. Now for coverage it will now have to rely more on its plate instead of just being able to hit almost everything super effectively. Goal was to make each typing unique and useful.
A strong normal breaker though lacks good physical coverage, still has a pretty strong return with sd to boost it.
Status Absorber with good utility in rocks and Defog as well. Good kart and chomp check.
Good cm sweeper with coverage for opposing bulky waters, and a nice immunity ability to counter rain teams.
Nice weavile check though it doesn't have much of an edge versus some other fires, it can still retain the niche as a bulk cm user.
Fits nicely on e-terrain offense, what it lacks in the sheer power of life orb rising voltage, it makes up for with good bulk and longevity for a sweeper.
Defensive steels are always good, especially ones with reliable recovery and a great defensive ability
Stamina body press makes for a fun physical wall.
It’s a ground type that distinguishes itself from hippo by being able to take up a more offensive role
Magic Bounce is great utility and will see high usage on stall teams
It checks ghost types reliably, can also see good usage for calm mind sets.
A good defensive ice type?? Can't run boots so hazards suck but holy moly that special defense stat.
A great calm mind bulky sweeper with good power and speed.
An amazing heatran check and can be used as a defensive dragon to soft check a lot of pokemon.
Kind of acts like the banned torn as a breaker or defensive utility mon, though it lacks U-turn, Nasty Plot, Boots and knock, it has better bulk and coverage instead.
Can revive sand as a playstyle a bit (its not bad but could be better), so generally a good option for those teams with SD and huge special bulk under sand.
With an actually good powered ghost stab, Arceus ghost will likely be one of the better offensive forms.
Gives ur team a unique ground immunity as well as a toxic abuser so it would be a nice defensive role compression mon.
Bug kinda sucks but with magic guard it could be at least usable no longer with a rocks weakness. It could be weird to fit on teams but can provide a utility role.

Stats: 115/110/85/110/85/95 (600)
Movepool Changes: Judgement: 90 BP and has 1.2x damage against Pokemon with the same typing as Judgement | -Swords Dance, Earthquake | +IoA Tutor Moves, High Horsepower, Bulk Up
General: Arceus is generally more offensive with this spread stat. It has good bulk but it's slightly worse than 100/100/100. Its speed tier makes it easier to deal with when running offensive teams since it lacks the speed to outrun base 100 Pokemon and some other Pokemon like Genesect, Hydreigon and Urshifu. High Horsepower and Bulk Up are replacements for Earthquake and Swords Dance since tanking hits some a weaker move or less boosts is easier to deal with. The IoA tutor moves have different uses and not every move has much of an effect for every forme, except for Corrosive Gas and Flip Turn which gives it a Knock Off clone and a pivoting option.

Compund Eyes gives it the option to run Focus Blast, Thunder, Blizzard and Fire Blast as better coverage moves since their drawback are mitigate by a little bit. Toxic and Will-O-Wisp are also guaranteed hits if the target isn't immune to them.
Unaware combined with its solid bulk makes it a good check to set-up sweepers on offensive teams and defensive teams can use it to check dangerous wallbreakers and set-up sweepers like Deoxys, Mewtwo, Necrozma, Lugia and Calyrex-Shadow.
Dragon is a nice set-up sweeper with Bulk Up/Calm Mind and Shed Skin which helps it set-up against defensive Pokemon more safely. While the change to Roar of Time is not impactful, Spaciel Rend and Scale Shot are nice moves to utilise for its set-up sets. Not being permanently crippled by status is also nice for defensive sets.
Teravolt has more limited use on Arceus. Ignoring Thundurus-Therian's and Zeraora's Volt Absorb is nice and ignoring Flash Fire from Heatran while using Flamethrower or Levitate from the likes of the Latis, Giratina-O and Hydreigon while using Earth Power. Defeating Unaware Clefable is also nice for a set-up sweeper.
Aroma Veil is nice for a bulky Pokemon since it can't be taunted, encored or disabled, allowing it further support its team with Defog, SR or status or setting up with Calm Mind or Bulk Up.
Being a Pokemon that is a prime target for status so Guts is a nice way to abuse it. However it depends on your opponent statusing Arceus with WoW, Toxic or Scald, since it activate it for itself.
A Fire-type that can spam its Fire STAB without being concerned about Heatran is nice. Reshiram gives it competition since it has a better typing, higher SpA and the ability to hold Specs or HDB. Arceus is bulkier and has good better coverage so it has that going for it.
Checking weather teams is a nice niche to have eventhough it is quite situational. Otherwise its good solo coverage and immunity to Toxic Spikes makes it a decent SubCM sweeper with Judgement or SubBU sweeper with Dual Wingbeat.
Poltergeist, Shadow Force and Judgement with its high attacking stats force out many Pokemon and paired with Shadow Tag it can rack up a lot of damage on opposing Pokemon.
Standard defensive Pokemon with Natural Cure and its solid bulk. Grass helps it check many Pokemon like Calyrex-S, Zekrom, Kyogre, Groudon, Palkia, Landorus, Urshifu, Zygarde and Rillaboom.
It has a good match-up against Ground-types and being able to trap Pokemon like Garchomp, Groudon and Zygarde is really nice for teammates like Heatran and Electric-types. Trapping Gliscor and Landorus isn't possible because of their typings but it is able to check them thanks to its bulk and coverage.
The extra chip damage is appreciated and while it isn't as support oriented as Ninetales-A, it's still nice support for Arctozolt and act as a secondary breaker. Since Triple Axel isn't a bad move either, it can run physical and special sets to great effect.
Ekiller does your Ekiller things, but now it can't boost with SD and thus has to utilise Bulk Up and the lesser power and accuracy of High Horsepower over Earthquake hurts. Trace can copy some nice abilities like Intimidate from Landorus or Regenerator, but has some niche uses.
Not as bulky as Pex and not as offensive as Nido or Gengar, but it is in a nice middle ground and unlike those other Poison-types, it has a better match-up against Steels thanks to Corrosion and its coverage.
Prankster helps it mitigate its lower speed with Substitute helping it against faster defensive Pokemon or defensive Pokemon with Prankster, Will-O-Wisp and Recover helping against physical attackers that are faster or slower priority users and either Calm Mind or Bulk Up helping it tank more hits. Lead sets with Stealth Rock and Tailwind also appreciate Prankster.
With Solid Rock it is able to better check Flying-types like Ho-Oh, Rayquaza and Lugia since it resists their coverage moves. Furthermore, it gets a special defense boost in Sand, which makes it either a good support Pokemon or Wallbreaker that can check Special threats.
Steel has a great defensive profile and thanks to Mirror Armor, it can punish Intimidate users and Pokemon whose STABs have a chance to lower its stats like Liquidation or Crunch. Other than that, it excels more in a defensive role rather than an offensive one.
Water Veil + Knock Off immunity makes it a really good Toxapex, Alomomola and Tapu Fini switch-in and with Refresh, it can also struck off Toxics or Toxic Spikes. Other than that, it can help check Greninja, Kyogre, Dracovish and Swampert.

Pokémon: Arceus
Changes that were made: Stats, Multitype, Judgment, Movepool
Type: Normal
Ability: Multitype
Stats: 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 / 100 (600 BST)
Movepool Changes: - Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Recover | + Foul Play, Morning Sun

Multitype: In addition to its previous effects, if this Pokémon is an Arceus, grants immunity to attacks that share the Pokémon's typing.
Judgment: 5 PP.

Description: So, this take on Arceus removes several of its most potent tools, while also - hopefully - adding enough back to still make it worthy of a teamslot. The loss of Swords Dance and Calm Mind makes it much harder for Arceus to set up, as it has to rely on the mediocre Work Up. Judgment is now less spammable due to its reduced PP. Morning Sun is likewise a less reliable recovery option than Recover due to its lower PP and being affected by the weather. Foul Play grants it a new damaging option, at least, but the real gem is Multitype's new effect. Being immune to attacks of its own typing allows several Arceus formes to be the only Pokémon in the game to have immunity to certain typings - notably, Dark, Fairy, Rock, and Flying. This alone should let many of its formes find a slot on teams. Arceus-Ghost becomes an extremely strong check to opposing Ghost-types not named Dusk Mane Necrozma and its Ability-ignoring Moongeist Beam, formes like Arceus-Fighting and Arceus-Dragon can find a niche breaking apart two-attack combinations that otherwise cover each other very well, and even poor Arceus-Bug has a niche in being the only Pokémon in the game able to no-sell U-turn.

Some notes:

I don't think that removing Draco Meteor is necessarily needed. It's up to you if you want to keep it or not tho

Some combinations are pretty concerning like Filter on Steel, Ice Scales on Ice and Levitate on Poison. Also there are no reason to remove so many coverage moves. I think keeping Flamethrower and Ice Beam are fine, since Ice Beam also helps it check Pokemon that are strong in this meta and some Pokemon that are gonna be added in the future.

add description, lazy ass

The only concerning aspect of this sub is the granted immunity to its own typing. Stuff like Water, Steel and Fire aren't as concerning but Ground, Fairy, Ghost and Dragon (especially the latter two) look too strong. If you want to keep this idea, maybe make it so that those moves get weaker and not nullified.

Description: I wanted to be able to best translate Arceus, as it is used in real Uber Tiers, to create a positive building presence in OU. The best way to do this, was nerfing it’s offenses by pretty severe amounts, but trust me this thing is a monster, Extreme Killer, still has ease of setup, incredibly good bulk, and all the coverage it needs, making it a solid HO Pick. Calm Mind Sets are obviously not immediate threats, but when it starts snowballing, it can be a capable wincon. And then bulky Defog/Stealth Rock sets are splashable Pokémon you can put on any team.

Voting starts now! You can vote for 3 submitters, which the 1st place getting the most points and the 3rd place getting the fewest points.
Self-Votes are allowed, but only in 2nd or 3rd place and you can vote for every submission, with the submissions from Z-nogyroP and VoolPool being changed in case they win, since their submissions have troublesome aspects.

Here are the submissions:
:ss/arceus:
Arceus

It could be weird to fit on teams but can provide a utility role.
some rushed ideas, the description will take a longer time
