I made this new set, but first wanted to post it here before I ask for approval of an analysis, because it doesn't vary much from the standards. The reason I do think it deserves a look is because it's superior to the U-turn counter in almost every possible way I can think of.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Bold, 252 Hp / 252 Def / 6 SDef.
-Leech Seed
-Recover
-Protect
-Grass Knot

Almost every Pursuit User is a CB one. As long as celebi doesn't switch out, CB Pursuit from Tyranitar does a maximum of about 47% to it. With this, celebi can Leech Seed the opposing Tyranitar and stall out with Recover, eventually killing with Grass Knot.

Protect can both be used to scout for Choiced opponents, mainly for Pursuit of course, and can be used to stall for Leech Seed recovery. Also, this Celebi set can still do other jobs then countering its own counters, which the U-turn set can't.

The only drawback of this set, is the decreasion of Celebi's durability on the special side.

Every code I've ever seen for D/P has been exactly the same for both versions.

Lightningrod still kinda sucks, unless you're pairing it with a Gyarados or something. And even then, Solid Rock is still probably better.

If you really want to use it, any of the sets in the analysis could probably work, with the possible exception of the tanking sets, which would really miss Solid Rock.

I wouldn't recommend it. Garchomp is bulky, but not enough to really be tanking things. Plus, he doesn't have any recovery.
 
Swampert doesnt also but he is fine. Also a Bulky Garchomp can tank like pert. It has a higher hp/atk/spd also.

Oh wellz I dont wanna start anything so I'll try to look for it. If anyone can help out, that'd be great.
 
I want to start SRing on a Zapdos in Leaf Green.. Do Syncs work there? I would also like to know what Nature,IVs and HP I should be going for..

I can't get Shoddy Battle to work on my computer anymore. It was working fine and I was using it regularly about 2 months ago. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the program with no succes as well. Now when I attempt to use it, I get this error message:

Sorry, I only had time to type in what I did, not to look at previous pages to see if my question had already been asked and answered.
 
When I use Power Trick to Swap Stats ,will it only Swap Base Attack and Defense or the Actual Stat including EVs and Nature Boost?
Also regarding Boosts when Power Trick is Involved, if I have a Attack +1 Boost before I use Power Trick and then use said move, will the boost remain with the Attack Stat or transfer over to the Defense Stat?

I was thinking of using it like that. Thanks, I'll see which moveset I should use. If you have an idea, I would really appreciate it.
 
This came up in another thread, but no one knew the answer. Perhaps someone here can clear it up.

Did Lucario ever carry a bat? I haven't seen it in a long time, but I have a recollection of seeing an image of Lucario holding a steel bat. Maybe it was a pre-release image or something. In fact, I thought that bat was the reason Luke learns moves like Bone Club. I did a quick internet search and couldn't find any bat-wielding Lucario. Am I just imagining it? In the original Smogon analysis for Lucario, it referred to a bat in two different movesets. The current online analysis makes no mention of it. What the heck happened to the bat?
 
If you were in a double battle and one of your pokes used Mind Reader, and the other poke used a move like Horn Drill, would it be a sure fire hit? Or would only the pokemon that used Mind Reader's move hit?

mabye it was the home run bat in SSBB lucario was holding...it makes sence hence he will be in the game
