kinda like shane's push on me, or at least the progression feels legitimate for someone in his position as town seeing how i entertained bluedoom's read. in this case it was just me genuinely agreeing with the shane read on genisu coming across as overzealous, but i think positionally it makes sense for shane to be seeing me dipping my toes in the water there -- the water being all of the suspicion around shane's slot -- as wolfy
lesser importance but still a factor is that he'd have other slots to combat as mafia here, in his position as mafia he'd be far better off taking the open door i was providing for him and latching onto that as a means for survival. instead it seems more like he caught a trace of something he thought could be mafia indicative for me and ran with it, ignoring the rest of his wagon as if they're dust in the wind
there might be a playstyle clash when it comes to things like me not seeing level with both his confidence in the genisu scumread and the flanders townread. which, to your point Shane the Shroomish, i did see that line you'd added at the end that insinuated you weren't super sure in the read, so i coud be misattributing the language you use when making the read to a higher level of confidence than you truly have in it, similar with the read on flanders being town, although you seem fairly vested in that one and i'm just not seeing the blueprint for flanders slot to be locktowned here
to answer your question the flanders vote, i explained it in a post prior to voting; it was linked to his verbal conviction on the genisu scumread not being backed with as much of a force towards getting the vote to happen as i'd expect for someone who seemed to feel so strongly about it, and i saw more combativeness without direction than i'm comfortable with. decided to unvote cause this doesn't carry enough weight for me atm

and so now with you seeing the light i explained earlier about laurel's progression with the whole mafia fakeclaims thing seeming believable, what do you make of jalmont & duskfall both thinking it's a grab for town credit? jalmont's case is much more speculative to be fair, but dusk seemed to call out laurel as obvious mafia without much further elaboration and then ditched the subject, which was intriguing to me

M2H's stance on it is whatever because it's super possible they think they're projecting towniness hard enough that someone like Dusk, who knows their playstyle well, should come in and pick up on that. of course there's no explicit reason for Dusk's read on M2H to mean nearly as much for your read on Dusk as it does for M2H's read...
and this is why i'm not entirely following how your read on Dusk is dependent on his response to M2H's pressure a fairy, isn't that a little too one-dimensional? are you sure you'll be left with some sort of idea about his alignment based on his response?
because he hasnt done anything yet and pressure is a valid way to read people. it's a good start
to expand on the "bad reasons" i mean the 1 time i've seen him as mafia is a game we both played together where we were both mafia, he subbed in to a teammate's slot and then instantly hit the thread and tried to mold his image into a strong town presence. here, he's just kinda bouncing around random votes, ignoring questions being asked to him, and making very little effort to make sense, which contrasts what i experienced there. the reasons aren't stable cause my prior experience with him is limited, and there's no saying he couldn't switch it up here if he didn't feel like tryharding
what do you think him not being on celever means right now? it's not like he's no-voting or anything, why does he have to be on specifically celever here? do you think he seemed more sure about celever being mafia than he should be for someone who's not even voting him or something
because he voted joey purely for association with celever. why not be on celever at that point?

i think you have misread the interaction
its still weird to make such a high confidence read on you that you vote somebody else just by association and then vote the association rather than simply making a stronger case and reiterating the read.
Laurel’s the person who I think you can allege the “should be voting Celever” claims at M2H lol finished the catchup
I defended Neon much more than joey did and also dipped which is more irregular behaviour for me lol
