I have had no problem with Nintendo WFC since March, but for the last 3 days I haven't seen anyone when I went online. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
Posting again since no one answered last time:

Can anyone tell me what the different asterisks and plus signs beside a mod's name mean? And how do you tell that someone is a mod?
And what's a smogon MOP or AOP?

I'm using Goodbar's Jolteon for a parent when breeding for HP Ice Eevees.
It has 14/ x/ 14/ 31/ 31/ 31 IVs
What is the probability of getting an HP Ice Eevee?

I'm pretty sure that somebody gave the link to the breeding guide, so why are you asking this again?
Nobody can tell you if they don't know the IVs of BOTH PARENTS. So please read the guide it doesn't come any easier than that.
 
Is there any easy way to just get *one* TM from an Action Replay code? Either a Pokemart modifier that I could buy one or modify a hold item or something?

It seems hard to both obtain or trade for from most folks and I don't want to have cheat for 9000 of them. xP
 
Why are people here so scared off by hacks? I don't mean pokemon, I mean like items and stuff.(I hack tms but not pokes)

EDIT: @person above this post- yeah there is but I don't know it off the top of my head. I'd just hack them all and toss what you don't want. I hacked all of them though, so I don't have to throw all those away everytime I just want one.

However, the old Electivire code that I used was:
BA16-X4SH-E2AT

Is this a code for a different Electivire? I haven't really seen any information about this anywhere.

Gee, I don't know, if only there was some sort of calculator that could determine the probability of breeding a Pokemon.

The "old" code is for NTSC (USA) PBR games. The "new" code is for PAL (Europe) PBR games. Serebii even says that those codes recently posted are PAL codes.

EDIT: Actually, I'm not exactly sure about the NTSC one. I'm just assuming that.
 
I was wondering how to do Hack-checks. I have Pokesav and an R4. If somebody could link me to a program/tutorial that would be great.
I found one site so far but it was riddled with glitches and most of the results were "inconclusive" =/ not very helpful.

This will check any pokemon caught in the wild for hacks.

As for bred pokemon, the hack checking method is kept a secret to prevent hackers from finding a way around it. Trust me, no one here will tell you how to do it (plus there's like only about 5 or so people who know how in the first place).
